我国甜、糯玉米生产现状及前景分析

通过对我国甜、糯玉米育种现状、生产加工现状和市场现状及其生产前景分析，提出我国甜、糯玉米产业的形成关键要以加强育种研究；因势利导，重点发展，提高产量，扩大面积；制定甜、糯玉米质量标准，加快品种审定；发展订单农业，形成良性循环；引导消费，开拓和培育市场等为对策。     

水杨酸和多效唑对玉簪叶片生理生化的影响

为研究水杨酸(SA)和多效唑(PP333)对玉簪叶片生理变化的影响，本实验以玉簪(Hostu pluntagineu Aschrs)和狭叶玉簪(H．luncifoliu Engler)为试材，用SA和PR33处理玉簪叶片。结果表明：经过这两种生长抑制物质处理后，玉簪叶片的叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量和过氧化氢酶活性都有显著提高；而经水杨酸处理后可溶性蛋白含量有所下降，经多效唑处理后含量有所增加。     

小波神经网络应用于色谱信号处理中的一种改进算法

在紧致集正交小波神经网络对色谱信号处理应用的基础上,提出一种新的算法,即用B-样条函数代替紧致集正交小波函数,这样便可以解决难构造出具有解析形式的紧致集正交小波函数的问题.这种方法的引入可以使神经网络在信号的处理范畴中得到更广泛的应用.     

Assembling Zwitterionic, Water-Soluble Porphyrin and Its Biological Studies

A kind of zwitterionic water-soluble porphyrin 5-(N-trimethyl-4-aminiumphenyl)-10, 15, 20-tri (4-sulfonatephenyl) porphyrin trisammonium salt, has been synthesized. Its biological studies, interactions with DNA and bacteria cells, were investigated. The damage to the cell wall of bacteria E. coli were observed firstly by AFM (Atomic Force Microscope).     

毛泽东对开辟农村包围城市的革命道路在理论与实践两方面的历史性贡献

农村包围城市、武装夺取政权,是中国共产党人经过多年流血牺牲、历尽千难万险探索出来的,符合中国国情的一条革命道路。这条道路的开辟与道路理论的形成有着一个逐渐认识和提高的过程,其中毛泽东在理论与实践两个方面都做出了历史性贡献。农村包围城市、武装夺取政权这一理论的诞生,是毛泽东思想形成的标志,是马列主义普遍真理与中国革命实践相结合的光辉典型。     

Interaction between poly（amidoamine） dendrimers and DNA studied by spectroscopic methods

The interaction between amino-terminated, and ethylenedtamine core poly（amtdoamine） （PAMAM） dendrimers and herring sperm DNA was investigated by various spectroscopic methods including UV spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, microscopic FTIR- and circular dichroism （CD-） spectroscopy. Ethidium bromide （EB） is used as a nucleic acid probe for this study. Experimental results show that PAMAM dendrimers can form stable complexes with DNA and the dendrimers bind to DNA sufficiently strong which cannot be displaced by EB, and we also found that the formation of the complexes can cause the conformation change of the DNA secondary structure. According to the Scatchard analysis, the association constant of PAMAM to DNA is calculated to be 2.53×10^4 mol/L^-1.     

Functional identification of gene cluster for the aniline metabolic pathway mediated by transposable element

A convenient and widely applicable method has been developed to clone aniline metabolic gene cluster in this study. Three positive recombinant plasmids pDA1, pDB2 and pDB11 were cloned from genomic library of aniline degradation strain AD9. The result of aniline dioxygenase （AD） activity and catechol 2,3-oxygenase （C230） activity assay showed that pDA1 and pDB11 contain aniline dioxygenase genes and catechol 2,3-dioxygenase genes, respectively. The sequence analysis of the total 24.7-kb region revealed that this region contains 25 ORFs, of which 17 genes involve metabolism of aniline. In the gene cluster, the first five genes （tadQTA1A2B） and the subsequent gene （tadR1） were predicted to encode a multi-component aniline dioxygenase and a LysR-type regulator, respectively, while the others （tadD1C1D2C2EFGIJKL） were expected to encode metacleavage pathway enzymes for catechol degradation. The gene cluster was surrounded by two IS1071 sequences.     

N-（2-氯苯甲酰基）-N′-[5-（3-吡啶基）-1，3，4-噻二唑-2-基]-硫脲的相转移催化法合成

在PEG-600为催化剂的固液相转移催化条件下用2-氯苯甲酰氯与硫氰酸铵及胺反应，一锅法制得N-（2-氯苯甲酰基）-N′-[5-（3-吡啶基）-1，3，4-噻二唑-2-基]-硫脲Ⅲ，其结构经元素分析、^1H NMR、IR和MS证实。     

MIMO中智能天线技术的应用研究

将智能天线赋形技术引入MIMO系统。根据赋形技术和MIMO的分集复用技术的特点，分析比较了这2种策略的适宜运用条件。通过仿真对不同环境条件下MIMO系统中采用分集复用技术和智能天线赋形技术的系统容量进行比较，指出了为达到最优系统性能，不同环境下应采用的不同天线。     

用计算机对人类TSPYl基因P53结合位点的鉴定

根据p53下游基因在其调节区域（启动子或内含子）含有与P53蛋白特异性结合的一致性序列5’-RRRCWWGYYYN（0-13）RRRCWWGYYY-3’，R—G或A，W—T或A，Y—C或T，N—A，C，T，G。用计算机对人类基因组中P53结合位点进行了研究，发现Y染色体上的TSPY1基因内含子中含有这样的一致性序列5’-GGGCTAGTTTtgGAGCTAGCCT-3’，意味着TSPY1基因有可能是一个p53下游基因。
