针对现行交通量预测方法存在的不足,提出了一种交通需求级别预测法,并认为在交通走廊拥堵区间可采用分级规划方式编制高速公路网长远规划.     

感觉与感受之别——谈我对散文创作的一点看法

以市场为主导价值的文学观滋长了散文的消费叙事,散文创作面临精神匮乏的困境,这与许多作者混淆了集体经验（感受）和个体经验（感觉）的内涵有关,通过对＂感受＂和＂感觉＂的释义,可见二者的区别,并通过具体的事例对比解析,论述抓住个体经验（感觉）是写好一篇散文的关键。     

高层商务楼中的电梯运行管理方案设计

在分析比较现有高层电梯运行管理设计方案的基础上,在保证员工的正常工作和出行的情况下,建立了尽可能降低能耗又使乘客等待时间尽可能短的电梯运行的数学模型。最后结合实例编制了Lingo程序,得到了最优解,从而验证了所建模型的合理性。     

中小企业融资结构与企业成长——以我国中小上市公司为样本

采用Z值模型衡量中小企业存在的融资风险,实证研究中国中小上市公司融资结构与成长性的关系。实证结果表明,当Z>2.4时的中小上市公司即债务融资风险小的公司,这些公司的融资结构与成长性显著正相关,这些公司适合采用债务融资;而当Z<2.09时的中小上市公司即债务融资风险大的公司,这些公司的融资结构与成长性显著负相关,这些公司不适合采用债务融资。     

Lushan M_S7.0 earthquake:A blind reserve-fault event

In the epicenter of the Lushan MS7.0 earthquake there are several imbricate active reverse faults lying from northwest to southeast,namely the Gengda-Longdong,Yanjing-Wulong,Shuangshi-Dachuan and Dayi faults.Emergency field investigations have indicated that no apparent earthquake surface rupture zones were located along these active faults or their adjacent areas.Only brittle compressive ruptures in the cement-covered pavements can be seen in Shuangshi,Taiping,Longxing and Longmen Townships,and these ruptures show that a local crustal shortening occurred in the region during the earthquake.Combining spatial distribution of the relocated aftershocks and focal mechanism solutions,it is inferred that the Lushan earthquake is classified as a typical blind reverse-fault earthquake,and it is advised that the relevant departments should pay great attention to other historically un-ruptured segments along the Longmenshan thrust belt and throughout its adjacent areas.

Dempster-Shafer （D-S） algorithm with credit scale in spectrum sensing

In cognitive radio, the detection probability of primary user affects the signal receiving performance for both primary and secondary users significantly. In this paper, a new Dempster-Shafer (D-S) algorithm with credit scale for decision fusion in spectrum sensing is proposed for the purpose to improve the performance of detection in cognitive radio. The validity of this method is established by simulation in the environment of multiple cognitive users who know their signal to noise ratios (SNR) and a central node. The channels between the cognitive users and the central node are considered to be additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN). Compared with traditional data fusion rules, the proposed D-S algorithm with credit scale provides a better detection performance.     

磁性琼酯糖亲和吸附剂的合成与应用

采用反相悬浮包埋技术合成了粒径在43-295μm之间的磁性琼脂糖微球。磁性琼脂糖微球经环氧氯丙烷活化后，分别键合6-氨基已酸、氨基乙酸和乙二胺为间隔臂，用水溶性碳二亚胺为缩合剂，分别偶联对氨基苯甲脒、l-精氨酸甲酯和胍基已酸，制备了3种磁性亲和吸附剂，并用于尿激酶粗品的分离纯化。测定了活性回收率和比活提高倍数，并与以磁性葡聚糖为基质的磁性亲和吸附剂对尿激酶的纯化效果进行了对比。
