松辽盆地成藏过程和成藏动力系统

随着全球范围内沉积盆地油气勘探程度的提高，用更有效的方法勘探油气藏已成为必然。作者引入系统论的方法，在研究了松辽盆地地球动力学背景、盆地构造、盆地沉积、热史等盆地流体动力条件的基础上提出了流体势及流体压力计算、新增剩余压力计算模型、古流体压力恢复等恢复古沉积环境及流体动力研究的计算模型。在动态研究油气藏方面做了初步探讨。     

电话会议系统中电话事件状态及状态转移设计

以一个电话会议汇接系统的设计开发为例，针对电话会议汇接系统的实时性、多任务的特点，运用有限状态机模型，从状态和状态转移的设计入手，结合面向对象程序语言编程，探讨此类系统的软件设计的思路和方法。     

蚂蚁算法在公交查询最短路径求法中的应用

公交乘客出行路径选择是公交乘客信息系统的关键技术 ,提出以换乘次数最少为首要目标、出行距离最短为第二目标的算法 ,本算法是基于广度优先搜索并结合蚂蚁算法提出公交路线最短路径选择的新算法     

Cryptomelane（KxMn8-xO16）： Natural active octahedral molecular sieve（OMS-2）

The Xiangtan manganese deposit (XTM) used to be considered a supergene oxide manganese ore in South China. We reported a new identification of the naturally outcropping cryptomelane by examining the physical, chemical and structural features of the XTM supergene oxide manganese ore. The MnO2 content was over 90%, K2O more than 3%, and water from 2.2%-3.1% which is similar to one in zeolite. The cell parameters of the cryptomelane were given as a0 = 0.9974 nm, b0 = 0.2863 nm, c0 = 0.9693 nm and β= 91.47°. There was a larger pseduotetragonal tunnel in the natural cryptomelane that was formed by [MnO6] octahedral double chains with aperture of 0.462×0.466 nm2, filled with K cations resulting in some Mn3+ substituting for Mn4+ to balance the negative charges of structure. The finding is important not only for prospecting manganese resources in South China, but also in application of octahedral molecular sieve of natural cryptomelane as that developed in the tetragonal molecular sieve of natural zeolite o

高速模拟钢质弹丸侵彻多层靶仿真

利用显式动力有限元程序对用37火炮发射的着靶速1300m／s左右钢弹侵彻大间隔多层A3薄钢靶板的过程进行了数值模拟，分析了弹速、弹重、弹形等影响因素对侵彻过程的作用规律，计算结果和实验结果得到了较好的吻合。研究表明，弹丸的比动能是衡量弹丸侵彻能力的重要参数，在一定的弹丸速度范围内，当弹靶材料和靶板结构固定时，弹丸的侵彻能力是由弹丸的比动能所决定的。     

N-terminal of L protein of vesicular stomatitis virus contains a new signal sequence

The L protein (241kD) of vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) is the most important snbnnit of the replication complex. The existence of specific localization signal in the L protein was investigated by making recombinant constructs expressing truncated mutants of the L protein fused to green fluorescent protein (GFP) in transient transfection assays. The chimeric genes encoding varied N-terminal of L and GFP gene were put under the control of T7 promoter or CMV promoter. The fusion proteins were transiently expressed in BHK-21, COS-7, CHO or Hep G2 cells. When more than 120 residues were deleted or only 96 residues were kept on the N-terminal, the fusion proteins were shown to be distributed throughout the cells, cytoplasm and nucleus under the confocal microscope. However, other chimeric proteins with 120 or more amino acids were dotted and distributed in the perinuclear regions. And the fusion protein with 96—120 aa has the similar distribution. A thirteen-residue peptide QGYSFLHEVDKEA (108—120) was identified as localization signal, whose function would be absolutely distributed with the deficiency of D or V. Our results show that there is an independent localizing signal in N-terminal domain of L protein of VSV and this functional signal is conserved in different cell lines.

综述了近年来抗菌剂在国内外的研究开发及抗菌材料的应用发展状况，探讨了抗菌剂在今后几年内的发展方向，指出国内抗菌剂在发展中需要注意的问题。

近年来，在计算机软件业，面向对象的程序设计的思想已经被越来越多的设计人员所接受．面向对象的编程(OOP)和数据抽象已经成为最常用的编程术语．本文以C 为例，讨论OOP的编程风格与特性．     

空间矢量PWM算法及波形分析

对空间矢量PWM算法进行了分析，提出了比较直观且适于操作的具体计算公式。同时，从中央处理器DSP功能模块易于实现的目的出发，进一步转化为用时间常数表达的形式。最后，通过对不同调制比下的PWM波形品质进行对比，得出调制比为奇数或偶数不是唯一影响波形质量因素的结论。
