Structure of neurofilaments studied with scanning tunneling microscopy

Neurofilaments (NFs) were isolated from bovine spinal cord. The structure of purified NFs was studied by scanning tunneling microscopy (STM). The STM images showed that NF was composed of a long core filament and numerous sidearms flanking the rod regularly. The diameter of the rod was about 10 nm (10.2 ± 0.8 nm). Most of the sidearms were short and the distance between two adjacent sidearms was approximately 10 nm. There were some long sidearms between two proximal core filaments. The distance between two adjacent long sidearms was 21 nm. A three-quarter-staggered fashion of native NF structure was put forward.     

数字电视广播系统中ASI-SPI的设计与实现

给出了一种新型的ASI信号转换成SPI信号的设计方案.本方案采用Cypress的CY7B933接收ASI信号,CPLD进行逻辑时序控制,FIFO和后继应用系统的无缝接口,所实现的系统具有很高的抗干扰能力,有较强的检错和错误恢复能力.详细阐述了系统的软、硬件的结构和实现方法.     

微反应器中双-(4-N,N-二甲基氨基苯基)甲烷的连续合成

以N,N-二甲基苯胺和甲醛为原料,以对氨基苯磺酸为催化剂,在微反应器中连续合成双-(4-N,N-二甲基氨基苯基)甲烷.通过对反应温度、停留时间、原料物质的量配比、催化剂用量等反应因素的考察,确定了较优的工艺参数:反应温度为120 ℃,停留时间为90 s,n(甲醛):n(N,N-二甲基苯胺)=0.6:1.0,n(催化剂):n(甲醛)=3%,此时反应收率为95.2%,产品HPLC纯度为98.2%.与传统间歇釜式合成工艺相比,连续流工艺实现了双-(4-N,N-二甲基氨基苯基)甲烷合成反应的连续稳定进行,大大缩短了反应时间,适合工业化生产.     

中国载人航天空间环境监测系统的发展

 空间环境是航天器的运行环境,直接关系到航天员和航天器的安全。监测、研究和预报空间环境,是保障航天员、航天器安全的一项重要手段。国内外载人航天工程逐步开展了辐射剂量、带电粒子、轨道大气、等离子体、空间碎片等空间环境参数探测。结合中国载人航天工程发展历程和阶段,着重介绍了中国神舟飞船、目标飞行器的空间环境探测研究情况,提出了后续空间站空间环境探测研究的建议。     

一类边界退缩的线性椭圆型方程解的内估计

本文首先证明了一类新的内插不等式,然后由此证得一类边界退缩的线性椭圆型方程古典解的Schauder内估计,推广了吉耳巴格等人的结果。     

He and Ar isotopes in mantle megacryst minerals from Nushan and Yingfengling in Southeast China

He and Ar isotopic compositions of megacrystal minerals from mantle xenoliths were measured by the technique of vacuum crushing extraction. The used samples were clinopyroxene, garnet and ilmenite in Cenozoic alkaline basalts, which were from Nushan in Anhui Province and Ying-fengling in Guangdong Province, respectively, and represented materials from the upper mantle in the continental margin of SE China. The results show ^3He/^4He ratios of 7.99 Ra to 8.58 Ra, consistent with the characteristic ratios of the MORB-type mantle. ^40Ar／^39Ar ratios vary from 313 to 909, suggesting a binary mixing between the MORB-type mantle and air argons. This may reflect the incorporation of the air argon absorbed in oceanic sediments into the mantle beneath the continental margin by subduction of oceanic plate. This study presents the first report that ilmenite megacrysts contain abundant fluid inclusions and noble gases in the mantle xenoliths.     

急性心肌梗塞的简易模型：蟾蜍实验性心肌损伤的心电图观察

本研究以蟾蜍为实验对象,采用机械损伤心肌的方法,获得心电图S—T段形态的典型改变。这种S—T段的改变与人的心肌梗塞的急性损伤型的改变极为相似,可作为急性心肌损伤的模型。     

全芳香族共聚酯类热致液晶的制备与性能

制备了两个系列的全芳香族共聚酯类热致液晶。对所得聚合物作了红外，偏光显微镜及差热分析，并测定了各聚合物的熔融指数。结果显示，所制备的聚合物为热致向列型液晶聚合物。
