Frequent mutations of chromatin remodeling genes in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder

Transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) is the most common type of bladder cancer. Here we sequenced the exomes of nine individuals with TCC and screened all the somatically mutated genes in a prevalence set of 88 additional individuals with TCC with different tumor stages and grades. In our study, we discovered a variety of genes previously unknown to be mutated in TCC. Notably, we identified genetic aberrations of the chromatin remodeling genes (UTX, MLL-MLL3, CREBBP-EP300, NCOR1, ARID1A and CHD6) in 59% of our 97 subjects with TCC. Of these genes, we showed UTX to be altered substantially more frequently in tumors of low stages and grades, highlighting its potential role in the classification and diagnosis of bladder cancer. Our results provide an overview of the genetic basis of TCC and suggest that aberration of chromatin regulation might be a hallmark of bladder cancer.     

基于人眼状态识别的驾驶员疲劳检测方法研究

提出一种基于眼睛状态识别的驾驶员疲劳状态检测的方法。首先通过建立肤色模型分割出人脸区域,再利用搜索连通域的方法实现眼睛区域的定位;然后计算出眼睛区域的垂直积分投影曲线,提取并比较曲线的特征参数,从而识别眼睛的状态;最后以眼睛闭合时间比率为测量标准实现对驾驶员疲劳程度的检测。实验表明,该方法简单、有效、实时性较好,疲劳检测的正确率较高。     

Optimal Switching Integrity Attacks on Sensors in Industrial Control Systems

In this article, an optimal switching integrity attack problem is investigated to study the response of feedback control systems under attack. The authors model the malicious attacks on sensors as additive norm bounded signals. The authors consider an attacker who is only capable of launching attacks to limited number of sensors once a time and changing the combinations of attacked sensors all over the time. The objective of this paper is to find the optimal switching sequence of these combinations and the optimal attack input. The authors solve this problem by transforming it into a traditional optimal control problem with new control variables vary continuously in the range [0, 1]. The optimal solutions of the new control variables are of bang-bang-type. Therefore, an algebraic switching condition and an optimal attack input can be obtained. Finally, numerical results are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the methods.     

A Class of Second-Order Consensus Protocol in Multi-Agent Systems with Multiple Input Delays

This paper is concerned with the consensus problems for second-order multi-agent systems with multiple input delays. Different from all standard consensus algorithms with uniform delays, the authors aim to find the largest input-delay margin which can guarantee the consensus for the case when delays are nonuniform. Based on frequency domain analysis and matrix theory, an upper bound for maximum tolerable input-delay is given in terms of the relationship with scaling strengths and largest eigenvalue of the Lapalician matrix. Simulation results are provided to illustrate the obtained results.     

基于网格吸附插值法的不规则尾流场构建方法

尾流模型的构建对于尾流遭遇情形下的飞行动力学研究具有重要意义。针对远距尾流的振荡发散特点结合正弦扰动特性构建尾流的长波振荡模型,分析不同幅值参数下尾流场速度参数,提出网格吸附法以解决坐标变换后排列不规则问题。通过与其他插值算法对比,结果表明网格吸附法在标点密度达到拐点的情况下插值速度最快,精度符合要求,效率最高。最后,构建了前机的不规则尾流场。     

Nine new species of the subgenus Stegana (Oxyphortica) from the Oriental region,with morphological and molecular evidence based on Chinese species (Diptera: Drosophilidae)

Nine new species of the subgenus Stegana (Oxyphortica) have been discovered from the Oriental Region: S. (O.) chuanjiangi Zhang and Chen, sp. nov., S (O.) dainuo Wang and Chen, sp. nov., S. (O.) dawa Zhang and Chen, sp. nov., S. (O.) laohlie Zhang and Chen, sp. nov., S. (O.) luchun Wang and Chen, sp. nov., S. (O.) mengwan Wang and Chen, sp. nov., S. (O.) triodonta Cheng and Chen, sp. nov. from southern China; S. (O.) dehiscens Cheng and Chen, sp. nov. and S. (O.) spinosa Cheng and Chen, sp. nov. from eastern Malaysia. One newly recorded species from China: S. (O.) maichouensis Sidorenko is re-described. The DNA sequences of the mitochondrial COI gene with BOLD Process ID and GenBank accession numbers are provided for the above seven new species and five known species from China: S. (O.) acutipenis Xu, Gao and Chen, S. (O.) adentata Toda and Peng, S. (O.) hirtipenis Xu, Gao and Chen, S. (O.) latipenis Xu, Gao and Chen, and S. (O.) maichouensis Sidorenko. Intra- and interspecific pairwise K-2P distances among these species are summarized and the phylogenetic relationships are reconstructed based on the neighbour-joining (NJ) analyses.

闭环回收供应链中牛鞭效应量化分析

环保和资源的问题关系到整个社会和环境,现代制造越来越注重资源的可持续化应用。将牛鞭效应的量化与控制引入闭环供应链的研究中,有效测量了有回收的供应链中的牛鞭效应。结合传统制造业的制造及分销渠道,运用运筹学及数学理论建立了一个由生产者、销售者及回收渠道组成的供应链模型,并进行数值实验计算和分析。结果表明:牛鞭效应仍存在于具有回收途径的供应链中,减少回收产品直接销售并重新加工能够降低整体供应链的牛鞭效应。     

1961-2014年西安市秋淋气候特征分析

利用1961-2014年8-10月西安市7个气象站逐日降水资料,采用降水强度指数分析了西安市秋淋天气气候变化特征.结果表明,20世纪90年代是近50年来西安市秋季9~10月降水量最少的阶段.1961年以来西安市共有23 a出现秋淋多雨时段,20世纪60年代至80年代中期较多,1983年和1984年出现强秋淋;20世纪80年代中期至21世纪10年代初期,只有1992年出现了1次秋淋天气;2011年以来,秋淋呈明显上升、增强趋势.1961-2014年秋淋天气过程平均降水量呈上升趋势,偏多年份主要出现在20世纪80年代初中期和21世纪.厄尔尼诺使秋季9~10月降水量减少,与秋淋天气存在明显的负相关关系.近54年西安市秋淋没有发生显著的气候突变,存在4~6 a、10 a和24 a左右的长振荡周期.     

有阻尼多跨连续梁在横向激励下的响应

为研究有阻尼多跨连续梁在横向激励下的位移响应,采用整体分析的方法,在BernoulliEuler梁理论的基础上建立求解连续梁的横向振动方程,求得了有阻尼多跨连续梁的位移响应函数,同时求得了有阻尼条件下的固有频率方程和振型函数。     

灰色关联度在甜高粱材料筛选中的应用

对甘肃省兰州市榆中县中试基地种植的11种甜高粱材料进行试验,以筛选出适合在兰州榆中地区种植的甜高粱材料。采用灰色关联度对材料的茎干鲜重、生物产量、茎杆平均含糖量进行分析,同时参考株高、穗长、穗颈长、物候期等指标,选定适合榆中地区不同用途的甜高粱材料。灰色关联度分析结果:茎秆鲜重、生物产量、茎秆平均含糖量三个指标中,茎秆平均含糖量灰色关联度最大,对结果影响最大;灰色综合评判排序显示08-2、2043、09-1、雅津43号分别排列前4位。08-2、2043、09-1、雅津43号综合表现最好,适合兰州榆中地区种植,可用于饲料生产和生物质能源储备种植。
