甜玉米籽粒发育糖分积累差异的研究

试验研究了不同类型甜玉米籽粒发育过程中糖分积累的差异 .结果表明 :在各采收期总糖含量以超甜玉米最高 ,加强甜次之 ,普通甜玉米最低 ;随发育进程的不同 ,普通甜玉米、超甜玉米和加强甜玉米的还原糖含量、蔗糖含量、水溶性多糖 (WSP)含量以及水分含量的变化趋势基本相同 ,可溶性糖含量与蔗糖含量相一致 .依籽粒水分含量和糖分积累规律确定的适宜采收期 ,普通甜玉米以授粉后 18～ 2 1天为好 ,加强甜玉米相对延长 ,超甜玉米则宜适当推迟 .     

外源多胺对香蕉叶片的低温效应模拟实验

在人工气候箱中模拟寒潮对香蕉幼苗造成的冷害 ,研究外源多胺 (精胺、亚精胺、腐胺 )对低温期间香蕉叶片过氧化物酶和相对电导率的影响 .试验表明 ,叶面喷施 0 .6mmol·L-1精胺 ,0 .8mmol·L-1的亚精胺可明显提高过氧化物酶活性 ,而相对电导率则下降 ;但不同浓度的外源腐胺对两者影响不明显 .     

梵净山、荔波茂兰植物区系分析比较

植物区系反映了某一地区所有植物种类的组成 ,现代和过去的分布以及它们的起源和演化历史。梵净山 ,荔波茂兰自然保护区是贵州省内两种不同类型的植物群落 ,对它们进行植物区系分析比较 ,是研究贵州主要植被的特点、结构、分布的重要内容。通过分析可知 :两区系之间亲缘关系较小 ;在系统发育上 ,梵净山植物区系较茂兰喀斯特植物区系更原始、古老 ,后期分化更显著 ;在地理成分上 ,梵净山以温带分布较多 ,热带—亚热带次之 ,茂兰以热带分布为主 ,温带分布次之     

获得复合组织（马氏体加下贝氏体）的热处理工艺

研究了34SiMn2B钢和60Si2Cr钢获得复合组织（马氏体＋少量下贝氏体）的热处理工艺。结果表明，φ125的60Si2Cr钢球锻后水淬至120－130℃,然后加 热至300℃恒温1h，获得了马氏体加少量下贝氏体的复合组织;而φ150的34SiMn2B钢球锻后水淬至200℃，然后加热至300℃， 怛温3h，未获得下贝氏体组织。后者是水淬时产生了大量的马氏体而使未转变的奥氏体发生机械稳定化的结果。     

Structural characteristics and biological functions of the HIV-1 gp120 V3 region

Recent studies demonstrate that the V3 loop of HIV-1 gp120 plays an important role in the attachment of HIV-1 to the target cells. Several amino acids in this domain are involved in the interaction of gp120 with the co-receptors. The V3 loop elicits one of the earliest antiviral antibody responses in HIV-1 infection and has been identified as the principal neutralizing determinant (PND). A subset of antibodies to V3 loop show a broad range of neutralizing activity. Unfortunately, this loop undergoes broad mutation and is one of the hypervariable regions. Mutations of some amino acids in this PND could affect syncytium formation, virus infectivity and neutralization. Knowing the structural characteristics and biological functions of the V3 region could help us to understand mechanism of HIV infection and to develop new strategy against HIV-1. In this review, the structural characteristics, variation and biological functions of the V3 loop as well as immunological responses to the V3 loop are discussed.     

Assessment of blood and oxygen delivery to flaps of rhesus using near infrared steady-state spectroscopy

Near infrared spectroscopy has been considered as a potentially ideal noninvasive technique for the postoperative monitoring of plastic surgery. In this study, 6 flaps were raised on rhesus monkeys' forearms. Blood and oxygen delivery to these flaps was monitored following vascular occlusions and inhalation of pure oxygen. Optical fibers were adopted in the probe of the oximeter so that the cutaneous detection could be performed in reflectance mode. Different and repeatable patterns of changes were measured following vascular occlusions on flaps. It is clear that the near infrared spectroscopy is capable of postoperatively monitoring vascular problems in flaps, especially the venous problem. Near infrared spectroscopy showed high sensitivity to detect the dynamic changes in flaps induced by inhalation of pure oxygen in this study. The experimental results indicated that it was potential to assess tissue viability utilizing the dynamic changes induced by some noninvasive stimulation (such as inhaling pure oxygen). It may be a new assessing method that is rapid, little influenced by other factors and less inconvenient to patients.

ZrW2 O8 是新发现的由 0 3K至分解温度 1 0 5 0K都具有各向同性的负热膨胀化合物 ,但由于其分解温度和窄的热稳定范围反应合成相当困难 .本文综述了氧化物直接合成、微波合成和溶胶 -凝胶法制备ZrW2 O8以及单晶ZrW2 O8的生长方法 ,讨论了ZrW2 O8的特性 ,介绍了其负膨胀机理和潜在的应用     

基于Internet交互系统引入微分环的多媒体同步方法

针对交互系统多媒体同步中存在的问题，提出了引入预测环节的多媒体同步方法，采用控制论方法，将交互系统的多媒体信息传输与回放过程作为一个系统进行分析，得出发送缓冲和接收缓冲是惯性环节，网络传输是迟滞环节，各环节都存在一定的相角滞后，媒体信息预测是一个微分环节，可引入一定的相角超前，将这种预测环节引入到多媒体同步系统中，对系统进行超前校正，可改善系统的实时性能，减小网络延迟抖动对多媒体同步的影响，仿真结果证明了预测环节在克服网络延迟抖动的影响，提高交互系统的实时性，改善媒体间同步效果等方面的有效性。
