Simultaneous anti-windup synthesis for linear systems subject to actuator saturation

A synthesis method for global stability and performance of input constrained linear systems, which uses a linear outputfeedback controller and a static anti-windup compensator is investigated. Different from the traditional two-step anti-windup design procedure, the proposed method synthesizes all controller parameters simultaneously. Sufficient conditions for global stability and minimizing the induced L2 gain are formulated and solved as a linear matrix inequalities(LMIs) optimization problem, which also provides an opportunity to search for a better performance tradeoff between the linear controller and the anti-windup compensator.The well-posedness of the close-loop system is also guaranteed.Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.     

Modeling eBay price using stochastic differential equations

Online auctions have become increasingly popular in recent years. There is a growing body of research on this topic, whereas modeling online auction price curves constitutes one of the most interesting problems. Most research treats price curves as deterministic functions, which ignores the random effects of external and internal factors. To account for the randomness, a more realistic model using stochastic differential equations is proposed in this paper. The online auction price is modeled by a stochastic differential equation in which the deterministic part is equivalent to the second‐order differential equation model proposed in Wang et al. (Journal of the American Statistical Association, 2008, 103, 1100–1118). The model also includes a component representing the measurement errors. Explicit expressions for the likelihood function are also obtained, from which statistical inference can be conducted. Forecast accuracy of the proposed model is compared with the ODE (ordinary differential equation) approach. Simulation results show that the proposed model performs better.

面向中亚地区的多语种专业领域术语库及本体知识库构建

针对目前乌兹别克语、哈萨克语等中亚语种急缺专业领域词典、术语库及知识本体库的问题,文章以安全领域为例,利用现有术语作为种子词,自动采集维基百科及双语专业词典中的术语对,人工校对后构建了中型中、俄、乌、哈多语种专业领域术语库。以此术语库为基础,搭建了包含人员、组织、地域、技术、设备、活动、文件7大类及35个子类的领域本体,最后讨论了该专业术语库及领域本体库的扩展潜力和应用前景。本成果是一项重要的基础性工作,对中亚语种的术语词典编撰、术语学、自然语言处理和语言教学研究均有较大现实意义。     

中国大气颗粒物污染与致癌研究进展

 室外空气污染和污染空气中的颗粒物是一类致癌物，而近年中国的大气颗粒物污染仍然维持在较高浓度水平。通过综述中国近年大气颗粒物污染现状和开展的颗粒物致癌机制研究，分析中国研究中颗粒物有关实验动物致癌性的证据和颗粒物致癌的人群流行病学线索，阐述大气颗粒物与癌症的关系，提出中国亟需开展相关研究。

提出了以国产MCT80 0 0F8运动控制器为核心的智能高速罐身电阻焊机数字化控制系统 ,并介绍了系统的组成、工作原理、硬件接口、电机控制方法以及伺服电机的运动关系数学模型 .新的系统有利于提高罐身电阻焊机的制罐生产速度 ,并具有功能全面、可靠性高、控制精确、开放性好以及成本较低等优点
