复合土工膜不同锚固方式的力学特性对比研究

复合土工膜作为一种新型的防渗结构体应用于堆石坝工程，效果突出，但是在土工膜的锚固处容易产生应力集中，出现“端部固定效应”．本文结合国外某工程实例，应用商业软件FLAC3D，采用三维显式有限差分法分别对不同锚固方式情况下复合土工膜的应力、变形进行计算分析．结果表明，采用不同的土工膜锚固方式对其受力有一定的影响，在实际工程中，应采用合适的复合土工膜锚固方式改善土工膜的受力状态，减小“端部固定效应”的影响     

Facile construction of novel CoMoO4 microplates@CoMoO4 microprisms structures for well-stable supercapacitors

A simple and controllable strategy has been developed to fabricate CoMoO_4 microplates/CoMoO_4 microprisms(CMCMs) structures on Ni foam via a facile, cost-effective, two-step hydrothermal route. The as-grown 3D architecture exhibited excellent areal capacitance of 4.33 F cm~(-2)at a galvanostatic chargedischarge current density of 50 mA cm~(-2)(6 Ag~(-1)) and outstanding cycle performance with only 2.8%degradation over 6500 cycles in the 3 M KOH solution. The asymmetric all-solid-state supercapacitors based on activated carbon(AC) and CMCMs exhibited much better electrochemical performance than the symmetric counterpart, showing an areal capacitance of 95.22 mF cm~(-2)at the current density of 12 m A cm~(-2)and excellent cycling stability with 92.27% of the initial capacitance after 5000 cycles. These results may provide useful guidelines for materials selection and configuration designs for the novel energy storage devices based on Co Mo O4 components and substrates.     

Abrupt onset of a second energy gap at the superconducting transition of underdoped Bi2212

The superconducting gap--an energy scale tied to the superconducting phenomena--opens on the Fermi surface at the superconducting transition temperature (T(c)) in conventional BCS superconductors. In underdoped high-T(c) superconducting copper oxides, a pseudogap (whose relation to the superconducting gap remains a mystery) develops well above T(c) (refs 1, 2). Whether the pseudogap is a distinct phenomenon or the incoherent continuation of the superconducting gap above T(c) is one of the central questions in high-T(c) research. Although some experimental evidence suggests that the two gaps are distinct, this issue is still under intense debate. A crucial piece of evidence to firmly establish this two-gap picture is still missing: a direct and unambiguous observation of a single-particle gap tied to the superconducting transition as function of temperature. Here we report the discovery of such an energy gap in underdoped Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+delta in the momentum space region overlooked in previous measurements. Near the diagonal of Cu-O bond direction (nodal direction), we found a gap that opens at T(c) and has a canonical (BCS-like) temperature dependence accompanied by the appearance of the so-called Bogoliubov quasi-particles, a classical signature of superconductivity. This is in sharp contrast to the pseudogap near the Cu-O bond direction (antinodal region) measured in earlier experiments.

平面变栅距位相光栅位移传感器的测量精度极限

提出用透射式变栅距位相光栅作位移传感器,用标量衍射理论讨论了这种传感器的测量精度与光栅的起始栅距及栅距变化系数之间的关系,同时用时域有限元差分(FDTD)算法计算了变栅距位相光栅的衍射场,计算结果表明受衍射偏振特性的影响,这种位移传感器的测量精度在理论上存在极限.     

Habitat-induced reciprocal transformation in the root phenotype of Oriental ginseng is associated with alteration in DNA methylation

Oriental ginseng is an important medicinal plant that grows in 2 major forms or ecotypes, wild and domesticated. Each form differs conspicuously in root phenotype, but can be converted from one type to another by habitat. Here we show that the habitat-induced transformation of ginseng root phenotype was accompanied by alteration in cytosine methylation at a large number of 5′-CCGG-3′ sites detected by the methylation-sensitive polymorphism (MSAP) marker. The collective CG and CHG methylation levels of all 4 landraces of the domesticated form were significantly lower than those of the wild form. Interestingly, artificially transplanted ginseng plants recreated in both directions the methylation levels (at least in CHG) of their natural counterparts. The methylation differences between the 2 ginseng ecotypes were validated at 2 isolated MSAP loci bearing homology to a 5S rRNA gene or a copia retrotransposon. Our results implicate a link between epigenetic variation and habitat-induced phenotypic flexibility in Oriental ginseng.

Oxysterols direct immune cell migration via EBI2

Epstein-Barr virus-induced gene 2 (EBI2, also known as GPR183) is a G-protein-coupled receptor that is required for humoral immune responses; polymorphisms in the receptor have been associated with inflammatory autoimmune diseases. The natural ligand for EBI2 has been unknown. Here we describe the identification of 7α,25-dihydroxycholesterol (also called 7α,25-OHC or 5-cholesten-3β,7α,25-triol) as a potent and selective agonist of EBI2. Functional activation of human EBI2 by 7α,25-OHC and closely related oxysterols was verified by monitoring second messenger readouts and saturable, high-affinity radioligand binding. Furthermore, we find that 7α,25-OHC and closely related oxysterols act as chemoattractants for immune cells expressing EBI2 by directing cell migration in vitro and in vivo. A critical enzyme required for the generation of 7α,25-OHC is cholesterol 25-hydroxylase (CH25H). Similar to EBI2 receptor knockout mice, mice deficient in CH25H fail to position activated B cells within the spleen to the outer follicle and mount a reduced plasma cell response after an immune challenge. This demonstrates that CH25H generates EBI2 biological activity in vivo and indicates that the EBI2-oxysterol signalling pathway has an important role in the adaptive immune response.     

基于无线个域网的新型语音通信系统

分析了基于W PAN的语音通信系统(VoW PAN)的优点,设计并研制了应用在石油井场的VoW PAN系统.该系统包括音频网关和语音终端2部分,能够提供音频网关到语音终端之间点到点、点到多点的无线语音通信.通过采用高密度封装的蓝牙模块和集成化的设计,减小了系统的尺寸.针对语音终端待机时间短的问题,采用休眠模式、减小扫描窗长度、增大扫描间隔、关闭主机接口等措施,降低了功耗.通过分离音频网关的主机和射频前端,简化了天线的设计难度,降低了成本,克服了某些场合的屏蔽效应.采用规范的蓝牙通信协议,可以与普通的蓝牙产品兼容.经测试,系统的通信距离可达100m.该系统已成功应用于国内许多油田的井场控制.
