报道 α天冬氨酰二肽酶基因工程菌的固定化及其细胞性质， 并用于 Ａｓｐａｒｔａｍ ｅ的合成．     

各向异性随机表面参量的光散射测量

用原子力显微镜对粗糙硅表面进行了形貌测量,发现其高度分布的各向异性,根据光场分布特点,结合晶片样品表面的散射方位曲线,在入射角是75°的情况下,沿着散射方位曲线测量了样品表面的光散射轮廓,引入自仿射分形随机表面模型,利用傅立叶变换法对光的散射轮廓进行定量分析,成功提取了随机表面参量,并与在原子力显微镜下测量样品表面高度分布经计算所得的数据相比较,验证所得参量的正确性.     

The mechanism for fuzzy-ball working fluids for controlling &; killing lost circulation

Lost circulation controlling & killing material has been a focused issue since a long time ago. A novel leak resistance fluid with the raw materials such as SDS, SDBS, HES, PAM and proprietary productions has been developed from laboratory. The experiment and application shows that the new leak resistance fluid can plug leaking passage of different sizes simultaneously. Observing with 1000 to 2000 time microscope, it is found that the working liquid contains a kind of spherical material which has the microstructure of “one core, two layers, and three membranes”. When it is in a static state, the inside of the material looks like an airbag and the outside looks like some fuzzy things which has high gel strength. While when it is in a dynamic state, the fuzzy thing is cut or scattered and flow ability becomes much better. That is the reason why it is called fuzzy-ball. When the diameter or the width of the leak passage is greater than the fuzzy-ball’s, the fuzzy-ball accumulates in conical shape to decompose the working fluid pressure of liquid column to achieve blocking; when the diameter or the width of the leak passage is equivalent to the fuzzy-ball’s, the fuzzy-ball changes from sphere to oval–shape to increase the resistance to the leak passage and plug the holes; when the diameter or the width of the leak passage is smaller than the fuzzy-ball’s, the leaks could be blocked up by the non-permeable membrane formed by the gel of high strength in the working fluid. In these cases, the leak passages of different sizes could be blocked comprehensively.     

Experimental Investigation of Yarn Twist Blockage

In twisting a yarn running over a guide surface, the twist inserted into the part in front of the guide is impeded to transmit freely to the part behind the contact zone. A new device has been set up for investigating twist blockage and yarn torque - twist simultaneously. Measurements of twist blockage in relationship to different parameters have been carried out by using a monofilament yarn and a multifilament yarn. The factors under consideration include the wrap angle, yarn tension and input twist.     

水下枪弹速度测量误差分析

简要介绍了水下枪弹运动时｛ｘｉ，ｔｉ｝ 数据对的获取方法。分析了弹丸在水中与空气中运动规律的差异，提出了适合于水中弹丸运动的位移—时间回归模型。讨论了弹丸运动速度之标准误差的计算方法，并给出了标准误差之变化规律。     

Pulsed UV Laser Modification of Polyester Textile Materials:Effect on Wettability

There has recently been great interest in ablative photodecomposition(APD), notably in pulsed UV laser treatment on polymers, for modification of physical and chemical properties, such as dyeability, printability, adhesion, Iuster and many more. Very little attention was focused, however, on the property of wetting behaviour,which is one of the most fundamental properties in affecting polymer science. Poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) fibers drawn to two different draw ratios and under two temperatures, and three white knitted polyester fabrics made of 100% PET fibre were used to investigate their wetting behaviour due to excimer laser treatment.Experiments like water contact angle measurement, vertical drop test and moisture regain were conducted upon samples and all results give the same conclusion that laser treatment increases the hydrophobicity of all samples tested. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation reveals how the morphological modification of polymers by laser treatment is correlate     

1A6/DRIM,the human UTP20 functions in 28S and 5.8S rRNA processing

1A6/DRIM has been identified as UTP20, a small subunit processome component, functioning in 18S rRNA processing. In the present study, the maturation of 28S rRNA and 5.8S rRNA was inhibited when 1A6/DRIM was silenced in HeLa cells; and coin-cidently, an accumulation of 32S rRNA precursor was observed. Immunoprecipitation was performed with the anti-1A6/DRIM antibody, followed by Northern blot with the ITS2 probe. The results showed that 1A6/DRIM was associated with both 32S and 12S rRNA precursors in vivo. The expression profile of 1A6/DRIM during rRNA processing was investigated by sucrose density gradient fractionation in combination with Western blot analysis. The results demonstrated that 1A6/DRIM was involved in the pre-60S particles in addition to the pre-40S particles and co-sediment with the 32S and 12S rRNA precursors in the nucleolus. Furthermore, the interaction of U8 snoRNA with 1A6/DRIM was revealed by immunoprecipitation. These results demonstrated that 1A6/DRIM interacted with both 32S rRNA and U8 snoRNA, being involved in 28S rRNA and 5.8S rRNA processing.     

鄂西滑坡的遥感调查——以屯堡—龙马地带为例

运用遥感判释理论，结合调查区内的地质构造，地貌及岩性等基本情况，建立滑坡判读标志。通过对屯堡－龙马地带的遥感调查，解释出巨型滑坡２片，中小滑坡１６处。结果表明，应用大比例尺航片判释滑坡效果明显。     

Tensile property of Pneumatic spliced Short-staple Ring Spun Yarns

The tensile property of the spliced yarn splice under different splicing conditions has been investigated. The retained spliced strength of the splice spliced under different splicing conditions was obtained as the indicator for the performance of the splicer under that particular splicing condition. The results showed that, the length of the yarn tails and the yarn linear density are the parameters that has the most important effect to the tensile property of the spliced yarn.
