Al2O3 –TiC/TiCN–Fe composite powders were successfully prepared directly from ilmenite at 1300–1400℃.The effects of Al/C ratio,sintering atmosphere,and reaction temperature and time on the reaction products were investigated.Results showed that the nitrogen atmosphere was bene cial to the reduction of ilmenite and the formation of Al2O3 –TiC/TiCN–Fe composite powders.When the reaction temperature was between 600 and 1100℃,the intermediate products,TiO2,Ti3O5 and Ti4O7 were found,which changed to TiC or TiCN at higher temperature.Al/C ratio was found to affect the reaction process and synthesis products.When Al addition was 0.5 mol,the Al2O3 phase did not appear.The content of carbon in TiCN rose when the reaction temperature was increased. 相似文献

The Paiku composite leucogranitic pluton in the Malashan gneiss dome within the Tethyan Himalaya consists of tourmaline leucogranite, two-mica granite and garnet-bearing leucogranite. Zircon U-Pb dating yields that (1) tourmaline leucogranite formed at 28.2±0.5 Ma and its source rock experienced simultaneous metamorphism and anatexis at 33.6±0.6 Ma; (2) two-mica granite formed at 19.8±0.5 Ma; (3) both types of leucogranite contain inherited zircon grains with an age peak at ~480 Ma. These leucogranites show distinct geochemistry in major and trace elements as well as in Sr-Nd-Hf isotope compositions. As compared to the two-mica granites, the tourmaline ones have higher initial Sr and zircon Hf isotope compositions, indicating that they were derived from different source rocks combined with different melting reactions. Combined with available literature data, it is suggested that anatexis at ~35 Ma along the Himalayan orogenic belt might have triggered the initial movement of the Southern Tibetan Detachment System (STDS), and led to the tectonic transition from compressive shortening to extension. Such a tectonic transition could be a dominant factor that initiates large scale decompressional melting of fertile high-grade metapelites along the Himalayan orogenic belt. Crustal anatexis at ~28 Ma and ~20 Ma represent large-scale melting reactions associated with the movement of the STDS. 相似文献

This paper presents a novel method that integrates the Algebraic Connectivity Strength of Point(ACSP) and Scoring Criteria to identify genes associated with tumor type.First,for each gene,the ACSP is used to identify reliable expression levels of the gene in all the samples.The informative genes are then selected using Scoring Criteria based on these reliable expression levels.Finally,the Support Vector Machine(SVM) classifier is used to classify the two datasets of gene expression profiling.The results show that the informative genes selected by the proposed method have higher credibility than those selected by Scoring Criteria alone. 相似文献

An equation of state(EOS) is a thermodynamic equation describing the state of matter under a given set of physical conditions,and the Mie-Grüneisen EOS is a widely used EOS for solid materials.Polyimide is a typical complex high-molecular polymer of imide monomers which is widely used in the manufacture of parts for aerospace technology and for fabricating the inertial fusion energy shells(IFE).When a spacecraft collides with a meteoroids(or orbital debris) or the IFE shells are radiated by high power laser,the polyimide used in the equipment is in high pressure state.In order to study the safety of the spacecraft and IFE shells,the EOS of polyimide should be determined.In our research,the three key parameters of the Mie-Grüneisen EOS based on the shock adiabat for polyimide have been determined with two-stage light-gas gun experiments,i.e.the bulk speed of sound of polyimide is determined as 2.62±0.22 km/s,the linear Hugoniot slope coefficient is determined as 1.25±0.063,and the Grüneisen parameter at initial state is determined as 1.53±0.135.The Mie-Grüneisen EOS for polyimide is finally obtained,and the parameter values are proved reliable via the comparison of Grüneisen parameter value calculated from two different theoretical models using the experimental data. 相似文献

冻土融沉系数是冻土融化后沉降量的直接反映,影响融沉系数的主要因素有粉黏粒含量、未冻土的含水率、干密度、液塑限等.为了定量化的描述融沉系数与各影响因素之间的关系,引入基因表达式编程算法进行五维空间上的函数挖掘,将函数表达式基因化,通过Karva语言对基因进行编码,利用达尔文的进化理论,初始种群经过若干代的交叉变异,最终得出了最优化的个体,即最优函数表达式.结果表明:得到的函数表达式能综合反映各因素与融沉系数之间的关系;对测试样本进行预测,R2值为99.50%,实现了融沉系数预测的高精度和直观化,为融沉系数预测提供了一种新的智能化方法. 相似文献
