电子政务门户网站是各级政府沟通公众与社会的窗口,公众满意度是体现电子政务门户网站建设水平及其影响力的一项重要指标.该文描述了电子政务门户网站公众满意度评价的现实背景及其意义,构建了政府门户网站公众满意度指标体系,并以湘潭市政府门户网站为背景,运用了定量与定性相结合的方法,依据模糊综合评价的相关理论进行了公众满意度的分析.     

Discovery of a 1.0 Ma Yellow River terrace and redating of the fourth Yellow River terrace in Lanzhou area

Based on the aeolian loess sequence-stratigraphic division and paleomagnetic datings on terraces, we found that an undiscovered terrace with the age of 1.0 Ma BP lies between the Dunwashan terrace and Wuyishan terrace. This terrace recorded an intensive Yellow River incision event during that period. Results of paleomagnetic dating and optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) dating of the Wuyishan loess section and Zaoshugou loess section on the fourth Yellow River terrace (T4) show that the age of the fourth Yellow River terrace in Lanzhou area is 0.86 Ma BP rather than the previously believed 0.6 Ma BP. This result answers a long-term question in the geomorphology community of whether there exists a 0.8 Ma terrace in Lanzhou area. The discovery of the 1.0 Ma Yellow River terrace and redating of the age of 0.6 Ma terrace in Lanzhou area provide new insights into further research on the evolution of Yellow River.

在加速寿命试验具体数据情形，恒加试验的统计分析理论已经比较成熟．在指数分布场合，文献[1]已给出了加速方程中参数的极大似然估计；文献[2]给出了加速方程中参数的似然方程．文章利用微分的方法给出了指数分布场合简单恒加试验加速方程中参数的极大似然估计．     

激光外差测量中的光学失配问题

说明了激光外差测量原理．分析了三种光学失配情形（等相位面失配、准直失配和偏移失配）下外差效率的不同表达形式，计算了三种失配情形影响下的外差效率变化曲线．得出：等相位面失配、准直失配和偏移失配三方面的增大都会不同程度地使外差效率降低，针对具体不同情况，外差效率的降低还受到探测器相对位置远近以及探测器光敏面半径相对于光斑半径的大小等因素的影响．     

移动Ad Hoc网络的流媒体服务质量问题

分析移动Ad Hoc网络的发展历史、特点,讨论近年来国内外在该领域的研究现状和热点问题.在此基础上指出移动Ad Hoc网络为无线数据传输,特别是图像和实时视频,提供应用所需的服务质量QoS所面临的问题与困难,以及现有研究的解决方法和提出的QoS框架体系等.

基于AVR的CAN总线通信协议分析技术

介绍了一种基于AVR单片机的CAN总线通信协议分析技术.采用逻辑分析仪先分析CAN总线上主机对各节点进行控制所产生的不同问答数据的含义.再使用AVR单片机ATm ega168L控制独立的CAN控制器MCP2510对CAN总线上的报文进行监听,并通过上位机传输给PC机显示.结合CAN总线规范及先前分析的问答数据的定义,通过PC机上显示的报文对协议进行完整的分析.     

Magnetism in Mn and Co doped ZnO bulk samples

Bulk samples with nominal composition Zn0.95Co0.05O and Zn0.92Co0.05Mn0.03O were fabricated by a solid-state reaction method at 600℃.X-ray diffraction experiment showed that the peaks of secondary phase Co3O4 with a cubic structure were visible in both samples,besides the main peaks of wurtzite structure as ZnO.Magnetization measurement indicated that doping Co alone can induce ferromag- netism in ZnO itself,while the introduction of Mn significantly enhances ferromagnetism.However, both samples showed different magnetic behavior at temperatures below 50 K.It was also noted that ferromagnetic coupling interaction was weakened due to the presence of antiferromagnetic Co3O4.
