外语院校人才培养模式改革刍议

所谓人才培养模式,是指高等学校根据人才培养的目标和质量标准,为大学生设计的知识、能力和素质结构以及怎样实现这种结构的方式。社会对高等学校人才培养模式的评估,主要是以其外显质量特征即高等学校毕业生的质量作为依据来评价毕业生群体能否很好地适应国家、社会和市场的需要,从而提高人才培养对社会的适应程度,提高人才培养与培养目标的符合程度。本文将以外语院校的教育教学模式为基准,对如何有效评估、建立一套与之相适应的人才培养模式尝试进行一番剖析与论证,以供探讨。

A detailed Lower Triassic conodont biostratigraphy and its implications for the GSSP candidate of the Induan–Olenekian boundary in Chaohu, Anhui Province

Chaohu is located in a deep part of carbonate ramp on the Lower Yangtze Block, which belonged to the low-latitude eastern Tethyan archipelago during the Early Triassic. Fossils were very rich in the Lower Triassic of Chaohu. Bivalves, ammonoids, conodonts were very common throughout the Lower Triassic, while fish fossils were generally rich in some beds of the upper part. It is one of the most typical sections for the Early Triassic chronostratigraphy in the world. Although various fossils had been studied in the 1980s and 1990s, recent studies based upon new and more detailed collections from the Lower Triassic of Chaohu showed that the conodont zonation needs revision. We collected Lower Triassic conodont fossils from continuous sections of the West Pingdingshan, North Pingdingshan and South Majiashan, Chaohu, Anhui Province, and updated zonations were made for each section. Eight conodont zones have been distinguished. They are, in ascending order, Hindeodus typicalis zone, Neogondolella krystyni zone, Neospathodus kummeli zone, Neospathodus dieneri zone, Neospathodus waageni zone, Neospathodus pingdingshanensis zone, Neospathodus homeri zone, and Neospathodus anhuinensis zone. The first occurrence of Neospathodus waageni eowaageni of the N. w. eowaageni subzone （i.e. the base of the N. waageni zone） is suggested as the marker to define the Induan-Olenekian boundary.     

基于nested-loop的大数据集快速离群点检测算法

针对已有的多数离群点检测算法存在扩展性差,不能有效应用于大数据集的问题,在已有的基于距离的离群点检测算法的基础上,设计模信息表存储结构,利用向量内积不等式关系以及合理的存储分配和调度策略,提出一种高效离群点检测算法DBoda.该算法通过在预处理中存储每个点的模信息,减少点间距离的计算量,并对嵌套循环方法进行优化,进一步减少I/O的开销.理论分析和试验结果表明,所提算法具有时间消耗小和适用于处理大数据集的特点,可以有效地解决离群点检测中的算法时间复杂性和算法扩展性问题.     

列修正拟Newton法在并行算法中的应用

本文利用解非线性方程组的列修正拟Newton法给出了常微分方程数值解法中的Adams内插公式的并行计算方法,并证明了该方法的收敛性     

连铸二冷控制的智能化方法

提出了板坯连铸二次区全智能控制系统的构想，并用人工神经网络和模糊控制的方法对该系统进行了计算机仿真。结果表明，该系统不但能完成二冷各区段坯表面温度的动态控制，而且具有良好的自适应性和自学习功能。     

φ—混合序列下回归函数估计的相合性

本文在样本序列{(X_n,Y_n),n≥1}为φ-混合的,平稳的情形下讨论了回归函数m(x)的最近邻估计m_n(x)的L_p相合性和强相合性,并给出了它在非参数k_n-NN判别中的一个应用。     

Transition-metal-doped Fe2O3 nanoparticles for oxygen evolution reaction

Hematite(α-Fe_2O_3)has been extensively studied as a promising photocatalyst,with the capacity to split water under visible light.To tune its electronic structure and improve the performance for oxygen evolution reaction(OER),high-quality single crystals ofα-Fe_2O_3nanoparticles were synthesized and doped by various transition metals(M=V,Cr,Mn,Zn,Co,Ni,Cu,Nb,Mo,Ti)by a molten-salt flux method.Optical,electronic and catalytic properties of transition-metal-dopedα-Fe_2O_3(TM-dopedα-Fe_2O_3)have been systematically investigated.Cobalt has been identified as the best dopant forα-Fe_2O_3,reducing the OER overpotential by 0.16 V with respect to the undoped.     

Structure of a nanobody-stabilized active state of the β(2) adrenoceptor

G protein coupled receptors (GPCRs) exhibit a spectrum of functional behaviours in response to natural and synthetic ligands. Recent crystal structures provide insights into inactive states of several GPCRs. Efforts to obtain an agonist-bound active-state GPCR structure have proven difficult due to the inherent instability of this state in the absence of a G protein. We generated a camelid antibody fragment (nanobody) to the human β(2) adrenergic receptor (β(2)AR) that exhibits G protein-like behaviour, and obtained an agonist-bound, active-state crystal structure of the receptor-nanobody complex. Comparison with the inactive β(2)AR structure reveals subtle changes in the binding pocket; however, these small changes are associated with an 11?? outward movement of the cytoplasmic end of transmembrane segment 6, and rearrangements of transmembrane segments 5 and 7 that are remarkably similar to those observed in opsin, an active form of rhodopsin. This structure provides insights into the process of agonist binding and activation.
