商业银行构建"金融超市"路径初探

文章阐述了商业银行构建“金融超市”的成因、必要性,提出通过商业银行经营实体的微观金融创新和金融监管部门的金融制度创新互动来构建“金融超市”。     

攀枝花方言词类考察

词类是词法的重要内容。本文在《攀枝花方言词形研究》的基础上,对攀枝花方言的词类作了全面考察。文中例举了各类词的土词词以及俗语的特殊说法和某些特殊用法。     

杨树不同杂交组合苗期性状遗传变异

对T120×S3107等8个杂交组合及各组合内无性系间的苗高、胸径、分枝情况等性状变异进行了研究。结果表明,组合间和无性系间在各性状上存在着显著的变异,苗高、胸径、侧枝的广义遗传力分别为77.75%,52.64%,56.96%。各杂交组合苗高和胸径平均值均超过对照T120和I 69。I 69×S3244,I 69×I 63组合的苗高和胸径性状表现都较好。因此,从这批材料中选出优良无性系是有可能的。     

PM10治理措施有效性的灰色关联评价及实证分析

大气环境是一个复杂的、多因素相互作用的开放系统。区域大气环境受整个大气环境影响的同时,更与区域内经济发展水平、工业布局、环境治理实效等因素密切相关。如何有效地监测和控制大气环境中的PM10污染,已经成为全球及区域大气环境治理的重点和难点。PM10在时间、空间和数量上的不确定性以及大气治理措施的不稳定性等系列特征,使大气治理措施与PM10在区域环境中的分布和运动现状构成了一个灰色关联系统。首次将斜率关联分析法应用于PM10治理措施有效性的评价,并实证分析重庆市“九五”期间各大气环境治理措施与PM10污染的相对有效性。     

Experimental investigation of parallel optical data storage using pyrrylfulgide photochromic material

The optical storage characteristics of a new kind of organic photochromic material棗pyrrylfulgide were experimentally investigated in the established parallel optical data storage system. Using the pyrrylfulgide/PMMA film as a photon-mode recording medium, micro-images and encoded binary digital data were recorded, readout and erased in this parallel system. The storage density currently reaches 3?107 bit/cm2. The recorded information on the film can be kept for years in darkness at room temperature.     

Cloning and expressional analyses of a cinnamoyl CoA reductase cDNA from rice seedlings

Cinnamoyl CoA reductase (CCR: EC 1.2.1.44),the entry-point enzyme of the llgnin specific biosynthetic pathway, catalyzes the conversion of cinnamoyl CoA esters to their corresponding dnnamaldehydes. Multiple sequence alignment showed that the deduced polypeptide shared 70% similarity and 30% sequence identity at the amino acid level with defined CCR genes from other plant species and they all contain the common signature sequences thought to be the catalytic site as well as the putative NADP binding domain.Using a conserved OsCCR cDNA fragment as the probe for library screening, we isolated the genomic DNA that covered the whole coding region of OsCCR with total length of 3045bp including 4 introns and 5 exons. The open reading frame for our OsCCR gene coBtAin~ 337 amino adds. Northern blot indicated that OsCCR was expressed in different organs with the highest level found in stems. In situ hybridization results showed that OsCCR mRNA was localized mainly along the vascular bundles in stems and leaves, and also in lateral roots that was differentiating from the tiilering node. We conclude that the vascular-localized expression of OsCCR gene may suggest its possible involvement in llgnin biosynthesis. Cloning and characterization of OsCCR will help to clarify how llgniflcations in plants are regulated and will provide a physical basis for creating genetically engineered rice plants with optimal lignin contents.

Among entomopathogenic fungi the Entomophthor- ales plays an important role in natural control of insect pests through induction of epizootics in insect popula-tions[1—3]. 军事短波通信抗干扰性能仿真设计与实现

建立了几个军事短波通信系统仿真模型,并简要叙述了军事短波通信系统中跳频,扩频的干扰方程。文章给出了仿真物理结构图以及功能模块图,也给出了军事短波通信抗干扰性能仿真评估的指标,提出了利用云模型及云不确定性推理对仿真结果进行评估,并给出了干扰和无干扰条件下军事短波通信的抗干扰性能评估结果。     

Nitric oxide produced by cumulus cells stimulates maturation of mouse oocytes

The effect of sodium nitroprusside (SNP), a donor of nitric oxide, on meiotic maturation of mouse oocytes was studied by injecting N^w-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME) intra-peritoneal (ip), a nitric oxide synthase inhibitor, or culturing oocytes in the medium supplemented with L-NAME or hypoxanthine (HX) to arrest the spontaneous oocyte maturation in vitro. The results showed that the inhibitory effect of L-NAME by injecting 10 mg/kg ip on extrusion of the first polar body only could be reversed by injecting 2.5 mg/kg SNP with L-NAME simultaneously (P < 0.05). Half an hour later ten mice died when given 10 mg/kg SNP ip. The treatment of some concentrations of SNP (10^–7, 10^–6, 10^–5mol/L) significantly stimulated meiotic maturation to metaphase Ⅱ stages in cumulus enclosed oocytes in the presence of HX. However, other concentrations of SNP (10^–8, 10^–4, 10^–3 mol/L) had no effect on HX-arrested oocyte meiotic maturation. The optimal concentration of SNP on CEOs had no effect on DOs. The dose of 10^–3 mol/LL-NAME demonstrated a significant suppression in formation of PB₁, but not in GVBD. This inhibition was reversed by the addition of SNP. These results indicated that the physiological levels of NO produced by cumulus cells could stimulate meiotic maturation of mouse oocytes both in vivo and in vitro.     

偏、均、连三甲苯+叔丁醇体系的等压汽液平衡

用ＣＰ－Ｉ型汽液平衡双循环釜测定了叔丁醇＋偏三甲苯、叔丁醇＋均三甲苯、叔丁醇＋连三甲苯３个二元体系在压力为９９．９９２ｋ时的等压汽液平衡数据,并进行了热力学一致性检验,用Ｗｉｌｓｏｎ方程关联了实验数据,拟合精度令人满意。
