将氨合成塔内列管式换热器，改成螺旋板式换热器，并将该换热器置于触媒筐同一径向上．气体由中心管单端进气改为上、下两端同时进气，以达到进触媒筐的气体尽可能地分布均匀．本结构能使合成塔的生产能力较原塔提高１０％以上．     

The covalent and tertiary structure of bovine liver rhodanese

Bovine liver rhodanese is a single polypeptide of 293 amino acids in which the halves of the molecule assume analogous tertiary structures in the absence of substantial sequence homology. The sulphur atom transferred during catalysis is bound in persulphide linkage to Cys-247. Substrate binding seems to involve Arg-186 and Lys-249.     

Electronic tagging and population structure of Atlantic bluefin tuna

Electronic tags that archive or transmit stored data to satellites have advanced the mapping of habitats used by highly migratory fish in pelagic ecosystems. Here we report on the electronic tagging of 772 Atlantic bluefin tuna in the western Atlantic Ocean in an effort to identify population structure. Reporting electronic tags provided accurate location data that show the extensive migrations of individual fish (n = 330). Geoposition data delineate two populations, one using spawning grounds in the Gulf of Mexico and another from the Mediterranean Sea. Transatlantic movements of western-tagged bluefin tuna reveal site fidelity to known spawning areas in the Mediterranean Sea. Bluefin tuna that occupy western spawning grounds move to central and eastern Atlantic foraging grounds. Our results are consistent with two populations of bluefin tuna with distinct spawning areas that overlap on North Atlantic foraging grounds. Electronic tagging locations, when combined with US pelagic longline observer and logbook catch data, identify hot spots for spawning bluefin tuna in the northern slope waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Restrictions on the time and area where longlining occurs would reduce incidental catch mortalities on western spawning grounds.     

带时变时滞的不确定离散奇异系统鲁棒稳定性分析

为了降低不确定离散奇异时变时滞系统稳定性条件的保守性,首先,采用时滞分割方法,获得了新的时滞系统描述方法,并通过综合考虑各时滞分割子区间,提出了分割子区间依赖型Lyapunov函数.其次,采用时滞依赖线性矩阵不等式技术,将研究结果描述成易于求解的严格线性矩阵不等式形式.通过Matlab工具箱求解线性矩阵不等式,即可获得标称系统正则、因果及均方稳定的条件,并将标称系统的研究结果推广至不确定离散奇异时变时滞系统的稳定性分析,获得了不确定离散奇异时变时滞系统鲁棒稳定判定条件.最后通过实例应用说明了所提定理的有效性,且与现有文献结果相比,保守性得到了较大程度的降低.     

Microstru cture and oxygen storage capacity of Sr-modified Pt/CeO2 –ZrO2catalysts

Strontium was introduced into CeO2–ZrO2 mixed oxides (CZ) by doping and impreg-nation metho ds, and then Pt was impregnated on the Sr-modifie d CZ to obtain the catalysts. X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-photon spectra (XPS), high-resolution transmission electronic microscopy (HRTEM) and H2 temperature programmed reduction (TPR) were carried out to characterize the micro-structure and reducibility of catalysts. The oxygen storage capacity (OSC) was evaluated with CO serving as probe gas. The results showed that the incorporation of Sr₂₊ in the lattice of CZ could promote the OSC properties by increasing the structure defects and enhancing the diffusion rate of oxygen from bulk to surface. For the Sr-impregnated sample, the strong metal–support interaction (SMSI) between Pt and CZ was interrupted, since Sr covered parti al surface Ce species. Such interruption retarded the back-spillover effect occurring at the Pt/Ce interface at low temperature, resulting in the loss of OSC. Meanwhile, it was found that a part of impregnated Sr₂₊ could partially diffuse from the surface to the inner atomic layers of CZ and partially incorporated in the lattice during the calcination. The OSC performance of Sr-impregnated sample therefore climbed remarkably with the rise of temperature.

物理化学实验是一门集数学、物理、化学于一体的必修综合性技能课程，起着连接基础学科、应用学科及科学研究的作用。该文结合地方院校的物理化学实验过程教学内容、实验数据处理、学生对仪器设备的使用等教学环节及考核方式，同时对学生心理情况进行了分析，再对教学中出现的问题进行了阐述，并提出通过循环式教学、加强实验技能及设置开放式实验等方法提高教学质量，在教学过程中注重培养学生的动手操作能力，适应了目前应用型人才培养模式。     

Effects of baria on propane oxidation activity of Pd/Al2O3 catalyst: Pd–BaO interactio n and reaction routes

The BaO-modified Pd/Al2O3exhibits much better catalytic activity than Pd/Al2O3for C3H8 oxidation both before and after the hydrothermal aging treatment. Further studies ascribe its good activity to the influence of BaO species on the physicochemical characteristics of the catalyst and the reaction routes. Firstly, the BaO species inhibits the phase transformation of alumina, resulting in higher surface area of the catalysts and hereby a better dispersion of Pd. Secondly, the basic nature and electron-withdrawing effect of barium oxide maintain palladium at high oxidation state, which leads to a higher PdO content on surface of the BaO-modified catalyst. Finally, the formation/decomposition of carbonate/bicarbonate species can be promoted by the addition of BaO, which provide extra reaction routes and are important for the deep oxidation of C3H8.
