本科旅游管理专业实验室建设探讨

本科旅游管理专业的实验课程是其教学计划中不可替代的部分，其实验室建设也相应地得到重视。针对其在“硬建设”“软建设”以及实验室管理队伍建设等方面存在的问题，文中对其进行分析后，提出应走“新校企合作”的道路、量身定制“软建设”以及开设实验室管理专业等措施。为本科旅游管理专业实验室建设提供理论借鉴。     

含非线性介质Fabry－Perot腔的分岔图

用数值计算方法，绘制含非线性介质Ｆａｂｒｙ-Ｐｅｒｏｔ腔系统中两参数各自延拓变化范围后的分岔图，观察到通向混沌的多条道路及周期窗口等动力学现象．计算了刻化系统混沌特征的Ｌｙａｐｕｎｏｖ指数和关联维数．给出分岔图的部分骨架图．     

稀土硝酸盐与L—α亮氨酸固体配合物的合成与表征

在无水乙醇和苯的混合溶剂中,制得了稀土硝酸盐和L—a亮氨酸的6种固体配合物.经化学分析、元素分析和热重分析确定了其组成是RE(Leu)_3(NO_3)_3H_2O(RE=Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd)和Dy(Leu)_4(NO_3)_3·H_2O(Leu=Leucine亮氨酸);测定了熔点,并通过TG—DTG比较了它们的热稳定性.     

压力容器应力测定中的综合误差分析

通过对钢制受内压球形封头和圆筒形容顺的应变测量,分析了测试过程中可能产生的误差及其原因,总结出切实可行的误差计算公式,此公式为更好地对误差分析提供了方便。     

Programmed cell death in Laminaria japonica (Phaeophyta) tissues infected with alginic acid decomposing bacterium

TdT-mediated dUTP-biotin nick end labeling (TUNEL) is a sensitive and valid method for detecting DNA cleavage in programmed cell death (PCD). Using this method, DNA cleavage was observed in Laminaria japonica sporophytic tissues, which were infected with alginic acid decomposing bacterium. It was found that DNA cleavage occurred 5 min after the infection, the fragments with 3′-OH groups of cleaved nuclear DNA increased with time of infection and spread from the infection site. Although no typical DNA ladder (200 bp/180 bp) was detected by routine agarose gel electrophoresis, the cleavage of nuclear DNA fragments of 97～48.5 kb could be detected by pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE). By using CaspGLOWTM fluorescein active caspase-3 staining method, caspase-3 activity has been detected in response to the infection of alginic acid decomposing bacterium. Our results are similar to the observations in hypersensitive response (HR) of higher plant, suggesting that the rapid cell death of L. Japonica infected by alginic acid decomposing bacterium might be involved in PCD, and indicating that the occurrence of PCD is an active defense process against the pathogen's infection.     

基于MBSE的民机研制过程管理

为保证在基于模型的系统工程(model-based systems engineering, MBSE)背景下民机研制的高效过程管理, 分析了当前民机研制的过程特征与面临的挑战, 在此基础上规划了基于模型的民用飞机研制整体框架与基于模型的过程全寿命周期管理(model-based process lifecycle management, MBPLM)概念。基于过程模型及其语义结构和类的定义, 提出了广泛适用于民机研制全过程的MBPLM方法, 并设计相应的并行架构。最后,为提升可操作性, 在典型系统民机舱内压力控制系统设计中演示了系统建模过程的管理时序、过程分析评估与异同构模型管理。所提方法可应用于以民用飞机为代表的复杂系统研制, 能够在MBSE背景下实现模型开发与过程管理关联与协同, 统筹管理研制全寿命周期过程。     

Deubiquitination of p53 by HAUSP is an important pathway for p53 stabilization

The p53 tumour suppressor is a short-lived protein that is maintained at low levels in normal cells by Mdm2-mediated ubiquitination and subsequent proteolysis. Stabilization of p53 is crucial for its tumour suppressor function. However, the precise mechanism by which ubiquitinated p53 levels are regulated in vivo is not completely understood. By mass spectrometry of affinity-purified p53-associated factors, we have identified herpesvirus-associated ubiquitin-specific protease (HAUSP) as a novel p53-interacting protein. HAUSP strongly stabilizes p53 even in the presence of excess Mdm2, and also induces p53-dependent cell growth repression and apoptosis. Significantly, HAUSP has an intrinsic enzymatic activity that specifically deubiquitinates p53 both in vitro and in vivo. In contrast, expression of a catalytically inactive point mutant of HAUSP in cells increases the levels of p53 ubiquitination and destabilizes p53. These findings reveal an important mechanism by which p53 can be stabilized by direct deubiquitination and also imply that HAUSP might function as a tumour suppressor in vivo through the stabilization of p53.     

面向并行设计的分布式产品模型的研究

为实现产品模型内部的一致性,针对并行设计过程,提出了面向并行设计的分布式产品模型,该模型基于Multi-agent的结构,既能表达产品内各部分相互之间的层次组成关系,也能表达产品内各部分相互之间的约束关系。实现了产品模型的分布式表达,该模型可以很好地支持分布,协作,并发的并行设计过程,满足并行设计Top-down设计,约束设计和再设计的要求。     

研究生招生管理系统的数据安全问题与对策研究

本文在对当前研究生招生管理系统研究的基础上,分析了当前研究生招生管理系统中存在的主要数据安全问题;并就存在的数据安全问题提出了基于网络层次、主机服务器层次、及数据库管理系统层次的3层数据安全防范体系,且对该体系中的数据安全防范技术进行了详细阐述,以此确保研究生招生管理系统在网络上的安全运行.
