水泥搅拌桩的低应变测试

针对水泥搅拌桩具有桩体强度较低和桩中心空洞的特点，应用基桩的低应变动测技术，通过水泥土取芯强度与弹性波传播速度的对应关系，传感器与激振点的相对位置变化对测试参数影响情况的研究，探索了低应变动测方法新的应用领域，为水泥搅拌桩的成桩质量检测积累了一定的经验。     

伯胺N_(1923)对贵金属的萃取(Ⅲ)——含有氯桥的双核配阴离子Rh_2Cl_9~(3-)的研究

用胺类萃取时,铑以双核的配氯阴离子存在于有机相中,无论用三辛胺,三异辛胺还是N_(1923)萃取时,萃合物的铑氯之比均接近2:9,可用Rh_2Cl_(9~(3-))表示。在此双核配阴离子之中,二个铑原子用三个氯桥相连成,这是一个共面的双八面体,红外光谱中Rh-C1振动峰的分裂证实了这种桥氯键的存在。除了1593cm~(-1)处的Rh-Cl峰之外,在1488cm~(-1)处出现了一个新峰,分裂发生在低频区意味着桥氯键的长度比端氯键长。在类似的双核配氯阴离子如Cr_2Cl_(9~(3-))与W_2Cl_(9~(3-)中,也存在有桥键的伸长。     

考虑修理工多重休假的并联系统可靠性模型分析

针对大型复杂装备维修力量的调度与分配复杂性,引入修理工多重休假策略,以包含n个相同部件的并联系统为研究对象,针对以往研究利用指数分布等典型分布导致模型约束条件过于严格的问题,假设系统部件寿命、维修时间以及修理工休假时间均服从连续Phase-type分布,建立了适用性更好的系统可靠性解析模型,得到了系统可靠度、系统稳态可用度、稳态故障频度、系统平均故障间隔时间等一系列可靠性参数的解析表达式,并利用算例验证了模型适用性。     

均匀设计法在过碳酸钠生产上的应用

利用均匀设计法，研究了影响过碳酸钠产品收率的因素和反应的条件，在计算机上用多元性回归分析法进行处理，最终最得到最优化条件。     

球隔离泵运动特性的理论分析

本文从隔离球在缸体中的运动规律出发,分别讨论隔离球比重小于驱动液,大于驱动液时隔离球的运动规律,并导出了进浆过程及排浆过程各阶段的间隙流速、间隙流量、隔离球相对于驱动液的运动速度等公式,探讨了球隔离泵的隔离机理。

ON THE CALCULATION OF MESOPORE SIZE DISTRIBUTION BY THE GAS ADSORPTION METHOD

Seeing that some commercial gas adsorption instrument still uses a too rough method for cal-culation of mesopore size distribution, we reviewed some practical methods of calculation so farproposed in the literature. We have found that most of these methods and many books have someincorrectness in the geometric factor Q_i used for the calculation of pore volume △V_i from corevolume △V_i~k. It has been proved that the correct expression for Q_i should be[_i/(_i~k+1/2△t_i)]~2for cylindrical pores, _i,/(_i~k+1/2△t_i)for slit-shaped pores. On the basis of this correct Q_i,these methods were applied to the desorption isotherms. The results were compared and analyzed.     

Structural differences between a ras oncogene protein and the normal protein

One of the most commonly found transforming ras oncogenes in human tumours has a valine codon replacing the glycine codon at position 12 of the normal c-Ha-ras gene. To understand the structural reasons behind cell transformation arising from this single amino acid substitution, we have determined the crystal structure of the GDP-bound form of the mutant protein, p21(Val-12), encoded by this oncogene. We report here the overall structure of p21(Val-12) at 2.2 A resolution and compare it with the structure of the normal c-Ha-ras protein. One of the major differences is that the loop of the transforming ras protein that binds the beta-phosphate of the guanine nucleotide is enlarged. Such a change in the 'catalytic site' conformation could explain the reduced GTPase activity of the mutant, which keeps the protein in the GTP bound 'signal on' state for a prolonged period time, ultimately causing cell transformation.

探讨了P-538萃取钪的条件。和Th~(4 ),Ce~(4 )相似,P-538对钪有极好的萃取能力,即使在高酸下也近于完全萃取,因而可用于钪与其它元素(除Th~(4 )与Ce~(4 )外)的分离,萃合物的组成经测定为Sc(HA)_3。
