单通道通讯模式异步流水线控制器

为了实现异步电路在实际应用中的低功耗、高性能特性,提出了一种基于单通道通讯协议的高速异步流水线控制单元和一种使用Muller C单元的高鲁棒性的QDI(quasidelay insensitive)异步流水线控制单元。第1种异步流水线控制单元采用独立的正反向响应电路,使得比近期提出的超高速异步流水线控制单元GasP电路的正向响应减小了50%的信号翻转。该电路使用TSMC 0.25μm CMOS工艺实现,HSPICE模拟结果表明与GasP电路相比正向响应时间减少38.1%,可以工作在2.2 GHz;第2种控制器与流行的QDI异步控制器STFB(single-track full-buffer)电路相比,以较少的面积代价,实现了时序验证上的极大简化。

聚丙烯酰胺复配物在自激式除尘器中的应用

为了提高自激式除尘器对呼吸性粉尘的去除效率，同时降低除尘能耗，将聚丙烯酰胺（PAM）、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠（AOT）、硫酸钠和氢氧化钠或盐酸溶液进行复配，形成的PAM复配物用于自激式除尘器，对除尘情况进行了相关研究．从理论上分析了该复配物的除尘降阻机理，分别使用纯水、AOT溶液和PAM复配物溶液在自激式除尘器中进行了对比试验．结果表明，自激式除尘器使用PAM复配物溶液不但可以提高全尘特别是呼吸性粉尘的除尘效率，而且降低除尘器的阻力损失，减少能耗，在相同除尘效率和处理风量下，自激式除尘器使用PAM复配物溶液比使用纯水更经济、合理．     

试论唐代宫廷宴饮风俗及其影响

唐代宫廷通过征收赋税、内官进奉、外官进奉和外蕃进奉等手段使得国库丰盈，这样唐代宫廷就有余财频繁地举行宴饮活动。唐代宫廷宴饮的主要类型有节日宴会、皇帝游宴、皇家醣宴、庆功宴、朝会及伴随祭祀活动而举行的宴会、宫廷内宴、皇帝为任命的外官饯行宴、皇帝迎接外蕃的宴会。唐代宫廷宴饮中主要的佐乐活动有行酒令、乐舞表演、百戏游艺节目表演等，这些活动一方面有效地调节宫廷宴饮气氛，另一方面也使得唐代宫廷宴饮风俗具有更丰富的文化内涵。唐代宫廷宴饮风俗作为一种上层丈化，为唐代社会各阶层所效仿，同时这种风俗也被五代直接继承。     

Molecular cloning and expression of interleukin Ibeta (IL-1β) from red seabream (Pagrus major)

The interleukin 1β (IL-1β) cDNA was cloned from the red seabream (Pagrus major) by homology cloning strategy. A cDNA fragment was amplified by PCR using two degenerated primers, which were designed according to the conserved regions of other known IL-1β sequences, and elongated by 3' ends and 5' ends RACE PCR to get the full length coding sequence of red seabream IL-1β (RS IL-1β). The sequence contained 1252 nucleotides that included a 5' untranslated region (UTR) of 84bp, a 3' UTR of 410 bp and an open reading frame (ORF) of 759 nucleotides which could be translated into a putative peptide of 253 amino acids with molecular weight of 28.6 kD and putative isoelectric point pI of 5.29. The deduced peptide contained two potential N-glycosylation sites and an identifiable IL1 family signature, but lacked the signal peptide and the clear ICE cut site, which were common in other nonmammalian IL-1β genes. The RS IL-1β had the highest homology with piscine IL-1β according to phylogenetic tree analysis.     

Joint Strength with Soldering of Al2O3 Ceramics After Ni-P Chemical Plating

Ni-P alloy was chemically plated on Al2O3 ceramics to produce uniform alloy coatings at temperatures below 70~C. Cu metal was electroplated onto the Ni-P coating to facilitate the soldering and shorten the chemical plating time. Then, the electroplated ceramic specimens were soldered with 60 wt.% Sn-40 wt.% Pb solder in active colophony. The highest shear strength was acquired after the heat treatment at 170℃ for 15 min. The joint fractures mostly propagated along the interface between the ceramics and the Ni-P coating, with some fracture in both the ceramics and the Ni-P coating near the interface and some along the interface between the Cu and Ni-P coatings. The results show that ceramic surface roughness and the chemical plating parameters influence the coating quality, and that suitable heat treatment before the soldering also improves the adhesion between the ceramics and Ni-P coatings, thus strengthening the joints.
