MFI-type zeolite membrane on hollow fiber substrate for hydrogen separation

High performance MFI-type zeolite membranes on the outer surface of α-Al 2 O 3 hollow fibers were synthesized by secondary growth method using pure silica sol without an organic template. X-ray diffraction was used to characterize the phase structure of both the seed layer and zeolite membrane. The morphologies of the seed layer and zeolite membrane were examined by scanning electron microscopy. The zeolite membrane achieved an extraordinary H 2 /CO 2 separation factor of 10 with a high H 2 permeance of 5.56 10 -7 mol m -2 s -1 Pa -1 at 723 K.

Understanding atomic-scale phase separation of liquid Fe-Cu alloy

Using liquid Fe 60 Cu 40 alloy as a model, the structure of liquid Fe-Cu alloy systems is investigated in the temperature range 1200 2200 K, covering a large metastable undercooled regime, to understand the phase separation of liquid Fe-Cu alloys on the atomic scale. The total pair distribution functions (PDFs) indicate that liquid Fe 60 Cu 40 alloy is ordered in the short range and disordered in the long range. If the atom types are ignored, the total atom number densities and PDFs demonstrate that the atoms are distributed homogenously in the liquid alloy. However, the segregation of Fe and Cu atoms is very obvious with decreasing temperature. The partial PDFs and coordination numbers show that the Cu and Fe atoms are not apt to get together on the atomic scale at low temperatures; this will lead to large fluctuations and phase separation in liquid Fe-Cu alloy.

Rapid growth and sterility of growth hormone gene transgenic triploid carp

Triploid carp (100%) with 150 (3n=150) chromosomes were obtained by crossing the females of improved tetraploid hybrids (♀, 4n=200) of red crucian carp (♀)×common carp (♂) with the males of diploid yellow river carp (♂, 2n=100). The crosses yielded transgenic triploid carp (positive triploid fish, 44.2% of the progeny) and non-transgenic triploid carp (negative triploid fish). Histological examination of the gonads of 24-month-old positive triploid fish suggested they were sterile and the fish were not able to produce mature gametes during the breeding season. Morphologically, both the positive and negative triploid fish were similar. They had a spindle-shaped, laterally compressed, steel grey body with two pairs of barbells. Most of the quantifiable traits of the triploid carp were intermediate between those of the two parents. The positive and negative triploid fish were raised in the same pond for 2 years. The mean body weight of the positive triploid fish was 2.3 times higher than the negative triploid fish. The weight of the largest positive triploid fish was 2.91 times higher than that of the largest negative triploid fish. Thus, we produced fast-growing transgenic triploid carp that have a reduced ecological risk because of their inability to mate and produce progeny.

集群系统运行状态监控软件设计

结合现有监控方法,设计并实现了一种针对集群系统关键部件的多层次、集中式监控软件.该软件的监控状态参数丰富,涵盖了部件的物理状态、节点的负载状态、节点的事件信息状态和数字电路逻辑状态这4大类运行状态;其状态数据使用数据库集中存储,便于历史数据的检索与分析;状态数据具有统一时钟,能够再现集群系统历史某时刻的运行时场景.在实际系统上的运行结果表明:基于该软件实现的故障在线自动处理机制能够提高系统运行稳定性及作业的成功率.     

长株潭城市群统筹规划利用土地的调控研究

长株潭三市是湖南省经济社会发展的核心区。随着长株潭城市群和区域一体化的建设发展,在协调用地上存在着以下问题:各主城区扩张不够合理,建设用地布局分散失衡;建设用地各主城区不足,周边县市相对宽松;城乡土地利用统筹不够,用地二元结构问题严重;处于不完整产业链低端,土地利用经济效益不高;三地市场存在行政分割,区域发展土地成本较高。为有效解决这些问题,应采取统筹规划利用土地资源的创新举措:一是编制一体化的土地利用总体规划和专项规划;二是成立土地利用调控管理机构,制定全面协调的政策体系;三是适度向重点区域和项目倾斜,优惠政策保障建设用地供给;四是技术和制度并举,积极拓展建设用地空间。
