太原市野生毛茛科中草药植物资源的研究

通过野外调查结果表明，山西省太原地区的药用毛茛科植物资源有14属，36种．文章探讨了其分布特点，药用价值，并对开发利用提出了合理化建议．     

高校内部学生管理规定的性质、价值定位与法律规制

公立高等学校的法律地位以及“大学自治”的传统和要求都决定了公立高校内部学生管理规定是学校受权执法和自主管理的有机统一。在依法治校、依法治教的经济社会发展背景下,内部学生管理规定在内容安排和程序设计上应当服从高等教育的基本宗旨并遵从“以人为本”的精神和原则。为实现对内部学生管理规定的有效法律规制,应当通过完善立法确保在其制定过程中遵循和贯彻法律保留原则、比例原则以及民主程序保障原则等行政立法一般原则,并应在进一步加强行政监督的同时允许司法机关对其进行有限的司法审查。     

浅析伊通河地表水中镉迁移转化的规律

通过近4a对伊通河长春段6个地表水监测断面中重金属镉的研究，结果表明，地表水中镉的含量随流程的增加而增加，年平均含量也在递增。此外，研究区域内，镉以Cd^2＋为主，且镉有接近超标并逐年升高的趋势。     

试论新时期以来中国文艺学的大发展

新时期以来，中国文艺学获得了长足的多元的发展，这种大发展主要表现在文学观念冲破旧有束缚、张扬人文精神，在自律与他律的辩证统一中探索和把握文学的审美意识形态本质，并在此基础上促使文学理论走向多元和成熟；文学研究方法也在借鉴中外文论和其它学科研究方法的基础上取得突破和创新，有力推动了文艺学研究方法的多元化，反过来又促进了新时期文学观念的拓展和更新。     

论现代高校图书馆员的服务理念

探讨新时期网络条件下高校图书馆服务工作的特点,树立全新的服务理念。首先要转变服务观念,从被动的“等读者“变为主动的“送信息“,不断扩大传统载体的服务范围,随着电子载体的大量需求使服务向多元化发展。其次积极提高馆员的综合素质,以塑造馆员良好的职业形象为前提,加强馆员的自主学习意识,树立敬业精神,全面、多元的为读者服务。     

Effects of historical land cover changes on climate

In order to explore the influence of anthropogenic land use on the climate system during the last mil- lennium, a set of experiments is performed with an Earth system model of intermediate complexity—— the McGill Paleoclimate Model (MPM-2). The present paper mainly focuses on biogeophysical effects of historical land cover changes. A dynamic scenario of deforestation is described based on changes in cropland fraction (RF99). The model simulates a decrease in global mean annual temperature in the range of 0.09-0.16℃, especially 0.14-0.22℃ in Northern Hemisphere during the last 300 years. The responses of climate system to GHGs concentration changes are also calculated for comparisons. Now, afforestation is becoming an important choice for the enhancement of terrestrial carbon sequestration and adjustment of regional climate. The results indicate that biogeophysical effects of land cover changes cannot be neglected in the assessments of climate change.     

活性炭和活性炭纤维在高压脉冲放电水处理中催化作用的对比研究

对脉冲流光放电与活性炭或活性炭纤维联合处理废水时活性炭和活性炭纤维的催化作用进行了研究。结果表明：脉冲流光放电与活性炭或活性炭纤维联合处理，降解率分别提高22％和24％，说明联合处理过程具有协同效应。与吸附饱和的活性炭或活性炭纤维联合处理，降解率分别提高12．25％和16．7％，说明活性炭和活性炭纤维在联合处理过程中起催化作用。联合处理过程中加入H2O2不但提高了O3和UV的利用率，而且还提高了活性炭和活性炭纤维的再生率。     

国际标准不确定度评价体系的建立

以模糊数学为基础，提出了模糊误差总合定律，解决了误差子集Ａ和Ｂ之间的概率合成问题，并在此基础上提出了不确定度评定方法。     

A Genetic Algorithm for Delay-constrained Least-cost Multicast Routing

The delay-constrained least-cost multicast routing problem is introduced and then a related genetic algorithm is proposed. Finally, simulation results are shown to prove that the genetic algorithm is fast and effective.     

Double Trreshold-based Early Message Discarding(DTEMD) Policy in High-speed Networks

In this paper, a new selective discarding policy called double threshold-based early meassage(DTEMD) policy is present. In the DTEMD policy, two thresholds are defined through which the system can adapt to the current load without changing its operation modes too often as EMD[1] policy does. Moreover the policy gets high utility of the buffer and so improves the system performance. By adopting a new performance measure "goodput", analysis results show a remarkable performance improvement is obtained when the improved discarding policy is applied.
