Magnetism in Mn and Co doped ZnO bulk samples

Bulk samples with nominal composition Zn0.95Co0.05O and Zn0.92Co0.05Mn0.03O were fabricated by a solid-state reaction method at 600℃.X-ray diffraction experiment showed that the peaks of secondary phase Co3O4 with a cubic structure were visible in both samples,besides the main peaks of wurtzite structure as ZnO.Magnetization measurement indicated that doping Co alone can induce ferromag- netism in ZnO itself,while the introduction of Mn significantly enhances ferromagnetism.However, both samples showed different magnetic behavior at temperatures below 50 K.It was also noted that ferromagnetic coupling interaction was weakened due to the presence of antiferromagnetic Co3O4.     

Feature-point-extracting-based automatically mosaic for composite microscopic images

Image mosaic is a crucial step in the three-dimensional reconstruction of composite materials to align the serial images. A novel method is adopted to mosaic two SiC/Al microscopic images with an amplification coefficient of 1000. The two images are denoised by Gaussian model, and feature points are then extracted by using Harris corner detector. The feature points are filtered through Canny edge detector. A 40×40 feature template is chosen by sowing a seed in an overlapped area of the reference image, and the homologous region in floating image is acquired automatically by the way of correlation analysis. The feature points in matched templates are used as feature point-sets. Using the transformational parameters acquired by SVD-ICP method, the two images are transformed into the universal coordinates and merged to the final mosaic image.     

The experimental study of interaction between shock wave and turbulence

The interaction between shock wave and turbulence has been studied in supersonic turbulent mix layer wind tunnel. The interaction between oblique shock wave and turbulent boundary layer and the influence of large vortex in mix layer on oblique shock wave have been observed by NPLS technique. From NPLS image, not only complex flow structure is observed but also time-dependent supersonic flow visualization is realized. The mechanism of interaction between shock wave and turbulence is discussed based on high quality NPLS image.     

耐盐能源植物海滨锦葵(Kostelezkya virginica)再生体系的建立

对海滨锦葵组织培养再生体系进行了研究，结果表明：1．海滨锦葵茎段外植体较好的愈伤组织诱导培养基组合为MS＋KT1．5mg／L＋IAA2．0mg／L或MS＋6-BA4．0mg／L＋IBA0．2mg／L＋Inositol50mg／L．2．海滨锦葵愈伤诱导不定芽的较好培养基组合为MS＋NAA2．0mg／L＋2iP5．0mg／L和MS＋NAA0．5mg／L＋2iP5．0mg／L．3．海滨锦葵腋芽分化不定芽的较好培养基组合为改良MS（含2倍有机营养）＋KT0．4mg／L＋IAA1．0mg／L．MS基本培养基中适当提高有机营养的含量对腋芽的增殖有促进作用，实验中以有机营养的含量为基本培养基2倍时效果较好．4．不定芽在1／ZMS的培养基中附加IBA1．0mg／L牛根最好．     

锁相环时域抖动的分析与仿真

分析造成锁相环时域抖动的原因的基础上,提出了一种时域抖动的仿真方法,用于确定锁相环的输出短期抖动和经过分频器后的长期抖动.     

若干多重联图的边染色

设G1,G2,…,Gn是n个(n≥2)两两不相交的简单图,它们的n-重联图是在G1 G2 … Gn中,将Gi的每一顶点与Gj的每一顶点连接起来(i≠j,i,j=1,2,…,n)所得到的图,简记为K(G1,G2,…,Gn).若Gi≌G,i=1,2,…,n,则称K(G1,G2,…,Gn)为G的等n-重联图,简记为K(n,G).本文研究了若干多重联图的边染色.     

G蛋白偶联受体研究进展

G蛋白偶联受体(Gprotein-coupled receptors,GPCRs)是具有7个跨膜螺旋的蛋白质受体,是人体内最大的蛋白质家族。按GPCRs一级结构的同源性,主要分为A、B、C三族;按氨基酸序列的相似性以及与配基的结合情况GPCRs可以分为5个亚家族。本文就GPCRs的结构、分类、GPCRs的二聚化以及其固有活性等方面做了一些介绍。     

高速并联机械手抓放操作时间最优轨迹规划

提出了一种两平动自由度高速并联机械手——Diamond机构的时间最优轨迹规划方法．首先分析得到3次样条规律的操作空间轨迹误差与关节空间插扑节点间距的4次方成正比，然后确定出典型抓放操作轨迹各段的最大插补间距并获得抓放轨迹上一组最少轨迹点序列，有效提高了计算效率。 在此基础上，以关节速度、加速度和其变化率，以及关节驱动转矩为约束条件，以抓放时间最短为目标，采用复合型优化法计算出电池分选操作的最大和最小单程运行时间分别为0．21S和0．13S，平均分选速度超过100次／min。该方法已成功应用于由4台Diamond机械手构成的高性能锂离子电池分选系统。     

Protective effect of sodium butyrate on the cell culture model of Huntington disease

This study aimed to develop a cell culture model of Huntington disease and observe the effect of sodium butyrate on this cell culture model. Exon 1 of both a wild type and a mutant IT15 gene from the genomic DNA of a healthy adult and a patient with Huntington disease was amplified and cloned into the eukaryotic expression vector pEGFP-C1. Human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells were transiently transfected with these recombinant plasmids in the absence and presence of sodium butyrate (0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 1.0 mmol/L). The MTT assay was used to measure cell viability. The results indicated that the N-terminal fragment of mutant huntingtin formed perinuclear and intranuclear aggregates and caused a decrease of SH-SY5Y cell viability. Sodium butyrate inhibited the decrease of SH-SY5Y cell viability caused by the N-terminal fragment of mutant huntingtin. This suggests that sodium butyrate has a protective effect on this cell culture model of Huntington disease.
