川、滇、黔白蜡虫几个代表性地方种虫经济性状的比较研究

本文选择了四川、云南、贵州等几个有代表性的白蜡虫地方种虫,就虫囊含卵量、虫囊大小分配情况、100粒虫囊重量、性比、泌蜡量、泌蜡期等进行了比较研究,以期对于品种划分及在杂交育虫时,正确选择杂交组合等提供依据。     

Discovery of Ordos Cretaceous dune rock and its significance

It has been found that there existed quite a large quantity of dune rocks in the red sandstone of the Zhidan Group of Ordos Cretaceous strata. Their sedimentary structure, grain size and micro-shape of sand grains show an obvious aeolian features. Both the temporal and spatial distribution and sedimentary characteristics of these dune rocks suggest that probably a large sand sea once existed in the Ordos region. It belonged to a subtropical inland trade-wind desert with persistent hot climate and was also an important part of the Cretaceous red desert in China.     

罗丹明6G生物探针测定蛋白质

以荧光染料单体和二聚体平衡转化为基础,提出了以罗丹明6G荧光染料为生物探针测定蛋白质的方法。罗丹明6G在十二烷基磺酸钠（SDS）的存在下形成二聚体,蛋白质的定量加入可以调节这一平衡,据此拟定测定蛋白质的分析方法,该法线性范围宽,灵敏度高,反应速度快,正确度高,抗干扰能力强,对样品的分析结果令人满意。     

新型中性载体高选择性水杨酸根离子选择性电极的研究

研究了基于水杨醛缩碳酰胺合铜(Ⅱ)[Cu(Ⅱ)-SAU]、水杨醛缩碳酰胺合镍(Ⅱ)[Ni(Ⅱ)-SAU]的金属配合物为中性载体的阴离子选择性电极.实验结果表明:以水杨醛缩碳酰胺合铜(Ⅱ)[Cu(Ⅱ)-SAU]为中性载体的离子选择性电极对水杨酸根离子(Sal-)具有良好的电位响应特性,且呈现反Hofmeister行为,其选择性序列从大到小为:Sal-,ClO4-,I-,SCN-,NO2-,NO3-,Br-,SO24-,SO23-,Cl-.在pH=4·0的磷酸盐缓冲体系中该电极具有最佳的电位响应,在1·0×10-1~9·6×10-6mol/L浓度范围内呈近能斯特响应,斜率为-51·4mV/dec(25℃),检测下限为8·1×10-6mol/L.采用交流阻抗研究了电极的响应机理,并将电极用于样品分析,结果比较满意.     

牦牛乳中Ca,K,Mg,P的含量

用原子吸收法分析了天然草地放牧的牦牛和犏牛乳中Ｃａ、Ｍｇ、Ｋ的含量，用比色法测定Ｐ的含量．结果显示，处于泌乳中期牦牛乳中Ｃａ、Ｋ、Ｍｇ和Ｐ的含量（ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ）分别为３６．７９±８．４７、２７．６１±３．３９、２．５２±０．５０、２４．７８±６．７２．实验还对干乳期牦牛乳腺分泌物中上述几种的含量及Ｃａ、Ｐ在牦牛乳中的分布进行了初步研究     

我国科学技术投入少、效率低、影响力弱,任重而道远

 研究美国如何管理国防领域国家实验室、各类国家实验室如何支持国防需求,对建设中国国家战略科技力量、构建一体化国家战略体系和能力具有重要借鉴意义。建议中国国家实验室体系的顶层设计必须体现国家战略需求,按照军民融合发展要求统筹确定国家实验室布局,借鉴发达国家经验创新国家实验室管理模式,并将国防科技重点实验室纳入国家重点实验室体系统筹考虑。     

藏文数字图书馆备份系统的架构设计与实现

阐述了藏文数字图书馆的定义及数据备份系统的重要性,介绍了数据备份系统的系统架构方式及数据备份的相关管理软件。根据藏文数字图书馆的特性,结合现有的先进技术,设计出藏文数字图书馆的数据备份系统架构,并阐述了该系统数据备份和灾难恢复实现过程。通过这项研究,可以提高藏文数字图书馆在发生灾难时能迅速恢复数据资源,提高持续服务功能,推动藏文数字图书馆建设的发展。     

用FPGA实现以太网信号处理与互连

采用可编程逻辑器件和以太网控制器相连接实现网络接口模块的设计.通过FPGA实现对以太网控制器的信号控制和网络数据收发、缓存等.重点介绍了FPGA对以太网总线的处理和数据缓冲区的设计,并给出了以太网总线的处理方法,异步数据传输的原理和实现方法.结果在EPIC6中予以实现,获得了良好的实验效果.     

Aspects of Romanian Early-Middle Jurassic palaeobotany and palynology. Part VII. Successions and floras

The Jurassic floras of Romania occur in the Carpathian Mountains and in Dobrogea (Eastern Romania). In the South Carpathians, diverse and well preserved floras have been recorded since the middle of the 19th Century in the Resita, Sirinia, Presacina, CernaJiu, Holbav and Cristian Basins. The ages of these floras range between Hettangian and Sinemurian, with representatives belonging to Bryophytes, Pteridophytes and Gymnosperms. Excellent preservation and diversity were recorded in Anina, in the central area of the Resita Basin, a possible fossile-Lagerst?tte locality. The 3D collecting opportunities due to underground coal mining permitted detailed phytostratigraphical studies. These studies showed a floral change at the Hettangian-Sinemurian boundary, related to climate change. The Jurassic coal basins of the South Carpathians show both intramontainous and paralic features. The Resita Basin is a typical intramountainous depression basin, while the other basins are influenced by the marine realm. From a paleogeographical point of view, the Romanian Early and Middle Jurassic floras occurred on the northern frame of the Tethys realm, floristic features indicating the Eurosinian Province. One of the closest floras in terms of floristic similarities is the Iranian Early Jurassic flora. In the Apuseni Mountains, the HettangianSinemurian flora is less well-preserved and diverse than those of the South Carpathians. The Middle Jurassic flora of Romania is confined to Dobrogea (Eastern Romania), where a bennettite-dominated assemblage with low diversity and preservation was recorded.
