蒙特卡罗模拟方法对EAS阵列性能分析与优化设计的研究

建立了快速计算机阵列性能分析程序，由此阵列性能进行快速分析，对种种阵列设计方案进行比较搜寻，本文介绍其基本定理，方法、程序设计及部分计算结果。

小麦谷蛋白亚基对品质性状的影响

以61个小麦品种为材料，利用方差分析探讨了3个高分子量麦谷蛋白基因座和2个低分子量麦谷蛋白基因座对14个小麦主要品质性状的影响．研究结果显示：同一基因座可以影响多个品质性状；不同基因座对不同品质性状的影响是不同的；影响的大小也存在差异．特别应该强调的是，有些品质性状同时受到两个基因座的影响，有时基因座间互作的影响大于单个基因座效应的影响．本研究结果说明，小麦品质性状的改良是非常复杂的，对不同品质性状的改良应采用不同的育种策略．
