2013 年我国工业经济景气形势分析及政策建议

从2012年8月份开始,我国工业一致合成指数结束持续长达31个月的下滑态势,呈现逐月回升局面,回升态势一直持续至2013年8月,并且根据先行合成指数的走势和平均超前期计算,直至2013年12月我国工业经济的景气上升态势都不会改变。进一步观察我国工业及相关领域主要经济指标可以发现我国工业经济本轮的景气波动具有如下特点:(1)工业生产增速总体平稳,产业结构调整积极推进;(2)企业效益呈恢复性回升态势,但企业特别是小、微企业的生产经营困难依然较大(;3)内需拉动作用增强,外需不振影响程度加深。     

Effects of temperature and stress on the creep behavior of a Ni3Al base single crystal alloy

The creep behavior and microstructure of a Ni3Al base single crystal alloy IC6SX with [001] orientation under the testing conditions of 760 ℃/593 MPa, 980 ℃/205 MPa, and 1100 ℃/75 MPa were investigated. The experimental results showed that Alloy IC6SX had good creep resistance and its creep resistance at elevated temperatures was similar to the second generation nickel-base single crystal alloy containing Re. TEM analysis indicated that the dislocation configuration and movement pattern were different under different temperature and stress conditions. It has been found that under the test condition of 1070 ℃/137 MPa the dislocations moved within the γ channel during the primary creep stage, and the motion of dislocations were prevented by the matrix of γ′ phase, which reduced the creep rate of the alloy. In the secondary creep stage, dislocations cut into the γ′ phase from the γ/γ′ interface. However in the third creep stage, the dislocation pileups were observed in both γ and γ′ phase, and dislocation multiplication occurred when the dislocations with different Burgers vector met and reacted each other.     

可压缩流体系统的解的整体存在性

在外力存在,压力和粘性系数依赖密度的假设下,研究了一维可压缩流体模型的自由边界值问题,利用数学方法和能量估计得到了弱解的整体存在性．     

箱梁竖向预应力张拉力无损检测方法

由于竖向预应力张拉力损失过大,预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥的箱梁腹板斜裂缝现象较为普遍。为了能有效检测竖向预应力筋的实际张拉力值,将竖向预应力钢筋的外露段视为分析体,把钢筋视作刚体,锚固段用环形刚臂外加环形的弹性支承模拟。竖向预应力筋张拉力发生变化时,空间弹性支承的刚度和钢筋的自振频率也会发生相应变化,利用钢筋自振频率的变化反映有效张拉力值。结合模型试验数据,建立了精轧螺纹钢筋竖向张拉力T与空间弹性支承刚度K的非线性参数模型。采用延伸量测试校验了该方法的有效性。研究表明：该方法准确、快捷,便于工程应用,能有效提高箱梁腹板竖向预应力的施工质量。     

SMA沥青路面抗滑性能设计与优化

针对SMA路面初期抗滑相对不足的问题,本文着眼于石料的选择和配合比设计阶段,分别选择辉绿岩、闪长岩以及花岗岩作为原材料,采用马歇尔级配设计方法和CAVF法作为试验方法制备试验试件,通过常规试验铺沙法、摆式仪法、轮廓测量仪法及压力胶片法对搓揉0h、2h、8h的试件进行抗滑性能评价分析。研究表明：铺沙法、轮廓测量仪法和压力胶片法具有良好的一致性,前两者相关性更好;石料的压碎值、磨耗值和针片状会对路面的抗滑性能造成较大影响;采用CAVF级配设计方法能够更好地保证SMA混合料的抗滑性能;在采用CAVF法的基础上适当的减少5-10mm规格料用量并增加9.5mm分级筛余,能够较大的提高混合料的抗滑性能。     

Combined effects of fretting and pollutant particles on the contact resistance of the electrical connectors

Usually, when electrical connectors operate in vibration environments, fretting will be produced at the contact interfaces. In addition, serious environmental pollution particles will affect contact resistance of the connectors. The fretting will worsen the reliability of connectors with the pollutant particles. The combined effects of fretting and quartz particles on the contact resistance of the gold plating connectors are studied with a fretting test system. The results show that the frequencies have obvious effect on the contact resistance. The higher the frequency, the higher the contact resistance is. The quartz particles cause serious wear of gold plating, which make the nickel and copper layer exposed quickly to increase the contact resistance. Especially in high humidity environments, water supply certain adhesion function and make quartz particles easy to insert or cover the contact surfaces, and even cause opening resistance.     

基于无人机量测和卫星影像识别的红树林生长分布规律研究

时间尺度上分析红树林生长区域变化规律,对保护红树林生长和恢复具有重要意义。本研究使用无人机获取研究区域高空间分辨率正射影像并结合近50年卫星遥感影像,通过人工目视解译方法提取并统计历年红树林面积分布大小和区域。主要研究结论如下：1) 本区域植被以红树林和互花米草为主,分别对2012、2015、2018和2019年红树林与互花米草面积进行解译分析,红树林与其他植被面积平均比例约为1:6;2) 近年研究区域红树林面积波动较大,从1973年至1984年红树林面积维持在13.5公顷,1984年至2001年红树林面积急剧减少至0.19公顷,2001年至2019年红树林面积逐步恢复至2.14公顷。3)互花米草入侵和人为活动的干扰将对红树林生长和繁衍产生不利影响。该研究可为无人机量测和遥感技术在植被保护中的应用提供相关参考。     

激光对负离子光剥离截面影响的研究

利用半经典理论,计算了激光极化方向对氢负离子在金属面附近光剥离截面的影响.结果表明,在临界能量范围内氢负离子的光剥离截面发生了较大的变化.与激光极化方向沿z轴时的光剥离截面相比,截面的振荡幅度随激光极化方向与z轴夹角的增大而减小,振荡频率没有发生变化.结果对于研究负离子体系在界面附近的光剥离问题具有一定的参考价值.     

SIROX叶丝膨胀机清洁系统的改进

为了克服德国HAUNI公司生产的SIROX叶丝膨胀机清洁系统存在排水不畅、阀门渗漏和清洁耗时长等弊端,本文提出了该设备清洁系统的改进及其控制模式的优化方案,并设计出一套SIROX清洁管路自动排水和实时监控装置。该装置不但解决了烘丝机筒壁温度超高、烘后水分异常波动等产品质量问题,而且对气动膜片截止阀的渗漏状况进行了可视化,提高了设备维修的及时性。从该装置在本厂运行2年多的情况看,具有较高的应用价值。     

电子自旋角动量的升降算符

利用电子自旋角动量对易关系和泡利矩阵推导出电子自旋角动量的升降算符,然后验证电子自旋角动量升降算符的性质,进而将这个性质应用到二电子体系中的总自旋角动量算符珗S=S1+S2=2h(σ1+σ2)中,去计算珗S2,Sz的具体函数表达式,及χ10状态的本征函数和本征值.
