Observation and isolation of the amyloplasts ribosomes in cotyledon cells of lotus

Ribosome-like particles have been found in the proplastids in young cotyledon cells of lotus (Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn L.) Following the development of young embryo, some lamellar structures and tubular complex occurred in the plastids in young cotyledon cells, and some ribosomlike particles appeared in the loose region of these membrane system and stroma. About 15–20 d after fertilization, with the further development of plastid, a large number of starch and DNA were synthesized in the plastids, and the plastids contained abundant and clear morphologically ribosomes, some of which presented spiral structure. About 16–18 d after fertilization, amyloplasts were isolated and purified from cotyledon of lotus, and ribosomes bands were obtained by use of sucrose density gradient centrifugation of ribosomes isolated from amyloplasts. RNA and protein contents of ribosomes have also been determined.     

Data Location Mechanism in Agent-Based Autonomic Storage Systems

This paper introduces agent-based methodology to build a distributed autonomic storage system infrastructure, and an effectively negotiation mechanism based on agent is applied for data location. We present Availability-based Data Allocation （ADA） algorithm as a data placement strategy to achieve high efficient utilization of storage resources by employing multiple distributed storage resources. We use Bloom filter in each storage device to track the location of data. We present the data lookup strategy that small size of read request is handled directly, and large size of read request is handled by cooperation with storage devices.The performance evaluation shows that the data location mechanism is high available and can work well for heterogeneous autonomic storage systems.     

Ti对C-Mn-V非调质钢组织与性能的影响

研究了 Ti含量和锻造工艺对 C-Mn-V 非调质钢组织与性能的影响,并把实验钢的性能与调质中碳钢进行比较。分析了含Ti 钢的显微组织特点,讨论了钢的组织与性能之间的关系.结果表明:加入少量的 Ti可以改善钢的显微组织,提高韧性,但加入过量(>0.044％)反而会使韧性下降。钢的强化因素是以 70％—80％的珠光体为主。钢中 Ti的最佳含量为0.02％。此外还计算了各组织因素对强度的贡献。

小麦根尖细胞分化过程中木质素合成及其相关酶的活性变化

小麦（Triticumaestivum）根尖细胞分化过程中，苯丙氨酸解氨酶[PAL．EC4．3．1．5]和对香豆酸辅酶A联结酶[4CL，EC6．2．1．12]的活性从分生区至成熟区逐渐增加．PAL活性在分生区细胞中为0.4CL活性近似为0．在成熟区细胞中PAL和4CL活性均增加到最大．木质素的含量变化与PAL和4CL活性存在着平行性，同样在分生区细胞中木质素含量很低，到伸长区稍许增加，至成熟区增加最多．PAL和4CL是木质素合成的开始步骤和关键酶．木质素主要在管状分子和细胞壁次生加厚时沉积，是细胞分化的重要标志之一．     

角钢连轧温度预报与切分孔轧制力模型

以生产条件下采集的数据为基础,采用理论解析与统计分析相结合的方法,建立了角钢连轧的温度预报模型与切分孔轧制力模型。提出了采用离散化与函数拟合相结合的方法简化型钢轧制的工艺模型。
