新时期实验室主任应注意的几个问题

实验室是培养高素质创新人才的重要场所，实验室主任对于实验室的建设与发展起着至关重要的作用。结合新时期高校实验室的特点，文章对实验室主任在实验教学创新、实验室管理等方面如何做好工作阐明了自己的观点。     

PdCu／ZSM－5催化剂上乙醇一步合成乙酸乙酯反应机理的研究

本文采用程序升温脱附（ＴＰＤ）法、程序升温表面反应（ＴＰＳＲ）法和微反－色谱技术。综合考察了在ＰｄＣｕ／ＺＳＭ－５催化剂上，乙醇、乙醛、乙酸、氧等的吸附、脱附性能，以及不同条件下反应产物的分布规律，推测出乙醇在该催化剂上气相催化一步合成乙酸乙酯过程中的复杂网络图及反应机理，为改善此催化剂性能和进行动力学研究提供了重要信息和依据．     

标准氢电极的探讨

本文指出了标准氢电极存在的问题,讨论了选择标准氢电极的电子导体问题,建议采用氢电极为电极电势的参考电极,这种氢电极是由浸在H~+离子溶液中的镀铂黑的铂片构成,H~+离子的浓度是每千克水中有1摩尔氢离子,氢气泡的压力为1大气压     

BMP signaling inhibits intestinal stem cell self-renewal through suppression of Wnt-beta-catenin signaling

In humans, mutations in BMPR1A, SMAD4 and PTEN are responsible for juvenile polyposis syndrome, juvenile intestinal polyposis and Cowden disease, respectively. The development of polyposis is a common feature of these diseases, suggesting that there is an association between BMP and PTEN pathways. The mechanistic link between BMP and PTEN pathways and the related etiology of juvenile polyposis is unresolved. Here we show that conditional inactivation of Bmpr1a in mice disturbs homeostasis of intestinal epithelial regeneration with an expansion of the stem and progenitor cell populations, eventually leading to intestinal polyposis resembling human juvenile polyposis syndrome. We show that BMP signaling suppresses Wnt signaling to ensure a balanced control of stem cell self-renewal. Mechanistically, PTEN, through phosphatidylinosital-3 kinase-Akt, mediates the convergence of the BMP and Wnt pathways on control of beta-catenin. Thus, BMP signaling may control the duplication of intestinal stem cells, thereby preventing crypt fission and the subsequent increase in crypt number.     

Research on effects of hydrostatic pressure on the dielectric property of Pb(Zn<Subscript>1/3</Subscript>Nb<Subscript>2/3</Subscript>)O<Subscript>3−</Subscript>BaTiO<Subscript>3−</Subscript> PbTiO<Subscript>3</Subscript> relaxor ferroelectric ceramics

The dielectric properties of Pb(Zn1_1/3Nb_2/3)O₃₋ BaTiO₃₋PbTiO₃ relaxor ferroelectric ceramics near the rhombohedral and tetragonal phase boundary were investigated under hydrostatic pressure. It was found that hydrostatic pressure made their phase transition temperature T _c and the peak temperature T _m decreased, and the frequency dispersion and relaxor behavior enhanced. In these disorder systems of composite pervoskite structures, there appeared polar clusters or nanodomains. The unique physical characteristics, which made the relaxor behavior enhanced, is that the correlation length among these nanodomains decreases greatly with the pressure increasing.

介绍了交通规划决策支持系统开发中所需解决的问题,就交通规划过程中的数据管理,模型库的实现和数据库,模型库的接口等来对交通规划决策支持系统的实现做了进一步的研究探讨,对开发交通规划决策支持系统有一定的借鉴意义。     

陶瓷ＣＢＮ砂轮的修形及磨削性能

研究西洋太砂轮修整器对ＣＢＮ砂轮的修形原理,及修形后砂轮磨削特殊网的加工特性。分析实验结果得出：磨削高速钢时砂轮磨粒磨损和切悄付着,磨削软钢时砂轮表面的切屑熔着是影响ＣＢＮ砂轮寿命的主要原因。     

System View与Matlab联合仿真的研究与实现

在很多应用场合,需要联合SystemView与Matlab进行通信系统仿真。以μ律PCM编码为例提出了一种以M-LINK接口为桥梁的联合仿真方法,给出了联合仿真的流程。并通过对联合仿真输出波形出现的延迟现象进行分析,给出了仿真过程中关键参数的设置方法。仿真结果表明,这种联合仿真方法是可行的,可以应用到其它需要联合SystemView与Matlab进行复杂通信系统仿真的场合。
