民办高校党组织与董事会关系探究

随着民办高校的发展,民办高校党建工作在逐渐步入正轨的同时面临许多发展难题,其中最核心的是民办高校党组织与董事会的关系问题。从理论来看,二者之间的关系为决策与参与决策、监督与被监督、引导与被引导、分工协作,但在实践中却出现分权不清、失衡、权力运作失范、制度缺失严重、机制运作失调等问题,因此,只有转变观念,准确定位,建立框架科学、细节完备的制度体系,打造良性互动的科学机制,夯实基础、循序渐进才能处理好二者的关系,推进民办高校健康发展。

Electrorheological effect of Ti-bearing blast furnace slag with different TiC contents at 1500℃

The electrorheological properties of CaO–SiO2–Al2O3–MgO–TiO2–TiC slags were investigated to enhance understanding of the effect of TiC addition on the viscosity, yield stress, and fluid pattern of Ti-bearing slags in a direct-current electric field. The viscosities and shear stresses of 4wt% and 8wt% TiC slags were found to increase substantially with increasing electric field intensity, whereas virtually no rheological changes were observed in the 0wt% TiC slag. The Herschel–Bulkley model was applied to demonstrate that the fluid pattern of the 4wt% TiC slag was converted from that of a Newtonian fluid to that of a Bingham fluid in response to the applied electric field; and the static yield stress increased linearly with the square of the electric field intensity.     

w(Co)对CB2钢显微组织和力学性能的影响

为研究w(Co)对CB2钢微观组织和力学性能的影响，调整CB2钢中w(Co)为0.5%，1.0%，1.5%，2.0%和3.0%.利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、室温拉伸等检测方法研究w(Co)对试验钢微观组织和力学性能的影响规律，结合Thermo-Calc和JMatpro-7.0模拟结果解释其影响机理.研究发现:w(Co)增加提高铬当量的值，使试验钢中δ铁素体含量减少，当w(Co)增加到1.5%时，δ铁素体基本消失;材料的抗拉强度随w(Co)的增加而增加，而延长率则先增加后降低;结果表明，w(Co)为1.5%时综合性能较好，即抗拉强度达到805.13MPa，延长率达到20.4%，布氏硬度为260.     

基于C语言访问MySQL数据库的研究与实现

基于C++的高效内存池的设计与实现

为了高效、安全地利用计算机内存资源,在大型的软件设计中,往往要进行大量的内存分配与回收操作,为此,C++专门提供了malloc等相关函数进行操作,这些函数能够满足一般的使用,但由于它们调用了操作系统API,所以实际使用时会在操作系统中产生大量的内存碎片,让内存分配成为效率瓶颈,从而降低系统性能.基于此,通过对循环首次适应算法进行改进,设计并实现了基于C++的高效内存池,大幅提升了内存分配与回收的效率.同时,还为内存池编写了相关的分配子,使其能与C++标准库无缝对接,提供了若干具有垃圾回收功能的智能指针,提高了内存管理与程序运行的效率.     

横坐标系捷联惯导系统极区导航及阻尼设计

针对水下潜器在极区工作时,其常用惯性导航系统机械编排存在精度下降、无北向基准等问题,设计了适用于水下潜器极区工作的横坐标系捷联惯性导航系统机械编排方案。在构建了横坐标系参考框架的基础上,推导出各导航参数在横坐标系统和常规坐标系统之间的转换关系,建立了横坐标系捷联惯导系统的机械编排,并在此基础上分析其误差传播特性。通过误差分析,确定了横坐标系捷联惯导系统中存在的周期性振荡,并提出了适用于横坐标系捷联惯导系统的阻尼技术,有效抑制了周期性振荡。最后,通过仿真试验验证了该系统在极区工作的可行性和阻尼技术有效性。     

Performance Analyses of Production Inventory Systems Considering Service Time and Product Returns of Online Shopping

This paper considers a production inventory system with service time and product returns,dependent on the characteristics of online shopping behaviors. The customers arrive according to a Poisson process, in which the arriving customer requires an item in the inventory, as well as a server service that the service time is exponentially distributed. Moreover, there is one production facility to produce items according to(s, S) policy, and the production time also follows an exponential distribution. In the beginning, the stationary joint distribution is obtained in the product form for the queue length and the on-hand inventory level. Additionally, the resulting distribution is applied to derive some performance measures, which can be adopted to numerically calculate the optimal(s, S)policy. Finally, numerical analyses are processed to investigate the effects of some system parameters on the performance measures. The numerical results clearly indicate that the product return rate has a significantly monotonic effect on the optimal policy and optimal cost.

设k是有限域.A是k上的满足一定有限性条件的本质小的遗传阿贝尔范畴.本文研究了有界复形范畴的modified Ringel—Hall 代数MH(A)中零微分复形乘积的结构常数，给出了它们与A的Ringel-Hall 代数H(A)的Hall数之间的关系.
