Development of Full Automatic External Welding Machine for Annular Welds of Pipeline

To meet the demands of rapid development of pipeline constructions in China, a complete set of full automatic external welding machine for annular welds of pipeline and welding procedure have been developed thereof. The system has been applied in the “West-East Pipeline Project” and its performance is proven. With this welding machine the welding parameters can be either preset before or adjusted in real time during the welding process, which avoids the blemishes of same type domestic and international products. Thus it is best propitious to in-situ construction conditions and workers‘ technical level in China. In this article the development of mechanical and control systems of this product is introduced and typical welding procedure parameters are provided.     

汽车碰撞事故的速度分析

通过对交通事故中汽车的碰撞问题的简化 ,运用动量守恒定理和能量守恒定律着重研究了正面碰撞、追尾碰撞和侧面碰撞三种情况下 ,汽车碰撞前动量和速度的求解方法 ,为交通事故模拟和再现提供了一种更为实用的方法 ,并为科学处理交通事故、明确事故责任提供了重要参考。     

分光光度法测定脯氨酸的含量

文章用分光光度法研究了脯氨酸与四氯对苯醌的荷移反应 .实验指出 ,在硼砂缓冲溶液中 ,脯氨酸与四氯对苯醌于 30℃的水浴中恒温 1 2 0 min,可形成 1∶ 1的稳定络合物 ,其λmax=35 8nm,表观摩尔吸光系数 ε=1 .5 0× 1 0 5L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 ,在 60 ng·m L- 1 ～ 40 0 ng·m L- 1 的范围内符合比耳定律 ,用本方法测定药物制剂的含量与文献方法一致 ,回收率在 99.65 %～ 1 0 0 .7%范围内 ,相对标准偏差在 1 .4%以内 .

广义不确定原理对一般静态黑洞熵的影响

把广义不确定原理引入黑洞熵的计算,采用薄膜brick-wall模型,对一般静态黑洞外部标量场的熵进行了计算,得到了熵计算公式.应用该公式结果表明,可以得到已知所有静态黑洞的Bekenstein-Hawking熵.作为比较和进一步研究,对视界面上的二维膜的熵进行计算,可以更方便和一般性地得到熵与视界面积成正比的结论,该讨论可直接表明黑洞熵就是其视界面上的量子态的熵.与原始brick-wall模型不同的是,这一结论是有限的,计算中无需引入截断,且小质量近似也可以避免.

分析了元宝山露天煤矿水文地质特征与基岩抽水试验情况，提出了元宝山露天矿基岩疏干设计方案，通过该方案的实施，解决了元宝山露天煤矿在剥离工作中出现陷车、陷镐、粘车、粘皮带这一难题，使剥离速度大大加快，缓解了采剥失调、生产接续紧张局面。不仅创造了可观的直接效益，而且间接效益更大，同时为今后的基岩疏干提供了宝贵经验。
