基于Modelica的流体点胶过程仿真技术研究

Modelica是为解决复杂物理系统建模与仿真问题而提出的一种统一建模语言,目前尚未发展出一般性的偏微分方程建模方法。流体点胶则是一种微量流体精确成型技术,需要对流体流动过程进行建模。在Modelica语言的框架下,实现了点胶过程中的流体流动过程建模仿真。实现方法采用了Legendre多项式为基函数,通过对过程方程的谱方法近似求解得到,具有物理上准确、数学上简洁的特点,为Modelica语言在分布式参数系统仿真领域的应用提供了一种新的解决思路。

Growth ages of ferromanganese crusts from the western and central Pacific： Comparison between nannofossil analysis and ^10Be dating

Based on results of nannofossil analysis and 10Be dating in ferromanganese crusts M1-1 and A1-1 (no nannofossils were found in it),from the western and central Pacific respectively,it is found that the crust growth ages from nannofossil biostrati-graphy agree well with those based on 10Be isotope analysis. Both crusts have three growth layers,and the oldest layer was deposited in Miocene at about 12.80 Ma. The maximum,minimum,and average growth rates of crust A1-1 (from the central Pacific) are 8.11,1.92 and 3.47 mm/Ma,and those of crust M1-1 (from the western Pacific) are 2.93,0.47,and 0.94 mm/Ma.     

Experimental studies on interaction of water mist with class K fires

Interaction of water mist with cooking oil fires is studied experimentally and theoretically. A LDV/APV system is used to measure the velocity and diameter of water mist at different pressures in the experiments,and the effect of water mist velocity and diameter on fire extinguishment efficiency is investi-gated. The experimental results show that water mist has excellent surface cooling effect; it can control and extinguish cooking oil fires quickly without re-ignition. The critical temperature (Tfo) is calculated by energy balance equation,and the fire plume momentum is calculated and compared with that of water mist in order to determine the critical velocity (νwy) of fire extinguishment. This paper provides references for cooking oil fires extinguishment with water mist.     

大熊猫IL-2基因的克隆与序列分析

本实验应用反转录-聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）技术，从ConA诱导培养的大熊猫外周血淋巴细胞总RNA中扩增得到大熊猫IL-2基因，并将其克隆到PGEM-T载体中．经菌落PER鉴定、序列测定及序列分析，结果表明，经克隆得到的IL-2基因开放阅读框由465个核苷酸组成，编码一个由155个氮基酸组成的多肽，包括编码20个氨基酸的信号肽和135个氨基酸的成熟肽，该基因（已在Genbank中登录，序列号为：DQ852339）与已知的其他哺乳动物如犬、猫、人、猪、牛、羊、马、兔、鼠等的IL-2核苷酸同源性在66.5％（鼠）～91．5％（犬）之间；IL-2编码氨基酸同源性在54．8％（鼠）-85．2％（犬）之间；进化树构建结果表明大熊猫与犬亲缘关系最近．     

光照曲面的外法线调整算法研究

论述了一种基于消隐算法及其数据结构的样条曲面光照处理方法。同时提出确定曲面外法线的一种行之有效的判定准则,这种判定准则根据视线与光源的关系来确定平面外法线的方向。该算法运算简单、计算量小。实验证明该算法的有效性。     

阿利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥熟料烧成与性能研究

采用正交试验的方法研究了阿利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥的烧成制度。结果表明：对该熟料力学性能影响最大的因素是冷却方式，其次是烧成温度，影响程度最小的是保温时间。该水泥的最佳烧成制度为：烧成温度为1380℃，保温时间为60min，冷却方式为自然冷却；同时，在最佳烧成条件下制备的阿利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥的1d，3d，28d抗压强度分别达到24．7MPa，52．5MPa，102．5MPa，展现出良好的力学性能。同时利用XRD和SEM—EDS对熟料矿物组成及结构进行了分析。
