基于领域复用的软插件库应用研究

目的研究基于领域复用的软插件的原理和实现模型。方法 结合基于领域复用的基本原则,对构造基于领域复用的软插件库的方法进行讨论,并以商用ＰＯＳ机软插件库有组织构造为例进行了具体说明。结果与结论基于领域复用的软插件比传统方法更有利于软件复用。     

基于任务的产品工艺设计过程管理

在分析产品工艺设计流程现状的基础上,研究了现有ＣＡＰＰ系统中工艺过程设计和过程管理,提出了任务驱动型的ＣＡＰＰ思想．认为工艺设计的过程本质上是对任务完成过程的集合,通过对任务的生成、监控、设计、提交、签审、发放,正好控制工艺设计的流程,并在ＣＡＰＰ系统开发中进行了成功的尝试,为工艺设计的管理提供了一种可行的方法．     

Preparation of enantiomerically pure 1,1′-bi-2-naphthols from 85% cinchonine and 1,1′-bi-2-naphtholboric anhydride

A possibility of preparation of enantiomerically pure 1,1′-bi-2-naphthols using an impure cinchonine has been examined. The solid and the mother liquor formed from the reaction of 1,1′-bi-2-naphtholboric anhydride and 85% cinchonine in toluene could give optically pure (S)-(−)- and (R)-(+)-1,1′-bi-2-naphthol after acidification and kinetic crystallization, the overall yields were 40% and 28%, respectively. Spontaneous transformation of C60Br24 to C60 in solvents

It was found that C₆₀Br₂₄ transforms to C₆₀ spontaneously in some solvents. The intermediate, C₆₀Br₈, can be separated in some cases. When the bromine trap, phenol, was added,p-bromophenol and other brominated product were obtained and identified. The influences of time, the kind of solvent, etc were investigated. Cloning and expression of the vp39 gene ofBombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus inE. coli

The nuclear capsid protein gene (vp39) ofBombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus (BmNPV) was amplified successfully by PCR technique and inserted into pGEM 3zf(+). The 5′ and 3′ terminal area of the amplified vp39 gene were sequenced with silver-staining dideoxy method. Bmvp39 gene was sub-cloned into the expression vector pRSET-A, and transformed intoE. coli BL21. This gene was highly expressed by IPTG induction. SDS-PAGE analysis showed that the expressed protein is about 38 kd, and the expressed amount reached maxium in 4 h with IPTG induction. 再生丝心蛋白和羧甲基纤维素复合膜的特性及其在有机相葡萄糖生物传感器中的应用

用再生丝心蛋白和羧甲基纤维素构成的复合膜作为固定葡萄糖氧化酶的基质,并用红外光谱测试了该复合膜的结构,用扫描电子显微镜观察了其形态．用上述复合膜材料固定葡萄糖氧化酶和羧酸二茂铁（或７,７,８,８－四氰代二甲基苯醌,ＴＣＮＱ）制成的葡萄糖生物传感器具有较好的灵敏度与稳定性     

油田采油泵站自动监测系统

针对目前油田的实际情况,利用MCS-51系列单片机构成了油田采油泵站自动监测系统,该系统由监测总站监测分站组成。总站与分站之间的信息传递采用无线通讯方式。由于构成该系统的核心部件MCS-51系列单片机性能优越,且具有多机通讯功能,故该系统具有高可靠性和高性能价格比。     

强受限半导体量子点的形状对受限激子的影响

在有效质量近似下,采用无限深势阱模型研究了强受限范围内球形、圆柱形、立方形半导体量子点的形状对受限激子的影响。结果表明对于采用体激子的等效Ｒｙｄｂｅｒｇ能量Ｒ＾＊比较大的材料制备的量子点,其形状带来的影响是显著的。     

灰胸竹鸡人工繁殖的研究

１９９５年１０月至１９９７年１０月对野生灰胸竹鸡（Ｂａｍｂｕｓｉｃｏｌａｔｈｏｒａｃｉｃａ）进行了人工繁殖的研究,结果为：产卵期４月下旬至７月下旬;卵的平均质量在（１５±２）ｇ之间;最佳孵化温度、相对湿度：１～１４ｄ内,温度为３８℃,相对湿度６５％～７０％;１５～１８ｄ内,温度降到３７℃,相对湿度７５％;雏鸟的生长模型为：ｍ＝２６２／（１＋ｅ２．６１－０．０３７ｔ）．     

核酶的化学合成及其对烟草花叶病毒RNA片段的体外剪切

设计并用化学方法合成了针对烟草花叶病毒ＲＮＡ的核酶ＲＺ－１及ＲＺ－１小型化的核酶ＲＺ－２以及它们的底物ＲＮＡ片段Ｓｂ,研究了两种核酶对底物Ｓｂ的体外催化活性,并把核酶Ｒｚ－１与生物合成的相同组成的核酶Ｒｚ－１’进行了比较试验。
