首先介绍了证据理论及其有关概念和 Dempster-Shafer 合成法则,针对 Dempster-Shafer 合成法则有时可能会产生悖论这一情况,分析了证据理论合成公式悖论产生的原因,并在此基础上提出了一种消除 Dempster-Shafer 证据理论合成悖论的方法;最后用几个实例证明这种方法是有效可靠的.     

一种新的求解区间数判断矩阵权重的方法

研究区间数判断矩阵的一致性和权重求解新方法.基于权重可行域定义了区间数判断矩阵局部一致性和局部满意一致性,并建立了判别其是否具有局部满意一致性的数学模型.作为度量区间数判断矩阵一致性优劣的一种有效方法,给出了区间数判断矩阵一致性程度的概念,并对一致性程度较差的区间数判断矩阵提出一种改进方法.以在区间数判断矩阵内搜索一致性水平最好的确定性判断矩阵为目标建立一个新的权重模型,求解此确定性判断矩阵的权重,以此作为区间数判断矩阵的权重,模型由颗粒群算法求解.最后给出了一个例子说明本文方法的有效性.     

CeO_2纳米线阵列的制备

以阳极氧化铝膜(AAO)为模板通过溶胶-凝胶法合成了CeO2 纳米线阵列,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)以及X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等对CeO2 纳米线进行了表征.     

A Theoretical Approach for Estimating Fracture Toughness of Ductile Metals

Fracture toughness is very important when applying Damage Tolerance Design and Assessment Techniques. The traditional testing approach for obtaining fracture toughness values is costly and time consuming. In order to estimate the fracture toughness of ductile metals, the fracture mechanics theory, materials plastic deformation theory and materials constructive relationships are employed here. A series of formulae and a theoretical approach are presented to calculate fracture toughness values of different materials in the plane stress and plane strain conditions. Compared with test results, evaluated values have a good agreement.     

基于RS和广义目标函数法的清水沟地质灾害承灾体易损性评价

选取白龙流域内具有代表性的清水沟小流域,以清水沟承灾体个体为评价单元,基于遥感数据和广义目标函数方法,引入地质灾害直接威胁概率指标,构建了小流域地质灾害易损性评价指标体系和评价方法,开展了清水沟大比例尺易损性评价.结果显示:清水沟小流域易损性为0～0.105的低易损性承灾体面积占全流域面积的88.4%,0.106～0.251的中易损性承灾体面积占10.2%,0.252～0.812的高易损性承灾体面积仅占1.4%.从空间分布上看,低易损性承灾体主要分布在中上游,以草地、林地和耕地为主,高易损性承灾体主要分布在下游,特别是沟口冲积扇上的居民区,以房屋、公路、桥梁为主.流域内滑坡体对于其下方的沟道以及下游的居民区有较大威胁,导致这些区域的易损性显著增加.应当做好对滑坡体的防护措施,并对下游的居民区进行重点保护.     

整合多功能景观和生态系统服务的景观服务制图研究框架

生态系统和景观是地球表层系统的基本功能单元,其变化影响着景观和生态系统服务的供给.从当前国内外研究进展上看,结合多功能景观和生态系统服务的景观服务定量化研究还比较薄弱.本文从结合多功能景观和生态系统服务以及景观服务研究的角度出发,以景观服务制图作为切入点,通过对景观服务和生态系统服务以及多功能景观的综述,提出了一种景观服务制图的研究框架,旨在为区域景观服务评价以及可持续性科学研究提供参考和借鉴.     

Tyrosine 842 in the activation loop is required for full transformation by the oncogenic mutant FLT3-ITD

The type III receptor tyrosine kinase FLT3 is frequently mutated in acute myeloid leukemia. Oncogenic FLT3 mutants display constitutive activity leading to aberrant cell proliferation and survival. Phosphorylation on several critical tyrosine residues is known to be essential for FLT3 signaling. Among these tyrosine residues, Y842 is located in the so-called activation loop. The position of this tyrosine residue is well conserved in all receptor tyrosine kinases. It has been reported that phosphorylation of the activation loop tyrosine is critical for catalytic activity for some but not all receptor tyrosine kinases. The role of Y842 residue in FLT3 signaling has not yet been studied. In this report, we show that Y842 is not important for FLT3 activation or ubiquitination but plays a critical role in regulating signaling downstream of the receptor as well as controlling receptor stability. We found that mutation of Y842 in the FLT3-ITD oncogenic mutant background reduced cell viability and increased apoptosis. Furthermore, the introduction of the Y842 mutation in the FLT3-ITD background led to a dramatic reduction in in vitro colony forming capacity. Additionally, mice injected with cells expressing FLT3-ITD/Y842F displayed a significant delay in tumor formation, compared to FLT3-ITD expressing cells. Microarray analysis comparing gene expression regulated by FLT3-ITD versus FLT3-ITD/Y842F demonstrated that mutation of Y842 causes suppression of anti-apoptotic genes. Furthermore, we showed that cells expressing FLT3-ITD/Y842F display impaired activity of the RAS/ERK pathway due to reduced interaction between FLT3 and SHP2 leading to reduced SHP2 activation. Thus, we suggest that Y842 is critical for FLT3-mediated RAS/ERK signaling and cellular transformation.     

Collaborative Project Management: A Systemic Approach to Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Project Management

Quite often over the last decade, heavy equipment manufacturers are trying to improve their project management performance with the use of effective project management methods. However, the challenges encountered aren’t isolated problems and a systemic approach is required. This paper exemplifies how a systemic approach can be applied to heavy equipment manufacturing project (HEMP) management, through of a multifaceted vision. The findings present in the paper are based on a two-year case study in a metallurgic equipment manufacturing enterprise in China. Based on the analysis of HEMP management problems and the contributions on systemic approach application in project management, the paper enriches existing theory by: (1) interpreting the HEMP management system with the top-down disassembly method; (2) developing the collaborative project management approach with a systems view highlighting the project characteristics management and inter-departmental collaboration; (3) making suggestions for systemic approach application in project management. For practitioners and researchers, the findings are particularly meaningful for manufacturing project management and systemic approach application.     

T-S 模型输入饱和扰动抑制及在Lurie 系统中的应用

研究了一类输入饱和T-S 模糊系统的扰动抑制问题。采用分区讨论与大中取大综合方法处理饱和项，利用Lyapunov 稳定性理论，提出了非线性系统的执行器饱和控制器存在的充分条件，进一步对控制器进行了优化，以实现扰动抑制要求。通过简单变换，将该条件转化为Matlab 易于求解的线性矩阵不等式。最后对鲁里叶(Lurie)系统的控制仿真验证了方法的有效性。
