Pyroelectric spectrum in Pb(Zr,Sn,Ti)O3 antiferroelectric- ferroelectric ceramics

The pyroelectric effect of phase transition induced with temperature in Nb-modified Pb(Zr,Sn,Ti)O3 antiferroelectric-ferroelectric ceramics is studied. Experimental results reveal that the phase transitions are accompanied with marked pyroelectric peaks, there exists the close relation between the type of phase transition and the shape of pyroelectric peak. Because of the variations of phase transition, various pyroelectric spectra result. The pyroelectric spectrum can display the polarization effect and some inferior phase transitions with temperature variations, such as antiferroelectric AFEA-AFEB or ferroelectric FEL-FEH transition, which are not detected by the conventional dielectric measurement.     

脑肿瘤干细胞分子生物学研究进展

脑肿瘤干细胞是脑肿瘤组织中存在的一小类具有无限增殖、自我更新和多向分化等干细胞特性的肿瘤细胞。肿瘤干细胞是肿瘤发生、发展、侵袭、转移、耐药、复发等恶性行为的主要根源,只有杀死脑肿瘤干细胞才能彻底治愈脑肿瘤。本文对当前脑肿瘤干细胞研究在分子生物学水平上取得的一些进展进行了综述。

Progress of AFM single-cell and single-molecule morphology imaging

Atomic force microscopy (AFM) can probe single living cells and single native membrane proteins in natural fluid environments with label-free high spatial resolution. It has thus become an important tool for cellular and molecular biology that significantly complements traditional biochemical and biophysical techniques such as optical and electron microscopy and X-ray crystallog-raphy. Imaging surface topography is the primary application of AFM in the life sciences. Since the early 1990s, researchers have used AFM to investigate morphological features of living cells and native membrane proteins with impressive results. Steady improvements in AFM techniques for imaging soft biological samples have greatly expanded its applications. Based on the authors’ own research in AFM imaging of living cell morphologies, a review of sample preparation procedures for single-cell and single-molecule imaging experiments is presented, along with a summary of recent progress in AFM imaging of living cells and native membrane proteins. Finally, the challenges of AFM high-resolution imaging at the single-cell and single-molecule levels are discussed.

条带式InSAR大气效应影响分析研究

针对重复轨道合成孔径雷达干涉测量(InSAR)中的大气效应问题,以伊朗巴姆地区Envisat ASAR条带模式数据为例,在开源软件ROI_PAC基础上自主编程实现了InSAR大气效应的去除,并通过干涉处理过程不同阶段的输出结果,定性及定量比较了大气校正前后的差异。研究结果表明:条带式SAR数据干涉处理过程中,大气相位一定程度上影响了残余平地相位的去除,校正后雷达视线向形变量测量误差降低了约20 mm,证明大气效应的去除能够提高InSAR测量结果的精度。     

中厚板轧制平面形状神经网络预报

通过神经网络的建模，利用实验数据对其进行训练，得到较回归数学模型精度更高的钢板平面形状外形曲线，若用MAS法控制平面形状的外形曲线，其精度更高。
