大型预应力混凝土立墙内裂缝检测与成因浅析

针对某大型调水工程的双向预应力混凝土立墙内出现劈裂问题,在分析立墙结构特点的基础上,采用冲击映像法对裂缝的平面分布、严重程度以及损坏区域所占比例等进行了详细检测和成因分析,并通过取芯检验和带预制缝的有限元法数值模拟,验证了检测结果和分析结论.成功获取的56个芯样显示,冲击映像法对内部裂缝分布范围的检测精度高,分辨率好,检测结果为立墙的修复提供了可靠的基础资料.现场检测和数值模拟显示,容纳预应力钢筋的波纹管注浆不密实,内部积水在冬季冻胀是引起混凝土内部劈裂的根本原因,为我国北方寒冷地区后张法预应力结构物波纹管注浆作业质量控制的重要性和注意事项提供了例证.     

Upregulation of annexin A5 affects the biological behaviors of lung squamous carcinoma cells in vitro

Annexin A5 is a Ca2＋-dependent phospholipid- binding protein and protein kinase C inhibitory protein. It has a potential role in cellular signal transduction, inflam- mation, growth and differentiation. In this study, we evaluated the expression of this protein in lung tumor tis- sues and subsequently established a NCI-H520 cell line that stably expresses the wild-type ANXA5 gene to deter- mine the effects of annexin A5 upregulation on the cell morphology, proliferation and metastasis potential in vitro. The effects of annexin A5 on NCI-H520 cells were tested by crystal violet staining, CCK-8 assay, scratch wound assay, and Transwell assay. The expressions of Akt, PCNA, vimentin, and E-cadherin were examined by Western blot assay. In this study, we demonstrated that annexin A5 is expressed at lower levels in tumor tissues compared with normal tissues. Additionally, the upregu- lation of this protein may inhibit the proliferation, migra- tion, and invasion abilities of NCI-H520 cells in vitro. Thetransfected cells were arrested in the G1/S phase of the cell cycle, and the expression levels of Akt, PCNA and Vimentin were downregulated, while E-cadherin was upregulated.

Sr-rich apatite from the Dangzishan leucitite-ijolite xenoliths （Heilongjiang Province）： Mineralogy and mantle-fluid metasomatism

Abundant apatite grains with elevated SrO content were found in leucitite-ijolite xenoliths in the Dangzi Mountain,Heilongjiang Province.Morphological and mineralogical associations,and compositional analysis of the Sr-rich apatite,were carried out using an electron microprobe.Two principal types of apatite were distinguished.One type occurs as short-prismatic crystals with Sr-rich rims,while another type with acicular or finely columnar shapes constitutes Sr-rich apatite element maps and systematic quantitative analysis of apatite revealed great variations in SrO content (0.42%-26.79%).The calculated structural formula of the measured Sr-rich apatite is:(Ca3.15-4.963Sr0.019-1.510Ba0.00-0.030Na0.006-0.108REE0.106-0.153) (P2.84-3.028Si0.009-0.094)O12(F0.675-1.079,Cl0.000-0.256,OH0.084-0.297).Mineralogical textures of apatite implied a replacement mechanism for the Sr-rich apatite.Sr-rich rims of apatite are suggested to have formed after metasomatism (isomorphic replacement) of early fluorapatite in a Sr-,light rare-earth elements (LREE),lithophile light elements (LILE)-and volatile-rich residual melt during late magmatism.However,the acicular apatite probably directly crystallized from a Sr-rich residual melt.The Sr-Nd isotopic composition of the apatite was distinctive from that of leucitite-ijolite and its host rock.These differences,combined with mineralogical features of apatite,imply that Sr-LREE-LILE-volatile-rich components in the residual melt were derived from deep in the asthenosphere,and subsequently were enriched at a late stage in magma evolution.

氧化锌矿物浸出渣中铅、锶的提取及动力学分析

NH₄HCO₃ conversion followed by HCl leaching was performed and proven to be effective in extracting Pb and Sr from zinc extracted residual. The mechanism and operating conditions of NH₄HCO₃ conversion, including molar ratio of NH₄HCO₃ to zinc extracted residual, NH₄HCO₃ concentration, conversion temperature, conversion time, and stirring velocity, were discussed, and operating conditions were optimized by the orthogonal test. Experimental results indicate that NH₄HCO₃ conversion at temperatures ranging from 25 to 85°C follows the shrinking unreacted core model and is controlled by inner diffusion through the product layer. The extraction ratios of Pb and Sr under optimized conditions reached 85.15% and 87.08%, respectively. Moreover, the apparent activation energies of Pb and Sr were 13.85 and 13.67 kJ·mol?1, respectively.
