多校区高职学院的管理难题及其对策

由若干中等教育、成人教育单位合并组建而成的高职学院,自然形成了多校区、多学科、多层次办学的格局,随之产生了文化冲突多、资源整合难、管理效率低等难题。研究者依据管理原理从明确校区定位,整合办学资源,实行分权管理,强化系部职责、提高管理水平等方面提出了相应的对策。

中世纪是西方文明史上一个极其重要的阶段.中世纪的政治思想特别是其晚期的宪政思想,蕴涵着许多发人深思的东西.那些蕴涵其中的要素,决定了西方政治文化的基本走向.     

Distributed modeling of the beginning and ending dates and durations of limited temperatures over the rugged terrain of Chongqing

A physically based empirical model was established for the beginning and ending dates (BED) of limited temperatures.Data used were daily mean temperatures from 34 conventional stations in the Chongqing region,measured from 1961 to 2000.Using this model in combination with the distributed modeling results of monthly mean temperatures,we developed a method for creating a distributed simulation of the BED and durations of limited temperatures in the rugged terrain of Chongqing.Spatial distribution maps were generated at a resolution of 100×100 m for the BED and durations of the limited temperatures of 0,10,15 and 20.Simulations suggest that the distributed model is able to successfully reveal the macroscopic trends and local distributions.For the modeled BED,the mean absolute bias error is 0.6-2.4 d.Cross-validation and case-year tests show mean absolute bias errors of 1.3-2.8 d and 0.7-2.5 d,respectively.Comparison shows that the simulation results are consistent with the field investigations.This implies that the simulations are as good as observations,thus providing a viable technique for simulating mountainous heat resources using conventional meteorological data.     

浅析《思想道德修养与法律基础》从教材体系向教学体系的转换

结合笔者多年的教学和改革实践的一些做法和见解，在《思想道德修养与法律基础》课实现从教材体系向教学体系转变过程中，首先，实现教学内容的转变，把教材内容提炼成专题，在不同的专题中贯穿突出教学的重点；其次，在教学方法方面转变传统的教与学的角色．发挥教师和学生两个主体的积极性，实现教与学角色转换形成双主体互动式教学；其三．贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近大学生，把理论知识转化为学生的思想和行为，帮助学生解决学习、生活中的疑难问题，使该门课程成为学生真心喜欢、终身受益的实效性课程。     

Reflective State pattern with dynamic constructiveness

After discussing the reflective method of structure and behavior in the State design pattern based on Role Object pattern and the Reflective pattern of software architecture, this paper proposes a reflective state pattern with dynamic constructiveness. This paper explains the meta level and the base level, which are two levels of this pattern, and specifies the relation of two levels by using Meta Object Protocol (MOP). Then it discusses mechanism of interception and reification for reflecting base, object from Meta object. Finally this paper gives an example of network server for applying the Reflective State pattern.     

大气臭氧层变化、太阳活动与中国流脑及人间鼠疫流地特征的关系研究

通过以1950－1989年有关的资料系列进行分析后，首次研究和报道了中国大气臭层变化、太阳活动与流行性脑脊髓膜炎（ECM）及人间鼠疫（HP）两类传染病发病率流行周期特征之间的关系，研究结果表明：①由较长时段看，自氧层变化／太阳活动与ECM及HP年发病率间存在着较为密切的相关；②从较短时段看，发病率的季节变化与某些气象因子的变化有一定的关系，最后，提出了一个解释这两类疾病周期流行机制的简单模型。     

磁场强度仅与传导电流有关的条件

以静磁场的基本方程为基础，利用矢量分析的有关知识对磁场强度H的一般形式作一些理论分析，给出磁场强度日仅与传导电流有关的条件．     

Analysis of the characteristic sequence of intein and revision of its motifs

Since the first intein (Sce VMA) was found inSaccharomydes cerevisiae ATPases gene in 1990, more and more inteins were identified. It is necessary to analyze the new inteins to understand the sequence charateristics of inteins. By searching protein and nucleic acid database systematically, 101 inteins were found, of which 69 inteins contain homing endonuclease motifs. We only analyze the 69 inteins since most inteins are the classic inteins with homing endonuclease motifs. We found that the distribution of these inteins is particular among species and protein. By multiple sequence alignment, some new sequence characteristics were found and the motifs described previously were revised.     

Three aspects on solving queuing service system in Shanghai world expo

This paper analyzes the queuing problem that was experienced during the Shanghai World Expo of2010.The queuing problem will be discussed at three levels.The three levels include the physical,psychological,and social aspects of the queuing problem.The collective behavior of visitors is studied through analyzing the information from the different sources,such as,the network of electronic eyes,the evaluation platform based on mobile phone system and the Internet.A hybrid information network technology is implemented.Based on the Wuli-Shili-Renli(WSR) system methodology,a new theoretical analysis framework for the queuing problem is proposed.     

纸机先进控制算法研究

提出了纸机定量水分集散控制系统的软硬件整体控制方案，并采用前馈解耦、前馈补偿及串级控制等手段。有效克服了纸页生产过程中普遍存在的水分定量耦合、纸浆浓度变化及蒸汽压力波动等不利因素对纸机控制的影响，针对系统存在大纯滞后等特点，在主控制器中同时实现了广义预测控制、动态矩阵控制及改进的Smith预估等先进控制算法，并有效解决了上述各种控制模式（包括手动、PID等常规控制模式）间的快速无扰动切换问题，通过仿真实验，证明了各控制模式及快速切换算法的有效性，将上述控制方案及算法应用于1760型纸机，控制性能明显提高，同时有效降低了水分与定量偏差，断纸现象也大大减少。
