无对接界面的自由子结构模态综合法

本文提出结构模态分析的一个新方法──无对接界面的自由子结构法。它具有在 子结构模态综合时没有对接界面自由度的优点。通过算例表明,本文方法在求解结构 低阶主模态时具有较高的计算精度。文中还提出计及子结构高阶截余模态剩余影响的 修正方法。

分析了科学技术进步对经济发展的作用，尔后探讨了定量数学模型索洛余值法评价科学技术进步对经济增长的作用，最后提出了定量数学模型应注意的问题。     

Advances in the study of helminth mitochondrial genomes and their associated applications

Helminths, including flatworms and roundworms, are abundant organisms that have a variety of life histories. Of these, the genera Schistosoma, Echinococcus, Trichinella are notable parasites of veterinary and medical importance, and cause substantial socio- economic losses throughout China and the rest of the world. Genetic markers in the mitochondrial (mt) genome have proven use- ful for systematic, ecological, evolutionary and population studies, and the growth of mt genomic research has increased in the last two decades. Technological improvements, such as the long-polymerase chain reaction method and high-throughput se- quencing have allowed minute amounts of DNA from single worms, biopsy samples or microscopic organisms to be used for whole mt genome characterization. To facilitate the retrieval, annotation and analyses of mitochondrial features, multiple data- bases and specific software have also been designed and established. This review focuses on current progress, applications and perspectives regarding helminth mt genomics. To date, the complete mt genomes for 93 species of helminths have been sequenced and analyzed. Analyses of the mt genes, including gene content, arrangement, composition and variation have revealed unique features among the helminths when compared with other metazoans. This provides important data concerning their functional and comparative mitochondrial genomics, molecular taxonomy and characterization, population genetics and systematics, and evolu- tionary history. Moreover, mt genome data for parasitic helminths are important for diagnosis, epidemiology and ecology of in- fections. Mitochondrial genome data offer a rich source of markers for the systematics and population genetics of socioeconomi- cally important parasitic helminths of humans and other animals.     

暑期社会实践对培养高级应用型人才的作用

大学生暑期社会实践活动在学校课堂教学和教学实践环节之外对培养高级应用型人才起着不容忽视的作用．笔者根据杭工院暑期社会实践的调查来阐述这一活动对高级应用型人才的实践观、思想道德品质、专业技术能力、管理能力、毕业就业以及教学中实践环节质量提高等方面的作用．     

下岗失业人员养老保险接续问题研究

分析了我国下岗失业人员不能顺利接续养老保险的原因，主要是再就业保障的无力性、缴费保障的排斥性、身份的特殊与接续的难题和新旧体制转轨不彻底。提出应采取制度激励的方式如调节缴费分配比例；加强制度设计的灵活性；以费代税，激励企业缴纳养老保险；确保制度公正，促使集体企业下岗职工缴费等，来解决下岗失业职工的养老保险接续问题。     

Stable Geodesic Surface Signatures

Shape analysis plays a fundamental role in computer graphics.We present a novel global and intrinsic shape representation for shape analysis,called stable geodesic signature.It is based on the theory of stable closed geodesics and surface Ricci flow.We examine the surface by dynamically deforming it by metric design through Ricci flow,then we observe the behavior of the stable closed geodesics under the evolving Riemannian metrics.When a metric is deforming,some stable geodesic loops will become unstable and shrink to points,or some geodesic loops may merge.The number of stable geodesics forms the signature,which is general for arbitrary surfaces.Experiments on a large amount of surfaces demonstrate the efficiency and efficacy of the stable geodesic signature for shape analysis.     

基于遗传算法的地空导弹装备备件优化模型

对影响战备可靠度的各种因素进行分析，指出备件优化是提高地空导弹武器装备战备可靠度的唯一有效途径；根据地空导弹武器系统的组成和工作特点，建立了战备可靠度和备件优化模型；依据遗传算法的特点，提出了将遗传算法用于求解备件优化问题的方法，并给出了求解过程，从而有效地解决了备件优化这一复杂而困难的问题，保证地空导弹武器系统具有高的战备可靠度。     

纵-径耦合型超声功率合成振动系统的研究?

对复合式径向功率合成超声振动系统进行了研究。该系统由纵向超声换能器与等厚度狭缝式环形聚能器径向耦合而成。基于弹性力学理论及机电类比原理,推导出狭缝式环形聚能器径向振动等效电路及共振频率方程,并得出其径向位移振幅放大系数表达式,给出了其第1、第2阶径向共振频率与半径比的变化关系。理论与有限元结果表明：狭缝式环形聚能器的位移振幅放大系数在其第2阶共振模式下存在1个极大值。对超声功率合成振动系统的共振频率进行测试,结果表明,理论、仿真及实验结果吻合较好。     

2012 年中国宏观经济形势分析

受欧债危机与世界经济增速放缓影响,2012年我国出口增速大幅回落．国内经济发展面临的困难增多。中央坚持稳中求进的总基调,积极应对,主动调整,把稳增长放在更加重要的位置,加大了预调和微调的力度,着力扩大内需,稳定外需,经济运行初步显现了触底企稳的迹象。当前我国宏观经济运行中突出的问题是,经济增长仍处于低位运行,尽管在投资等领域出现了一些触底企稳的积极因素,但基础还不牢固,外需的不确定性仍然很大,经济下行压力仍然较大,产能过剩问题突出,企业经济效益明显下降。在国际经济形势尚不明朗,仍存在下行的风险。当前,处理好稳增长、调结构、抓改革的关键,是把稳增长放在更加重要的位置上。继续实施积极的财政政策和稳健的货币政策。在防止过剩产能进一步扩大的前提下,把稳定投资增长作为短期稳定经济增长,防止经济增速进一步下滑的最有效、最直接的措施。2013年应加大积极财政政策的实施力度,适当扩大赤字规模,继续把结构性减税作为实施积极财政政策的重心,进一步加大结构性减税的力度,扩大“营改增”的实施地区和实施范围,适当降低增值税的标准税率,使结构性减税在稳增长、调结构中发挥更积极的效应。此外,应积极推动技术创新与制度创新,提高全要素生产率和长期增长潜力。     

立式车床工作台导轨的接触变形及应力计算的有限元法

本文在对立式车床工作台导轨的受力分析的基础上，通过实例介绍了有限元法在计算工作台导轨产生最大接触变形和最大接触应力值及其位置上的应用。
