Hybrid plant regeneration from interfamilial somatic hybridization between grapevine (vitia vinifera L.) and Red Thorowax (Bupleurum scorzonerifolium willd)

The protoplasts of Red Thorowax ( Bupleurum scorzonerifolium) irradiated by ultraviolet light (UV) at an intensity of 260μW/cm2 for 0, 1,2 and 3 min respectively were fused with that of grapevine ( Vitia vinifera). The regenerated 19 clones, every one derived from a single fused cell, were identified as hybrids by phenotype, isozyme, chromosome and 5S rDNA spacer region analysis. The results reveal that all of them are somatic hybrids. 11 hybrid calli including asymmetric and symmetric products regenerated somatic embryos and young leaves after 5 months of culture, of which 4 hybrid cell lines derived from asymmetric fusion regenerated plants with roots after 8-10 months of culture. Inspection of chromosome showed that regeneration of whole plant was related to the decrease of chromosome number. Identification of 5S rDNA spacer region of the plants confirmed that they were interfamilial hybrid plants.     

High-precision U-series dating of Holocene corals from South China Sea by thermal ionization mass spectrometry (TIMS)

Using the isotopic diluting and thermal ionization mass spectrometric (TIMS) technique, the U-series dating procedure was established on the basis of measurement of national standard GBW04412. With this highly precise technique the Holocene corals from the South China Sea were dated. Comparison between this method and α-spectrometry was made. The results show that a thriving period of corals in the South China Sea appeared at 6 800-5 800 a BP, during which the paleosea level was the higher than at present in the Holocene.     

Hydrogen isotope compositions of mantle-derived amphibole megacrysts from Qilin, Guangdong and its tectonic significance

Hydrogen isotope compositions of mantle-derived amphibole megacrysts from Qilin, Guangdong Province have been obtained by ion micro-probe. δD and H contents are constant both among different samples and within single sample, demonstrating that their formation condition is very stable. High δD values suggest the presence of a component recycled from crust which is possibly related to the subduction of Pacific Plate beneath Eurasian Plate in Mesozoic.

Co含量对Ni-Al机械合金化的影响

Ｃｏ元素的加入对ＮｉＡｌ合金的机械合金化过程及产物有很大影响·Ｃｏ含量变化使反应机制发生明显改变,并同时得到不同的反应产物·Ｃｏ含量为５％(原子分数)时,反应机制仍属于爆炸式反应,粉末颗粒较细且均匀;但１０％(原子分数)Ｃｏ元素的加入抑制了ＮｉＡｌ化合物爆炸式反应生成,并导致类“非晶”相的生成;而Ｃｏ含量为２０％(原子分数)时,导致了γ Ｎｉ(Ａｌ,Ｃｏ)过饱和固溶体的形成·粉末颗粒最大,均匀性较差·     

多线程Web服务器设计中的流水线技术

研究了分时结构的Ｗｅｂ服务器在处理大量并发用户时的性能下滑现象,提出了一种使用队列技术的流水线结构,处理过程被分解成几个相互独立的单元,每一个处理单元使用预先创建的一定数量的线程进行处理,各单元之间通过“先入先出”队列传递请求的处理数据·这种结构可以更有效地利用服务器资源,服务器在处理大量并发用户时,可以在队列中保存暂时不能处理的请求数据,从而保持恒定的峰值处理能力·这种技术对于其他种类的服务器也有借鉴意义·     

与大豆叶片衰老相关的cDNA的克隆

植物叶片衰老是一个受遗传控制的细胞降解过程,最终导致叶片的死亡。一些研究结果已表明,蛋白酶基因的表达与叶片衰老过程相关,其中一些基因的表达具有衰老特异性。以半胱氨酸蛋白基因特异性引物和寡聚ｄＴ为引物,用ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ方法分别扩增来源于绿叶和诱导衰老叶片ｍＲＮＡ的互补ＤＮＡ（ｃＤＮＡ）,然后进行琼脂糖凝胶电泳,差异显示出一条衰老叶片样品所特有的ｃＤＮＡ带,将此ｃＤＮＡ进行了克隆和序列分析。分析结果证明

复合水泥组分对强度的影响

利用正交实验设计方法对复合水泥中各组分对强度的影响进行了研究,结果表明,在适当配比条件下,复合水泥的强度高于硅酸盐水泥型水泥,最佳配比范围为:w(石灰)=21%～24%;m(钢渣)∶m(粉煤灰)=10∶10～14∶14;w(沸石)=8%～12%;w(石膏)=4%～6%;w(矿渣)=15%～19%
