低碳生物滴滤池处理餐饮废水启动研究

研究了新型低碳生物滴滤池处理餐饮废水的挂膜启动,及对餐饮废水处理的效果。结果表明:挂膜初期首先由于反应器中填料吸附作用,对餐饮废水中的CODCr和NH3-N的去除率都相对较高;中期在填料吸附饱和后,生物膜较少,对污染物利用不高而导致去除率急速下降;最后反应器对CODCr和NH3-N的去除率又重新升高,分别可以达到80%以上。表明挂膜启动成功,并且具有一定的抗冲击负荷能力。反应器对餐饮废水中的TN、TP也表现出良好的去除效果。低碳生物滴滤池处理餐饮废水无需动力就具有较好的去除能力,占地面积小,有较好的抗冲击负荷能力。     

放射性Cs,Sr在土壤中迁移的研究

研究了铯、锶在砂土介质中的分配系数Ｋｄ和滞留因子Ｒｄ。静态试验结果表明：溶液中核素浓度较低时，铯、锶的分配系数Ｋｄ基本保持不变；核素浓度较高时，分配系数Ｋｄ随浓度增加而减小； Ｋｄ值还随ｐＨ升高而变大，随溶液中其它阳离子浓度增加而减小。动态模拟试验表明：铯的迁移速度小于锶的迁移速度。虽然动态试验与静态试验的分配系数有一定差异，但其变化规律是一致的。     

感应式静电引信探测技术

目的　研究直接检测探测电极的感应电荷获得静电目标信息的静电近炸引信探测技术; 方法　采用短路轴向探测电极感应引信接近静电目标过程中电荷量的变化,并采用电荷放大器检测信号; 利用静电学的基本原理,对其进行了理论推导; 结果　得出探测方程和定距公式,以及增大探测灵敏度的设计准则; 阐述了在该种电极设置下对检测电路的要求以及环境变化对检测结果稳定性的影响; 结论　感应式静电引信探测技术适用于静电目标探测且探测距离远、不受非带电物体的干扰;     

一种多敏感空指针引用错误的静态检测方法

空指针引用错误是一种常见的、难以发现和避免的程序错误。针对该错误,结合传统静态分析方法和符号执行方法,提出一种过程内流敏感、路径敏感和过程间上下文敏感的多敏感静态分析方法。对全局指针、局部指针以及函数的指针类参数进行建模,对指针指向地址进行简化分类。在函数间传递指针的指向状态,在函数内遍历路径,使用约束求解的方式判定路径可达性,当函数分析结束后,在退出点进行指针状态信息合并,以减少漏报和误报。在此基础上,使用人工标注错误触发条件的方式进一步提高分析效率,减少漏报和误报。实验证明,该方法能够高效地检测出各类空指针引用错误。

Temporal and spatial distribution of tropospheric CO<Subscript>2</Subscript> over China based on satellite observations

Mid-troposphere CO₂ data retrieved by the AIRS (atmospheric infrared sounder) were validated with five ground-based stations and aircraft measurements in the Northern Hemisphere. AIRS CO₂ products show good agreement with ground and aircraft observations. The data had a monthly average accuracy better than 3 ppmv. In this study, the spatial and temporal distribution of mid-troposphere CO₂ from January 2003 to December 2008 was analyzed based on this satellite product. The average concentration of atmospheric CO₂ was higher in the Northern Hemisphere than in the Southern Hemisphere. The yearly average results show a gradual increase from 2003 to 2008. In China, the annual growth rate was about 2 ppmv/a, similar to the United States, Europe, Australia and India, but was slightly lower than Canada and Russia. Mid-troposphere CO₂ concentrations were higher over northern China than over southern areas, due to differences in natural conditions and industrial layout. There were four centers of high CO₂ concentration between 35° and 45°N over China, with low concentrations over Yunnan Province. There was a significant seasonal CO₂ variation with peak concentration in spring and the lowest concentration in autumn.     

疏水蛋白rHGFI与rHFBI的发泡能力研究

将巴斯德毕赤酵母异源表达出的疏水蛋白rHGFI和rHFBI修饰硅化玻璃后进行玻璃表面接触角测定.结果显示:蛋白处理的硅化玻璃表面由疏水变为亲水.蛋白溶液表面张力测定结果表明:rHGFI和rHFBI是表面活性非常强的蛋白,均可使表面张力降低.以常用的食品乳化剂酪蛋白酸钠为对照,检测rHGFI和rHFBI蛋白的发泡能力和泡沫稳定性.0.1%的rHGFI和rHFBI蛋白溶液发泡能力明显高于同浓度的酪蛋白酸钠溶液,rHFBI蛋白溶液的泡沫稳定性最佳.

A combination of leaf rust resistance gene Lr34 and lesion mimic gene lm significantly enhances adult plant resistance to Puccinia triticina in wheat

Leaf rust caused by Puccinia triticina is an economically-important disease in wheat worldwide.A combination of different types of resistance genes may significantly enhance rust resistance under rust-favorable conditions.To investigate the interactions between the rust resistance gene Lr34 and the lesion mimic gene lm on 1BL in Ning 7840,a segregating F8-10 population of 180 recombinant inbred lines was developed from Ning 7840/Chokwang and evaluated for both lesion mimic expression and leaf rust response at the adult plant stage in a greenhouse.A major quantitative trait locus(QTL),derived from Sumai 3,was co-localized with Lr34 on chromosome 7D and explained 41.5% of phenotypic variations for rust severity and 22.1% for leaf tip necrosis(LTN).The presence of Lr34 was confirmed by Lr34-specific markers cssfr1 and cssfr2 in Ning 7840 and Sumai 3.Unlike Lr34,lm conditioned a spontaneous lesion mimic phenotype and had a significant effect on reducing uredinial size,and a smaller effect on severity.Additive effects were observed between lm and Lr34 for severity and LTN,and an epistatic effect was observed for infection type.Single marker analysis also identified several other QTL with minor effects on severity,infection type,or LTN.
