重离子(N_(14)~(7 ))注入对小麦过氧化物同功酶的影响

采用中科院兰州近代物理研究所20MeV离子注入机产生的不同剂量（5×106P／cm2,1×109P／cm2）的N_(14)~(7 )离子对小麦“82579”进行了注入,并采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胶凝胶电泳技术对其注入后小麦种子过氧化物同功酶进行了研究．结果表明：重离子（N_(14)~(7 )）注入小麦后,对小麦根、芽、胚、胫乳过氧化物同功酶均具有影响,尤其是对胚的影响较为明显,与对照相比主要表现为带的缺失．     

穿心暗牛腿钢管混凝土柱节点的试验研究

完成了取自实际工程的两个十字形穿心暗牛腿式钢管混凝土柱节点的足尺试验。基于对试验结果的分析,揭示了钢管混凝土柱节点的受力性能的破坏形态,检验了这种柱节点检造型式的承载能力,并对这种柱节点方案作了分析和评价,为柱节点的设计提供了依据。     

珠江水下沉管隧道的抗震分析与设计（Ⅱ）——行波法

将行波法应用到刚度较大,分段较多的水下沉管隧道的地震分析中,提出把靶向,横向两个输入波处理为两个独立的行波的方法,行波法是否符合实际,与输入地震波的有关参数及地基系数选取有很大关系,作者对此进行了比较深入的讨论,使输入参数的选取简单,明确,便于对计算结果进行分析与判断,最后应用此法对珠江水下隧道的工程实例进行了计算。     

铰链四杆直线机构在特殊位形下解析综合法探讨

给出了在一种特殊位形情况下综合连杆曲线具有４点接触直线（Ｂａｌｌ点）的铰链四杆机构的解析方法,用该方法综合铰链４杆机构可预先给定欲逼近直线上的点及２个固定铰链点的位置,推导出了综合公式并给出了综合示例,证明了综合公式的正确性。     

厦门同安内田的山地暖性阔叶林

据对2个100m2样地统计,共含维管束植物66种分属32料58属.群落区系以樟、茜草和山茶等科的属种居多数;热带、泛热带地理成分分别占总属数的44.5%和33.3%.树种以米槠、木荷、青冈和红勾栲为主,林下多见九节木、朱砂根等雨林种类,显示群落是当地基带植被南亚热带雨林向高海拔山地常绿阔叶林过渡的类型.     

Glutamate and γ-aminobutyric acid receptors and their characteristics in retina

Glutamate and Ⅱ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) are important neurotransmitters in the retinal neuronal circuitry. Using the whole-cell patch clamp technique and a rapid solution changer, glutamate and GABA receptors in the retina have been extensively investigated. Results indicate that glutamate receptors on horizontal cells may be an AMPA preferring subtype, which predominantly consists of flop splice variants. GABAA and GABAC receptors coexist in bipolar cells, with the latter showing significant desensitization. Kinetics analysis has demonstrated that the activation, deactivation and desensitization of the GABAC receptor-mediated response of these cells are overall slower than those of the GABAA response. Endogenous modulator Zn2 + in the retina has been found to differentially modulate the kinetic characteristics of the GABAC and GABAA responses.     

Monitoring gene expression by cDNA array

A new method designated cDNA array was developed by hybridization of quantitatively arrayed DNA samples isolated randomly from a cDNA library with probes reverse-transcribed from mRNAs of different sources or treatments. The gene expression patterns of 1 000 randomly chosen clones from an Arabidopsis library were analyzed with green seedlings versus suspension cells and seedlings irradiated under UV light. Northern blot and sequence analysis of some differentially expressed clones confirmed the results revealed by cDNA array, indicating that this method is efficient and reliable to monitor gene expression.
