基于时间优化的设备群维持随机模型

对于在工人完成任务效率具有随机性的情况下,如何合理组织一类可拆分设备维修以加快设备维修速度,从而增强企业竞争优势的问题,建立了基于时间优化的随机维修模型并对该模型进行讨论,最终形成了一个与之等价的可以进行求解的确定型模型。通过数值算例发现,在考虑随机性对维修效率的影响后,与认为工人完成任务效率固定的确定型模型相比,任务安排可能发生变化。     

运行状态逐渐恶化的同类设备流维修管理模型

大量同类设备的维修问题具有广泛的应用背景,这样的设置具有运行状态逐渐恶化的性质。虽然有许多文献对这类设备维修问题进行研究,但很少文献在建模中联合考虑其他同类设备运行状态及维修资源有限的情况。Venkatesh等人在这方面进行了开拓性的工作。然而他们只是对一个简单的设备流维修管理问题(FMP)问题进行了研究,仍然存在不足。本文尝试将问题进行扩展,讨论了一类具有多个运作方和维修方的设备流维修优化问题。通过仿真实验,将设备流维修管理与传统的基于条件的设备维修管理进行了比较。结果显示,本文提出的设备流维修策略可以获得更多收益。     

Identification and characterization of two novel box HACA snoRNAs from Schizosaccharomyces pombe

Through constructing a specialized cDNA library based on small RNAs isolated from partial purified nuclei of Schizosaccharomyces pombe, two novel noncoding RNAs, termed Sp15-70 and Sp18-61, have been identified. Bioinformatics analysis reveals that both the novel RNAs possess a typical secondary structure of box HACA snoRNA and antisense elements to rRNAs. According to the relationship between the structure and function of box HACA snoRNA, Sp15-70 was predicted to direct pseudouridylation in 25S rRNA at U2401 and U2298; Sp18-61 was predicted to direct pseudouridylation in 18S rRNA at U208 and 25S rRNA at U2341. The four predicted pseudouridylation sites were all verified experimentally by the CMC-primer extension analysis. Both Sp15-70 and Sp18-61 were encoded by single copies which were located in the intergenic regions between the CDS of two protein-coding genes on chromosome Ⅰ and Ⅲ of S. pombe, respectively. Putative TATA-like elements can be found upstream from the 5′ end of these snoRNA genes, suggesting that they could be transcribed from their own promoters. Comparison of the two snoRNAs and their functional homologues in diverse organisms reveals that extensive recombinations among different snoRNAs have occurred during the evolution from their primitive progenitors.     

Error analysis and distribution of the driving mechanism for large spherical radio telescope active reflector

In order to reduce the cost, 3-PRS mechanism is introduced into the application of supporting the active reflector unit of large radio telescope. The kinematic model of 3-PRS mechanism with rotational joint errors is derived to solve the error problem in actual engineering application. Then based on the error model, inverse and forward kinematics are analyzed. Because the solutions can not be analytically expressed, a numerical method is applied. Afterwards, the parasitic motion errors are analyzed using search method and empirical formulas of the maximum parasitic motion error are put forward. Finally, the tolerance is distributed using empirical formulas to avoid interference between adjacent reflector units. The analyses provide a theoretical basis for the design and installation of large radio telescope active reflector.     

一种自适应的复合多路flash存储结构

提出一种复合多路的flash存储结构CMFSA，在此基础上研究了系统故障失败后flash文件系统的快速恢复机制以及自适应多路并行存储问题．实验结果表明，CMFSA在系统故障后可实现快速启动，与其他算法相比，自适应算法在减少写等待的同时保证了多芯片间的损耗均衡性．
