行李箱盖板大变形区域的压延筋结构研究

分析了各种结构形式的压延筋、压延筋的几何形状和参数对拉延阻力分布的影响，以及拉延阻力分布状况对覆盖件拉延成形过程中金属流动的影响，提出了覆盖件模具中压延筋设计的基本准则．应用非线性有限元方法对轿车行李箱盖板拉延过程进行了数值模拟仿真，根据基本准则和仿真结果，局部修改压延筋的几何形状和几何参数，即通过调整局部拉延阻力分布和改善拉延成形过程中金属的流动，提高拉延制件的质量．实践证明，压延筋的设计准则和数值模拟成形方法完全可行．

The Surface Properties and Tensile Strength of HSPE Fiber Treated by Controlling Oxidation in Chromic Acid

This work reported on the surface modification of high strength polyethylene(HSPE)fiber by chemical etching in chromic acid.The surface chemistry,the functional group contents, the wetting ability, the surface morphology and the tensile strength of modified fibers were investigated. The results show that, the surface roughness,surface wet properties and active functional group can be introduced on the HSPE fiber surface by this method,which will improve the interface adhesion in the composites, and the decrease of the tensile strength of modified fibers can be controlled.

An Analysis of the Kinetic Features of Scissor Elevator Mechanism and Its Optimized Design

A mathematical model has been established for the research on scissor elevator for ship passenger stairs.The kinematical and kinetic simulation analyses were carried out with MATLAB/Simulink.The relative kinetic relation between hydraulic cylinder and other parts,as well as its rules of change has been found.A 3-D model of ship scissor elevator was established with Pro/E.The design of the mechanism was optimized in Pro/MECHANICA based on the findings from simulation analysis.Practice has proved that the design is scientific and reasonable and could serve as the theoretical guidance and reference for the design of scissor mechanism of other uses.

Application of Rapid Prototyping Technology in Die Making of Diesel Engine

This paper studies engineering applications of rapid prototyping (RP) technology in die making of diesel engine. On demand of product development and die making of, an integrated system of reverse engineering and rapid prototyping (RE/RP) for engineering application is constructed, and effective application of RP technology in die making is thus realized. Taking the casting die for clutch house of diesel engine as an example, this paper studied the engineering application of laminated object manufacturing (LOM) technology in rapid die making and discussed related technologies as parameter setting of temperature and pressure in heat pressing, the matching of laser power and cutting speed of laser, and layout and post treatment of the prototype in RP technology. The casting die manufactured with LOM technology has satisfactory lifetime and is successfully used in 100 rough castings of clutch house for diesel engine. The manufacturing cost for the die is decreased and the production period is shortened.

State of water and its implications for supersaturated structures in Mg(NO_3)_2 aerosols

One technique based on the difference spectra was developed to study the state of water in supersaturated Mg(NO3)2 aerosols. The technique could be derived from the observation that the Raman scattering and infrared absorbance cross sections of molecular vibrations of interest remain practically constant from diluted solutions to supersaturated aerosols.
