结合职技高师院校的办学特色,论述了在职技高师院校如何办好信息与计算科学专业,探讨了该专业内涵,专业发展,专业建设和市场定位等一系列问题。     

免用第三变量的两变量值交换

针对采用第三变量两变量值的交换占用多余内存的不足，提出算术运算法、布尔型变量的交换法、异或运算法和异或运算取反法等4个免用第三个临时变量的两变量值交换方法，并分析这些方法的优缺点。关键词：变量交换第三变量异或运算     

A ROBUST DECOMPOSITION OF LINEAR PROGRAMMING USING A GOAL-PARTITIONING METHOD

The Dantzig/Wolfe linear programming decomposition algorithm has had important economicinterpretations as well as a widespread impact on solving large scale linear programming problem.Inthis paper we consider a similar underlying structure,where however there is only one couplinginequality or equation.With this simplification,we demonstrate how to achieve an equitable partitionof the overall coupling resource to individual subproblem constraints through a simple iterationprocedure which appears to be very efficient.     

整机老炼条件的优化设计

本文通过工程实例，阐述如何利用现有信息来设计产品的老炼条件，以使它在保证产品达到规定可靠性的前提下尽量节省成本     

Pb-Sn-Bi三元系α相固溶体的点阵参数

应用X射线衍射法测定了Pb-Sn-Bi三元系Pb基α相固溶体的点阵参数,发现点阵间距与成分呈线性变化,对两批实验数据分别进行回归分析,得到点阵参数-浓度关系的统一解析式: α=0.49495X_(Pb)+0.47813X_(Sn)+0.50629X_(Bi)。其F检验置信度大于99.9％,残余标准差σ=6.4×10~(-5) nm,分析点阵畸变的影响因素表明尺寸效应是控制固溶体点阵行为的主要因素。     

算子子空间的D_σ~(n)(r)性质的一个充分条件

给出了一个确定算子子空间具有性质D_σ~(n)(r)的方法。     

水蒸汽在调湿剂中有效扩散系数的测定

采用“单粒柱”新技术，测定了水蒸汽在粒状调湿剂中的有效扩散系数。以不同粒度、不同种类载气、不同吹扫气速进行测定，结果一致。表明：水蒸汽在粒状调湿剂中的扩散为粒子内扩散控制。以本法测定和对比了不同调湿剂中水蒸汽的有效扩散系数。     

高频等离子体化学气相淀积法制备TiO2超细粒子

利用ＴｉＣｌ４＋Ｏ２体系，在高频等离子体化学气相淀积反应器中合成了纯度高、粒度细的ＴｉＯ２粒子。考察了工艺条件对ＴｉＯ２粒子物性的影响；探讨了ＴｉＯ２粒子晶型控制的方法，金红石型质量分数可通过工艺条件控制；探讨了ＴｉＯ２粒子晶型控制的方法。金红石型质量分数可通过工艺条件控制，减少ＴｉＯ２单体浓度可提高金红石型质量分数；也可通过在原料ＴｉＣｌ４中添加ＡｌＣｌ３等晶型转化剂，使可转化为单一金红石型Ｔｉ     

A High Speed Detection Scheme for Point Targets in a Multitarget Environment

The purpose of this paper is to develop a high speed detection scheme for moving and / or stationary point targets in a multitarget environment as registered in an IR image sequence. An iterative approximate 3-D line searching algorithm based upon the geometric representation of lines (for non-maneuvering targets in space) in a 3-D space is derived. The convergency of the algorithm is proved. An analysis is performed of the theoretical detection performance of the algorithm. The statistical experiment results show high effectiveness and computational efficiency of the algorithm in the case of low SNR. The idea may be employed to satisfy the real-time processing requirement of an IR system.
