COSMOS/M 有限元程序在 Tokamak 装置设计中的应用

概述了有限元技术及其在Ｔｏｋａｍａｋ装置工程设计中应用的最新发展动态。对新一代面向微型计算机的大型结构有限元分析程序ＣＯＳＭＯＳ／Ｍ作了较全面的剖析，并给出了应用该程序对核聚变实验装置中大型机械结构强度分析的应用实例。     

黑曲霉HD－404酸性蛋白酶若干动力学性质的研究

研究金属离子、ＥＤＴＡ、表面活性剂、碘乙酸等对黑曲霉ＨＤ－４０４酸性蛋白酶活力的影响的结果表明：Ｃｕ２＋、Ｍｎ２＋对酶有明显的激活作用；Ｃｕ２＋、Ｍｎ２＋和Ａｌ３＋同时使用时，产生协同效应，显著提高酶活力；十二烷基磺酸钠（ＳＤＳ）、西湖高效洗洁剂对酶有明显的抑制作用；在以酪蛋白为底物时．ＡｇＮＯ３是酶的不可逆抑制剂．

本文阐述了现代科学技术发展的特点和趋势、物理学的发展对现代科技发展的推动作用以及现代科技发展对物理学教学提出的挑战．     

双循环半群及拟双循环半群

本文首抚讨论了双循环半群的几何表示及其同余格。文中证明了双循环半群上的同余或为相等关系。或为群同余。本文第二部分给出双循环半群的一推广。并讨论了这类半群的同余和同余格。     

SnO_2 薄膜光谱透过率及气敏特性研究

研究了半导体氧化物ＳｎＯ２膜及其掺杂薄膜的光谱透过率气敏特性，导出了光波在固体介质中传播时的光折射率、消光系数、吸收系数的表示式，以及在“空气—薄膜—玻璃”三元系统中光透过率的近似表达式；解释了气敏使半导体氧化物薄膜系统光透过率变化的原因。所有这些结果与解释，与我们的实验结果相一致，也与一些文献报导的实验结果相符合［１，２］。     

一类自猝灭的新型荧光探针研究

考察了邻羟基苯甲酸和邻氨基苯甲酸类化合物的荧光自猝灭现象，研究表明，较高浓度的邻羟基苯甲酸和邻氨基苯甲酸等一类物质，在光激发下，通过分子间氢键形成激－基二聚体，使荧光性的单体量减少，从而产生自猝灭．此自猝灭荧光探针可指示体系微环境的变化，并成功地应用于ＤＮＡ的定量测定．     

广西地区恒河猴(Rhesus Monkey)B病毒相关抗体的检查研究

采用玻片免疫酶法(IEA)和酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA),检查了来自广西不同来源恒河猴B病毒的相关抗体。结果表明:广西野生恒河猴受B病毒的感染较为普遍,来自龙虎山及扶绥保护区的猴,B病毒相关抗体阳性率分别是79.7%和75.3%。来自穿洞河及布柳河保护区的猴,B病毒相关抗体阳性率分别是26.1%和28.9%。大新保护区猴阳性率为57.1%。在不同组猴中,小群关养组猴相关抗体阳性率最高,野生猴次之,自繁猴最低。三组间,猴B病毒相关抗体阳性率的差异极显著(P<0.05),经ELISA检查确定为阴性的猴,用IEA检查出7.5%(15/200)的猴被判定为阳性猴。     

基于径向基函数神经网络的滚动轴承故障模式的识别

The impacts of different groove shapes, numbers, and angle of friction dish on transmitting torque, speed, push pressure in wet speeding clutch are discussed in this paper. Since the wet speeed governing clutch works within hydrodynamic lubrication mixture lubrication. boundary, lubrication and contact situation, the oils combining with a-hydrocarbon or polyester are getting widely used as lubricant.The power-law fluid model with Patir-Cheng average flow model, GT asperity contact model and oil film inertia are applied for average Reynolds equation setting, In order to investigate the relationship between average push pressure within hydrodynamic lubrication and mixture lubrication, average transmitting torque and output speed, the numeral calculation and analysis are presented. According to calculation, it is found that the groove shape, groove angle and groove numbers affect the average transfer torque and push pressure with the speed rate.     

Damage evolution and failure mechanism of thermal barrier coatings under Vickers indentation by using acoustic emission technique

Acoustic emission(AE) technique was adopted to monitor the damage evolution of air plasma-sprayed(APS) yttria-partially-stabilized zirconia(YSZ) thermal barrier coatings(TBCs) during instrumented indentation testing, and then the failure mechanisms were investigated by cluster analysis and wavelet transform methods.The results of cluster analysis showed that there were three classes associated with distinct failure types for the 8YSZ coatings under Vickers indentation. Based on wavelet transform, these three clusters could be clearly distinguished from their dominant frequency bands, which were concentrated on levels A5(0–156.25 kHz), D5(156.25–312.5 kHz) and D4(312.5–625 kHz), respectively. Thus, the failure mechanism of 8YSZ coatings under Vickers indentation could be clarified by the distribution of different failure types in indentation depth. To sum up, as indentation load increases, the 8YSZ coatings can accommodate the indenter by elastic or little plastic deformation, microcracks propagation and then debonding at the splat boundaries. By comparing the distribution of AE signals induced by different failure types in indentation depth for samples with different thermal exposure time, it can be inferred that thermal exposure treatment can accelerate the degradation of APS 8YSZ TBCs.     

我国今后工程师分类框架设计

英国模式和美国模式是国际上两种典型的注册工程师制度模式,世界上一些经济发达国家已经建立了以注册工程师制度为基础的工程师资格互认协议,这些国际工程师协议以受教育程度、工作经验、资格考试、继续教育一致性为基础。国家人事部在不同的阶段实行过多种工程师管理制度,为适应我国经济发展做了有益的尝试,在试行执业资格注册制度方面也已经进行了多年富有成效的探索,积累了较丰富的经验。文章认为我国新的工程师专业分类的原则主要是：既符合我国国情又能与国际接轨。我国工程师专业分类应在与国际工程师互认的基础性原则相一致的前提下,充分考虑我国现有工程师专业分类情况,尽可能与国际工程师专业分类融合,根据其是否直接涉及社会公众利益和公民生命财产安全,我国新的工程师专业可分为注册和非注册两大类。在借鉴英美国家工程师专业分类的同时,结合我国国情,通过尽可能不重复、不遗漏的综合我国现有一系列职业分类与学科分类代码表,我国工程技术人员按专业可以分成35类,有个别大类可以在大类的基础上再分若干亚类,并提出根据工程师分类构筑工程管理师认证体系的建议。
