A Class of Nonlinear Nonlocal Singularly Perturbed Reaction Diffusion Systems

The singularly perturbed initial boundary value problems for the reaction diffusion system are raised. Firstly, under suitable conditions, using a iteration technique, the differential inequalities theorem is constructed and introducing two auxiliary functions the existence and uniqueness theorem of solution for the basic reaction diffusion system is proved. Using the singularly perturbed method the formal asymptotic expressions of the solution are constructed with power series theory. By using the comparison theorem the existence and its asymptotic behavior of solution for the original problem are studied. Finally, using method of estimate inequalities, the structure of solutions for the problem is discussed thoroughly in three cases and asymptotic solution of the original problem is given. The asymptotic behavior of solution in the three cases is proved.     

OPTIMAL MAINTENANCE AND REPLACEMENT OF EXTRACTION MACHINERY

This paper considers a problem of optimal preventive maintenance and replacement schedule of equipment devoted to extracting resources from known deposits. Typical examples are oil drills, mine shovels, etc. At most one replacement of the existing machinery by a new one is allowed. The problem is formulated as an optimal control problem subject to the state constraint that the remaining deposit at any given time is nonnegative. We show that the optimal preventive maintenance, production rates, and the replacement and salvage times of the existing machinery and the new one, if required, can be obtained by solving sequentially a series of free-end-point optimal control problems. Moreover, an algorithm based on this result is developed and used to solve two illustrative examples.

Blind Equalization Algorithm Based on MCMA and DSE-CMA

A new blind equalization algorithm based on the modified constant modulus algorithm （MCMA） and dithered signederror constant modulus algorithm （DSE-CMA） is proposed. This dithered signed-error MCMA （DSE-MCMA） can not only reduce the computational complexity, but also recover the phase rotation in the complex channel. Simulation results have verified the analysis and indicated the good property of DSE-MCMA.     

含羧基的水溶性聚硅氧烷的合成和性质

通过甲基丙烯酸甲酯与甲基二氯硅烷的硅氢化反应,合成了β-(甲氧羰基)丙基甲基二氯硅烷(A)。将A与二甲基二氯硅烷共水解缩聚,制得了含酯基的聚硅氧烷(B)。最后,将B中的酯基皂化,获得含羧基的水溶性聚硅氧烷(C)。用IR,NMR.[η].中和当量和元素分析表征了C的结构。考察了C对酸、碱、热的稳定性和对污水的絮凝作用。     

火焰原子吸收法测定血清中的痕量铬

采用0.2％柠檬酸钠和0.2％硫酸钠水溶液作为原子吸收法测定血清中痕量够的介质,能有效抑制共存元素的干扰,并使铬的吸光度有较大的增值。它能克服通常所采用的有机溶剂萃取预处理手段的明显缺点,而且简便快速。本法灵敏度为0.056ug/ml/1％。检出限为0.007ug/ml,变异系数为2.7％。     

一种基于 Pareto 云隶属度的 MOPSO 算法

为定量解决非支配解排序问题,并兼顾多目标粒子群优化算法（multi-objective particle swarm optimization,MOPSO）的收敛性和多样性,提出了一种基于 Pareto 云隶属度的 MOPSO 算法。利用 Logistic 混沌映射优化种群的初始空间分布并融合布谷鸟搜索（cuckoo search,CS）指导粒子跳出局部陷阱,以增强算法的全局寻优能力。首次提出云向量评价 Pareto 最优解集方法,采用云隶属度评价准则对粒子适应度值进行量化评价。依据云隶属度选取个体最优和群体最优,平衡全局开发与开采,进而实现外部档案维护。测试函数集 ZDT 的实验结果表明,改进算法在收敛性和多样性方面较 MOPSO 和 NSGA-Ⅱ有一定优势。     

农业产业型科研院所现状探析

为增强科技实力,我国政府近年来发布了多项旨在提高科研发展的政策措施,在目前我国社会主义市场经济条件下,产业型科研院所如何改进现有的科研管理模式,主动适应社会主义市场经济发展的需要,把自身的科技潜力发挥出来,为实施创新驱动发展战略服务,是当前产业型科研院院所发展所面临的重要课题.该文根据国家深化科技体制改革加快国家创新体系建议的要求,探析了我国农业产业型科研院所在科研成果评价、科研成果转化和科研管理体制的现状与存在问题,旨在对我国农业产业型科研院所的发展模式提出建议与措施.     

Protein arginine deiminase 4: a target for an epigenetic cancer therapy

The recent approvals of anticancer therapeutic agents targeting the histone deacetylases and DNA methyltransferases have highlighted the important role that epigenetics plays in human diseases, and suggested that the factors controlling gene expression are novel drug targets. Protein arginine deiminase 4 (PAD4) is one such target because its effects on gene expression parallel those observed for the histone deacetylases. We demonstrated that F- and Cl-amidine, two potent PAD4 inhibitors, display micromolar cytotoxic effects towards several cancerous cell lines (HL-60, MCF7 and HT-29); no effect was observed in noncancerous lines (NIH 3T3 and HL-60 granulocytes). These compounds also induced the differentiation of HL-60 and HT29 cells. Finally, these compounds synergistically potentiated the cell killing effects of doxorubicin. Taken together, these findings suggest PAD4 inhibition as a novel epigenetic approach for the treatment of cancer, and suggest that F- and Cl-amidine are candidate therapeutic agents for this disease.     

A Note on the Property of ψ-Function

About the accurate value of ψ ( x ) = Γ′ ( x ) / Γ ( x), we know only ψ (1)and ψ (1/ 2).In this paper, by calculating the accurate values of some series expansion of a function and applying some skills of complex analysis, we prove that the expression of the ψ-function admits a finite expression in elementary function for rational number z. As an application, some examples are given.
