The effect of corporate governance on debt financing cost of listed companies

In recent years,bank credit business is booming with the increasing borrowing intention of China’s listed companies,and debt financing has become the major approach among listed companies’financing strategies.As a series of institutional arrangements about rights,responsibilities and benefits between different shareholders,corporate governance mechanism has a significant influence on the cost of debt financing.This paper employs variable coefficient panel data model to investigate the relationship of the listed company’s debt financing costs and corporate governance mechanism in terms of structural characteristics and time series characteristics.The results show that optimizing the structure of both Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors,establishing a reasonable management incentive system and reducing the concentration of ownership properly can directly contribute to a lower company’s debt financing costs.Meanwhile,property rights have an interactive influence on corporate governance from four aspects,which indirectly effect in company’s debt financing costs.     

非稳态条件下麻类纤维动态传热性能比较与分析

研究了几种常见麻类纤维(包括汉麻、亚麻、黄麻、苎麻)在非稳态条件下的动态传热性能,并与棉纤维进行对比.采用自行搭建的温度采集系统测试了高温环境(100℃)下每种纤维的动态温升曲线,根据动态传热率描述纤维在初始非稳态传热过程中的动态传热性能.研究结果表明,麻类纤维具有比棉纤维更加优良的动态传热性能,其中以苎麻纤维最优,其次分别为汉麻纤维、黄麻纤维、亚麻纤维.     

Scan Strategy in Electron Beam Selective Melting

In electron beam selective melting process, powder pushed-away phenomena and uneven temperature field are two main obstacles, which are greatly associated with the electron beam scan mode. In this paper, various scan strategies, including iterative scan mode, reverse scan mode, interlaced reverse scan mode, randomized block scan mode, and constant length scan mode, are investigated. The analyses for each scan strategy are presented based on the influence to the temperature field over the formation zone and the powder pushed-away phenomena. The most promising strategy, interlaced reverse scan mode, is approved by the ANSYS simulation and a two-dimensional scan experiment. The result shows interlaced reverse scan mode can improve the uniformity of the temperature field and reduce the powder pushed-away phenomena.     

RH精炼钢中全氧量变化与操作改进

为了使钢中全氧量控制在一个适当的水平,在武钢炼钢总厂RH真空脱气装置对低碳、超低碳钢进行了脱氧净化试验.结果表明,影响全氧去除的因素按作用高低依次是出钢溶解氧水平,溶解氧与钢包渣的交互作用,钢包渣,和真空处理净化时间.通过改进工艺生产了全氧量≤10×10-6,非金属夹杂物尺寸<10μm的清洁钢水,建立了一个钢包内钢水全氧浓度随时间变化的新方程,该方程考虑了全氧的表观平衡含量及环流、扩散传质对去除氧化物夹杂速率的影响.     

双乙酸钠合成工艺条件的优化

对采用醋酸－碳酸钠法（以乙醇为溶剂）制备双乙酸钠的条件进行了详细的研究，确定了影响收率的主、次因素依次为反应温度、物料比、反应时间。优化工艺的条件为反应温度94℃，Na2CO3和HAc的投料比为1：3.9，反应时间60min。另对产品进行了质量分析，通报了合成双乙酸钠的最新方法。     

边染色9-临界图边数的新下界

针对Vizirtg猜想△为9的情况，运用Discharging差值转移方法研究了9-临界图的边数下界，得到了新结论：m≥10^-36n,改进了已有结果。     

石灰的微观结构与其活性度的关系

研究了活性石灰的微观结构与活性度的关系.在AutoPore Ⅳ 9500型压汞仪上对样品进行孔隙结构分析,在场发射扫描电子显微镜下观察样品的微观形貌,通过国标法测了试样品活性度.实验发现:随着比表面积、孔容积的增大,石灰活性度增大;随着平均孔径的增加,石灰的活性度下降.     

nTiO2与菲、芘对日本虎斑猛水蚤联合毒性的研究

以日本虎斑猛水蚤为实验生物,研究了纳米二氧化钛(nTiO2)及与菲、芘联合的急性毒性效应.实验结果表明:当ρ(nTiO2)≤5 mg/L时对日本虎斑猛水蚤的存活率无显著性的影响,而当ρ(nTiO2)≥20 mg/L时则有显著性影响;菲、芘都可与纳米二氧化钛(1 mg/L)联合表现出比单一污染物更大的毒性效应,其中芘与纳米二氧化钛存在显著的联合协同效应.研究表明,纳米材料会与环境中其他的污染物相互作用,从而对水生生物表现出间接的毒性作用,因此在海洋环境中纳米材料的潜在危害不容忽视.     

谈“原画”与“概念设计”

动画片中的“原画”和游戏产业中的“概念设计”同属于设计范畴,二者互有区别.由于动漫产业市场的长期不规范,国内有很多公司和个人把“原画”和“概念设计”混为一谈,让设计师在设计产品时无从下手,同时也不利于中国动漫产业长期发展.本文分析了“原画”与“概念设计”的异同,从大众传播学的角度探讨了造成这种现状的社会根源.
