Science Letters： A synthetic Toll-like receptor 2 ligand decreases allergic immune responses in a mouse rhinitis model sensitized to mite allergen

It has been proposed that activation of Toll-like receptors （TLRs） plays crucial roles in the polarization of adaptive immune responses. A synthetic Toll-like receptor 2 （TLR2） ligand, Pam3CSK4, has been reported to modulate the balance of Th1/Th2 responses. We evaluated the modulation effect of Pam3CSK4 on allergic immune response in a mouse rhinitis model sensitized to house dust mite allergen （HDM）. Mice were sensitized and challenged with Dermatophagoidesfarinae allergen （Der f）, and then the allergic mice were treated by Pam3CSK4. Nasal allergic symptoms and eosinophils were scored. Der f-specific cytokine responses were examined in the splenocytes and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid （BALF）. Serum level of total IgE was also detected. After establishing a mouse allergic rhinitis model with HDM, we have showed that Pam3CSK4 treatment not only ameliorated the nasal allergic symptoms remarkably but also decreased the eosinophils and total inflammation cells in BALF significantly. Analysis of cytokine profile found that IFN-7 released from either BALF or stimulated splenocytes increased markedly in Pam3CSK4-treated mice, while IL-13 decreased significantly. Moreover, serum level of total IgE was significantly lower in Pam3CSK4-treated mice than in the untreated. Thus, in an allergic rhinitis mouse model developed with HDM, Pam3CSK4 was shown to exhibit an antiallergic effect, indicating its potential application in allergic diseases.

一种基于段的基音检测算法

作为语音信号处理领域一项基本、关键的技术,基音检测在语音信号处理中扮演着重要的角色,一直是语音信号处理的一个研究热点.首先对传统的基于短时自相关函数法的基音检测进行了研究;在此基础上提出了一种能同时检测一段语音信号基音周期的方法,有效地克服了传统基音检测算法只能检测一帧语音信号基音的缺点.进行了实验仿真,结果表明通过去野点,中值平滑等后处理的基于段的基音检测算法比传统的基于帧的基音检测算法具有更好的抗噪性.

Electrochemical studies of glutathione monolayer assembled on a polycrystalline gold electrode

The glutathione (GSH) monolayer and complex monolayer of GSH-metallic ion on polycrystalline gold electrode were studied by using K₃Fe(CN)₆ as the redox probe. As for the GSH monolayer, it was found that the metallic ions could open the ion-gate in the monolayer dramatically in the order La³⁺> Pb²⁺>>Ba²⁺>Ca²⁺ whereas Zn²⁺ ion closed the ion-gate. The complexes of GSH-metallic ions were capable of self-assembling the different kind of monolayer. All the differences were related to the structural configuration of the anchored GSH molecule, which changed with different metallic ions or pH. Biography:Fang Cheng (1971-) male, Ph. 20世纪中国女性文学中女性意识的嬗变与发展

20世纪中国女性文学的女性意识经历了五四时期的觉醒期,30年代至70年代的消融期和80至90年代后的发展期。在女性意识的嬗变发展过程中,显示着女性意识由自觉走向自醒,由模糊困顿到明晰多样。从不同阶段女性意识的不同特点中,可以透视出20世纪女性文学在发展过程中所取得的成绩及面临的困惑。     

极低硫钢的精炼脱硫动力学模型

通过对影响脱硫反应限制性环节的分析,将持续接触和瞬时接触两种反应模式综合考虑,建立了精炼脱硫动力学模型,并通过实验室"极低硫钢精炼脱硫"实验数据对模型进行验证.结果表明,本模型的预测结果与实验结果比较吻合.

根据W变换和Delta函数的定义，讨论了函数f(x)的线性函数af(x) b的W变换和函数Ⅱi-1^n，(x)的W变换问题，并推广了W变换的线性性质，得到了几个进一步的结果．
