胰岛素抵抗及高血糖对GFAT活性的影响

分别观察了胰岛素抵抗和高血糖水平对己糖胺途径限速酶GFAT活性的影响.在alloxan高血糖小鼠模型中,与正常对照组比较,血清果糖胺水平升高了15.9%,肾组织GFAT活性升高了32.8%;经胰岛素治疗后,血清果糖胺水平降低了9.7%,其肾组织GFAT活性也降低了l9.4%.在高糖高脂饲料诱导的胰岛素抵抗的IR小鼠中,与同批正常对照组比较,正糖钳实验中稳态时葡萄糖输注率G IR值降低了69.3%,胰岛素耐量实验中的AUC值升高了38.1%,其肾脏组织GFAT活性也增加了26.6%.在胰岛素诱导的具有胰岛素抵抗的IR-H IR c细胞模型中,与正常H IR c细胞比较,其10、25 nmol/L胰岛素诱导的葡萄糖摄取能力分别降低了25.3%、21.1%,而GFAT活性分别增加了29.7%、46.5%.可见,GFAT活性与一段时间的平均血糖水平和胰岛素抵抗状态密切正相关.     

碳氮比对A/O-MBR工艺中污水脱氮除磷的影响研究

在高、低碳氮比情况下,探究A/O-MBR现场工艺中污水氨氮、总氮和总磷的去除效率及其变化规律。研究结果显示,随着进水碳氮比升高,出水中总氮去除效率由(44.1±8.9)%提升至(78.5±7.9)%,总磷去除效率未受影响。差异性代谢产物分析表明,提升碳氮比能够增强菌群的氨基酸代谢功能,同时促进核黄素的生物合成,共同提升污水中氮的去除效率。     

Metaphor Analysis Method Based on Latent Semantic Analysis

Current research on metaphor analysis is generally knowledge-based and corpus-based, which calls for methods of automatic feature extraction and weight calculation. Combining natural language processing(NLP), latent semantic analysis(LSA), and Pearson correlation coefficient, this paper proposes a metaphor analysis method for extracting the content words from both literal and metaphorical corpus, calculating correlation degree, and analyzing their relationships. The value of the proposed method was demonstrated through a case study by using a corpus with keyword "飞翔(fly)". When compared with the method of Pearson correlation coefficient, the experiment shows that the LSA can produce better results with greater significance in correlation degree. It is also found that the number of common words that appeared in both literal and metaphorical word bags decreased with the correlation degree. The case study also revealed that there are more nouns appear in literal corpus, and more adjectives and adverbs appear in metaphorical corpus. The method proposed will benefit NLP researchers to develop the required step-by-step calculation tools for accurate quantitative analysis.     

广义系统多传感器分布式融合降阶Kalman滤波器

对于带多传感器的广义线性离散随机系统,应用奇异值分解,将其变换为等价的两个降阶多传感器子系统,提出了基于变换后的状态融合器构造原始状态融合器的新的融合方法。应用Kalman滤波方法,在线性最小方差按矩阵加权、按对角阵加权和按标量加权融合准则下,分别提出了三种最优加权融合降阶广义Kalman滤波器。可统一处理融合滤波、平滑和预报问题。可减少计算负担和改善局部滤波精度。证明了三种融合器和局部估值器之间的精度关系。为了计算最优加权。提出了局部滤波误差协方差阵的计算公式。一个Monte Carlo仿真例子说明了其有效性。

Effects of mechanical strain amplitude on the isothermal fatigue behavior of H13

Isothermal fatigue (IF) tests were performed on H13 tool steel subjected to three different mechanical strain amplitudes at a constant temperature to determine the effects of mechanical strain amplitude on the microstructure of the steel samples. The samples' extent of damage after IF tests was compared by observation of their cracks and calculation of their damage parameters. Optical microscopy (OM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to observe the microstructure of the samples. Cracks were observed to initiate at the surface because the strains and stresses there were the largest during thermal cycling. Mechanical strain accelerated the damage and softening of the steel. A larger mechanical strain caused greater deformation of the steel, which made the precipitated carbides easier to gather and grow along the deformation direction, possibly resulting in softening of the material or the initiation of cracks.
