对以二氯丙醇环合反应生产环氧氯丙烷过程中所采用的催化剂进行了研究.采用溶胶凝胶法制备了不同种类的固体超强碱催化剂,并考察了这些催化剂的组分配比、焙烧温度等因素对催化剂性能的影响.其中对于组分为BaK/γ-Al2O3的固体超强碱催化剂,在焙烧温度为600℃、Ba∶K∶Al=4∶1∶10,反应温度为125℃时其催化活性最高.采用气相色谱分析法对产品进行表征,测得1,3-DCH转化率和ECH收率可达到80.03%和74.30%.同时采用红外光谱、NH3-TPD谱图、BET比表面和表面碱强度等分析手段对催化剂的性能进行了表征. 相似文献

针对双渠道供应链环境下,零售商将前期采购的部分产品作为策略性库存用于后期销售的情形,建立了制造商为主方的两周期Stackelberg动态博弈模型,分析了零售商持有策略性库存对双渠道供应链成员定价决策的影响。研究结果表明,零售商可以通过持有策略性库存影响制造商的批发价格决策,进而影响传统零售渠道和电子直销渠道之间的零售价格竞争。特别地,当单位库存持有成本较小时,持有策略性库存能够增加零售商利润。同时,为了缓解渠道冲突和双重边际化问题,构造了基于电子渠道直销价格的批发价格折扣和固定转移支付的组合契约。最后,通过数值分析,验证了此种组合契约同时协调零售商策略性库存决策和双渠道供应链成员两周期定价决策的有效性。 相似文献

We have reported that chymotrypsin B (CtrB) is not just a digestive enzyme but is also stored in lysosomes. Herein, we demonstrated a broad distribution of CtrB and explored the involvement of CtrB in apoptosis. Exposure of RH-35 cells to H2O2 or palmitate induced the redistribution of lysosomal CtrB into the cytoplasm as a result of lysosomal membrane permeabilization (LMP). Suppression of CtrB significantly blocked apoptosis, while overexpression of CtrB sensitized apoptosis markedly. CtrB could cleave Bid under neutral conditions. In RH-35 cells with Bid silenced, apoptosis induced by CtrB protein was attenuated, suggesting that CtrB mediates apoptosis of RH-35 cells mainly through processing Bid. Our data also suggest that LMP occurs earlier than mitochondrial outer membrane permeabilization; Bid activation initiated by caspase-8 might be reinforced by CtrB in consequence of LMP, which causes a positive feedback loop leading to the accumulation of tBid, and results in lysosome- and mitochondrion-dependent apoptosis. 相似文献

针对由ERP厂商、APP厂商与客户企业组成的移动应用供应链,考虑客户企业对软件质量与交付时间存在约束,ERP厂商的售前服务会影响软件开发质量等问题,构建了基于软件质量与交付时间的收益模型,分析了分散与集中决策下双方的最优决策策略以及APP厂商的售后维护成本分担比例与应急成本对双方决策水平的影响,比较了两种决策下对应的合作绩效,提出了双向成本分担与提前交付奖励的供应链协调策略.研究表明:随客户企业的质量感知度增大,ERP厂商通过适当延长交付时间产生的质量改进效应大于延长交付期产生的负效应,使总效应增加;当客户企业的交付期敏感程度小于临界值时,ERP厂商可通过交付高质量软件产品提高自身利润,当交付期敏感程度大于临界值时,可通过提前交付提高自身利润;通过对供应链进行协调,可使原本因无法满足客户企业对质量与交付期的要求而使双方放弃合作的情形变得可合作,使原本可合作时双方的合作绩效与利润更高;当APP厂商独自承担售后维护成本时,实施供应链协调产生的价值大于双方共同承担时对应的值. 相似文献

The fact that the photoluminescence properties of quantum dots are always strongly influenced by the environment limits the scope of further progress in the field of QD’ bio-applications. In this paper, the effects of immunoglobulin G (IgG) on the photo-luminescence properties and stability of water-soluble CdSe/ZnS core-shell quantum dots coated with amphiphilic poly (acrylic acid) (PAA) are studied. Photoluminescence (PL) spectra, UV-vis spectra and excited state lifetime measurements are used to characterize the influence of different protein molecules, such as IgG (goat anti-human IgG, rabbit anti-human IgG, human IgG, and goat anti-human IgG-human IgG conjugates), avidin and bovine serum albumin (BSA) on the PL properties of QDs. The PL intensity and stability of CdSe/ZnS are largely enhanced compared to that of pure CdSe/ZnS QDs when the IgG molecules are added into the QD solution. The PL intensity increases with increasing the IgG concentration, but there appears no influence on the PL peak and a full width at half maximum (FWHM). The PL evolution of QDs as a function of different protein molecules depends on the structure of protein molecules, which is used as a sensor to recognize human IgG. It is inferred that the interaction between PAA coating layer and IgG molecules results in the enhancement of PL intensity. The study of the effect of pH and ion strength on optical properties of QD-IgG mixed solution, compared with the pure QD solution, suggests that pH value and ion strength do not destroy the interaction between the PAA coating layer and IgG. Excited state lifetime analysis indicates that the PL enhancement comes from the passivation of surface of the QDs with the PAA coating layer. IgG molecules have no effects on the properties of the biological system but can increase the stability and PL intensity of CdSe/ZnS QDs, which will enlarge the application of QDs in biomedicine and other fields. 相似文献

This study quantifies surface denudation of carbonate rocks by the first application of in-situ cosmogenic36Cl in China. Concentrations of natural Cl and in-situ cosmogenic36Cl in bare carbonates from Guizhou karst areas were measured with isotope dilution by accelerator mass spectrometer. The Cl concentration varied from 16 to 206 ppm. The 36Cl concentrations were in range of (0.8-2.4)106 atom g-1 , resulting in total denudation rates of 20-50 mm ka-1 that averaged over a 104-105 a timescale. The 36Cl-denudation rates showed roughly a negative correlation with the local mean temperature. This preliminary observation may suggest the variations of proportions of chemical weathering and physical erosion in denudation process, depending upon local climatic conditions. 相似文献
