薄带连铸取向硅钢的热轧孪生行为

薄带连铸流程下取向硅钢粗大λ晶粒(〈100〉//ND,normal direction)的“遗传”会导致磁性能恶化.为解决这一问题,针对取向硅钢的热轧孪生行为开展研究,结果表明:凝固组织粗大的取向硅钢在650℃热轧时可产生大量112〈111〉形变孪晶,这与具有高层错能的硅钢在较高温度下难以孪生变形的传统认知不同.热轧过程中复杂的应力状态降低了变形孪晶的取向依赖性,由于具有更高的储存能,孪晶界/孪晶界及孪晶界/晶界交叉点成为再结晶形核的优先位置,大大提高了常化过程中的再结晶率,受沿孪晶界应变分布及孪晶间距离的限制,沿孪晶界形核的再结晶晶粒通常呈“饼状”,最终形成以细小且取向漫散的再结晶晶粒为主的常化组织,消除了初始凝固组织中有害的粗大λ晶粒.     

动态适应性高校信息系统的研究

为了提高高校信息系统动态适应性的需求,提出了一种基于业务规则的高校信息系统结构。将高校信息系统中易变的业务需求独立出来作为业务规则单独进行管理,基于该方法开发的高校信息系统可以通过配置业务规则来实现灵活的需求变化。实验结果表明,该实现方法是可行的,系统能更好地适应动态变化,并提高了系统开发的效率。     

C-banding pattern and nucleolar organizer regions of Cynoglossus semilaevis Günther, 1873

The C-banding pattern and nucleolar organizer regions of the metaphase chromosomes of Cynoglossus semilaevis are reported. The interstitial regions in all chromosomes including the pair of sex chromosomes had positive C-bands, and the 6th and 12th pairs of chromosomes were entirely stained in most cases. Some chromosomes such as the 1st, 2nd, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th pairs showed C-bands at centromeric or distal ends. The C-banding heretochromatin occupies 30.03% of the total chromosome surface in C. semilaevis,which is similar to that of amphibians such as Mixophyes fasciolatus (30.2%) and M. schevilli (20.7%), but is rather lower than that of cephalochordate Branchiostoma belcheri (54.3%). Silver staining revealed a single pair of nucleolar organizer regions (NORs) located in the telomeric regions of Chromosome 2. The association of NORs with heterochromatin observed in vertebrates also occurs in C. semilaevis as the telomeric regions of Chromosome 2 are always stained positively with C-banding.     

一种新颖的编辑距离限制下的相似性确认算法

针对相似性确认步骤中编辑距离计算的高复杂性问题,提出了一种在编辑距离限制下的基于鸽笼原理的字符串相似性确认算法.首先找到满足编辑距离片段映射的片段,以此片段为基准,将长度为500bp的read分段.然后对满足编辑距离片段映射的左右部分递归地进行编辑距离计算,将各段得到的编辑距离相加即为最后结果.最后根据最长公共子串的下限将需要验证的片段数目降到最低,得到优化方案.实验结果表明,基于鸽笼原理的分段递归计算编辑距离的确认算法减少了验证步骤的时间,并能保证假阳率和假阴率都为零.     

自组装膜电极上烟酸的电化学行为及其分析应用

报道了烟酸在 2 -巯基苯并噻唑自组装膜修饰金电极 (MBT/SAM/Au)上的电化学行为 ,建立了新的测定烟酸的电分析方法。在 p H1 1 .92 B-R溶液中 ,烟酸在 MBT/SAM/Au上出现了两对氧化还原峰 ,对应的氧化还原峰电位为 Epa,1=-0 .0 40 V、Epa,2 =0 .5 0 9V、Epc,1=-0 .1 87V、Epc,2 =0 .1 66V;Epc,2 处的还原峰电流与烟酸的浓度在 2 .44× 1 0 -2 ～ 2 .44× 1 0 -7mol/L的范围内呈线性 ,检测限达 1 .2 2× 1 0 -7mol/L,方法用于片剂中烟酸含量的测定 ,结果令人满意     

780MPa级热镀锌用TRIP钢退火工艺及组织演变

研究了热镀锌用高强TRIP钢的退火工艺对性能的影响和组织演变规律. 结果表明:实验用钢可获得780.00MPa以上的抗拉强度和24.00%以上的断后延伸率;两相区加热温度和贝氏体保温时间对钢的力学性能具有显著影响,两相区加热温度为850℃,贝氏体保温时间为30s时,实验用钢能获得最佳的综合力学性能;在贝氏体中温相变后,仍有部分亚稳奥氏体(碳含量较低)在后续冷却过程中发生马氏体相变,从而导致钢退火后的微观组织由铁素体、贝氏体、残余奥氏体和马氏体组成.

高速连铸保护渣熔化特性的实验研究

在不同条件下对 Li2 O降低保护渣熔点作用规律进行了实验研究 ,分析探讨其满足高速连铸保护渣熔化特性要求的配比及含量。实验表明 ,Li2 O是获得低熔点保护渣的理想助熔剂 ,其含量应在 2 %～ 5%范围内。     

重合度对直齿行星齿轮传动的影响

建立了单级2K-H渐开线行星齿轮传动的集中质量参数型振动模型，将齿轮啮合的刚度近似等效成时变分段线性的弹簧刚度．分析了系统因时变啮合刚度激励而引起的稳态振动．得出了在2K-H渐开线行星齿轮的传动中，齿轮的动载荷与齿轮间的重合度相关；在无阻尼状态下太阳轮一行星轮的动态啮合力小于行星轮一内齿圈的啮合力．     

Structural analysis of the promoter of tomato 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate synthase 6 gene(Le-ACS6)

Ethylene plays an important role in the regulation of many growth and developmental processes of higher plants. In tomato,Le-ACS6,a member of the ACC synthase multigene family involved in system 1 ethylene biosynthesis during fruit ripening,is subject to negative feedback regulation by ethylene. To identify the cis-elements that are responsible for the negative feedback control,we established an in vitro transient assay system employing particle bombardment on mature-green tomato fruit pericarp to examine the expression of a luciferase(LUC) reporter gene driven by a 5′-serially deleted Le-ACS6 promoter. The results localized putative cis-elements required for negative ethylene-response between -347 and -266 upstream from the translational start site ATG. Several lines of stable transformation of the Le-ACS6 promoter and GUS reporter fusion gene containing internal deletion from -347 to -266 were generated. The expression pattern of the GUS reporter showed that removal of the nucleotides from -347 to -266 completely eliminated the response of the Le-ACS6 promoter to exogenous ethylene.
