基于统计数据模型的优秀教练评判的影响因素分析

利用模糊综合评价的方法,根据美国大学教练统计数据的特征分析,从教练的执教胜率,执教年数和获得荣誉等因素来综合评价教练的排名,并运用灵敏度分析的方法分析了各项指标对评判结果的影响因素.     

Development of liquid-nitrogen-cooling friction stir spot welding for AZ31 magnesium alloy joints

A liquid-nitrogen-cooling friction stir spot welding (C-FSSW) technology was developed for welding AZ31 magnesium alloy sheets. The liquid-nitrogen cooling degraded the deformability of the welded materials such that the width of interfacial cracks increased with increasing cooling time. The grain size of the stirred zone (SZ) and the heat-affected zone (HAZ) of the C-FSSW-welded joints decreased, whereas that of the thermomechanically affected zone (TMAZ) increased with increasing cooling time. The maximum tensile shear load of the C-FSSW-welded joints welded with a cooling time of 5 or 7 s was larger than that of the friction stir spot welding (FSSW)-welded joint, and the tensile shear load decreased with increasing cooling time. The microhardness of the C-FSSW-welded joints was greater than that of the FSSW-welded joint. Moreover, the microhardness of the SZ and the HAZ of the C-FSSW-welded joints increased, whereas that of the TMAZ decreased, with increasing cooling time.     

湖南省蝶类新纪录

2016年4-10月对湖南黄桑国家级自然保护区的蝶类资源进行了逐月调查，共记录到蝴蝶3 611只，隶属5科96属170种.经鉴定其中6种为湖南省新纪录种，分别是红斑翠蛱蝶Euthalia lubentina Cramer、白钩蛱蝶Polygonia c-album Linnaeus、灿烂双尾灰蝶Tajuria luculenta Leech、咖灰蝶Catochrysops strabo Fabricius、婀玛灰蝶Mahathala ariadeva Fruhstorfer和晓徘弄蝶Pedesta xiaoqingae Huang et Zhan.

Uncoupled PID Control of Coupled Multi-Agent Nonlinear Uncertain systems

In this paper, PID (proportional-integral-derivative) controllers will be designed to solve the tracking problem for a class of coupled multi-agent systems, where each agent is described by a second-order high-dimensional nonlinear uncertain dynamical system, which only has access to its own tracking error information and does not need to communicate with others. This paper will show that a 3-dimensional manifold can be constructed based on the information about the Lipschitz constants of the system nonlinear dynamics, such that whenever the three parameters of each PID controller are chosen from the manifold, the whole multi-agent system can be stabilized globally and the tracking error of each agent approaches to zero asymptotically. For a class of coupled first-order multi-agent nonlinear uncertain systems, a PI controller will be designed to stabilize the whole system.     

CoPt-Co hybrid supported on amino modified SiO_2 nanospheres as a high performance catalyst for hydrogen generation from ammonia borane

CoPt-Co hybrids were successfully supported on amino modified SiO_2 nanospheres by a chemical reduction method at a temperature of 278 K.The solid carrier i.e.amino modified SiO_2,provides numerous anchoring sites for the metal nanoparticles(NPs)to improve the dispersion while reducing the size of metal NPs.The supported NPs displayed a narrow particle size distribution on the SiO_2 surface with an average diameter of 12 nm.The XRD results alongside with the binary alloy phase diagram suggest that the resulted NPs are bimetallic,composed of CoPt and amorphous Co.Among the prepared materials,the solid with the specific composition of SiO_2@Pt_(0.1)Co_(0.9)was proved to be effective catalyst for ammonia borane(AB)hydrolysis in aqueous solution.The turnover frequency(TOF)value of the supported nanocatalyst was 25.59mol_(H_2)min~(-1)·mol_M~(-1),almost twice as that of unsupported Pt_(0.1)Co_(0.9)NPs while the activation energy was 37.05 kJ mol~(-1).Furthermore,the SiO_2@Pt_(0.1)Co_(0.9)composite manifested high catalytic activity even after five cycles of reuse.     

企业商业信用对研发投入的影响——基于企业生命周期视角的实证分析

以2014—2017年的上市公司为样本,探讨了商业信用对企业研发投入的影响,以及在企业不同生命周期的反应。实证研究发现对于企业商业信用的获取与研发投入之间呈倒U型的关系,并且不同生命周期阶段的企业对其产生不同的反应。商业信用融资与成长期企业研发投入呈较强的倒U型关系,与成熟期企业呈正相关关系,与衰退期企业研发投入并没有显著关系。     

碳化细菌纤维素在钙钛矿太阳能电池对电极中的研究

在高效的钙钛矿太阳能电池(PSCs)中，通常采用贵金属对电极(Au、Ag)和昂贵的空穴传输材料(HTM)，导致了高成本和不稳定等问题.该研究使用稳定的无HTM的CsPbBr3纯无机钙钛矿的PSCs，将结构优异的天然纳米生物材料细菌纤维素(BC)经过高温碳化得到具有纳米精细结构、大表面积和孔容的多介孔碳化细菌纤维素(CBC)材料，对该材料进行SEM、XRD、FT-IR、比表面积、电导率测试以证实该材料在PSCs上的应用潜质.根据PSCs对电极的应用需要，将CBC及其与商业导电碳浆(CS)混合物作为PSCs对电极材料，通过J-V、IPCE等测试，发现纯CBC材料的电池效率高于纯CS，在作为PSCs对电极方面具有很大的潜力.该研究不仅扩大了生物质碳材料的应用领域，而且有望将CBC作为低成本稳定高效PSCs对电极材料.
