论发展观的历史形态与嬗变

近代以来,人类的发展观经历了从传统发展观到新发展观,再从可持续发展观到科学发展观的演变过程,科学发展观是人类发展观的当代科学形态。发展观的演进是随着人类实践的发展而发展,是人类探索发展问题的结果,经历了关注中心上从物发展到人,内容上从片面发展到全面发展的嬗变过程。     

基于.NET架构的中小制造业管理信息系统的研究

分析了中小企业生产经营的特点及信息化现状,提出了基于XMLWebService的中小企业信息系统的方案,并设计了基于.NET架构的XMLWebService的管理信息系统,阐述了系统实现的关键技术。     

改进的堆排序算法及其复杂度分析

给出了传统堆排序算法的改进算法，该算法降低了原算法的复杂度，在元素个数较大时，能较明显地提高算法的效率。     

黑龙江省区域经济协调发展的对策研究

黑龙江省区域经济发展在以市场为导向的条件下，形成了以资源优势、产业结构、地理环境为特征的区域经济格局。但是，区域经济差距扩大；中心城市地区贡献率下降；非国有经济在各地区中发展不均衡。在黑龙江省区域经济协调发展中，除了注重现有的经济支柱产业之外，还要注意新的经济增长点，更好地以点带面促进区域经济的协调发展。大力调整经济结构；以大城市为依托的经济增长点和丰富的资源为基础；大力发展粮食主产与积极发展多种经营；加大非国有经济在各地区中的发展力度；发挥各地区旅游资源的优势，将旅游业培养成新的经济增长点。     

基于随机边界方法的银行效率与产权结构

基于随机边界方法研究了1996～2008年我国不同产权类型银行的效率差别，分析了银行效率和产权结构之间的关系.结果表明，国有股权持股比例和产权集中度均与银行效率存在显著的倒U型关系，即国有股权持股比例介于15％～50％的银行和前3大股东的持股比例介于20％～50％的银行，其效率表现最佳.此外，外资股权对国内银行的参股比例越高，其效率也越好，并且私人银行与外资股权的结合效果要优于国有产权.因此，我国银行产权改革的重点应该是通过引入不同的国有或非国有企业法人股，降低股权的集中度，从而优化银行的经营效率.     

硅锗异质结构中等离子-声子耦合模式

利用自洽场理论考虑半导体硅锗量子阱系统中电子-电子和电子-声子相互作用,得到由这些交互作用引起的介电函数.从而得到硅锗异质结中的等离子与声子的耦合模式.     

Relationship between composite structures and compressive properties in CuZr-based bulk metallic glass system

Bulk metallic glass (BMG) composites with the austenite B2 phase as reinforcement macroscopically showed strain hardening behavior due to the plasticity induced by martensitic transformation during deformation. Relationship between characteristics of the B2-CuZr reinforcing phase and uniaxial compressive properties of CuZr-based BMG composites was studied. Mechanical properties of these BMG composites were found to depend on not only the reinforced phases but also the amorphous matrix,and the yield and fracture strength can be roughly estimated by the rule of mixture principle. Distribution of the reinforced B2-CuZr phase has an important impact on the compressive plasticity even for the composites with a similar volume fraction of the crystalline phase.     

The conditional diagnosability of shuffle-cubes

<正> In the application of multiple-processor systems some processors or links in a system maynot function properly,thus the fault diagnosis is one of the most important issues in the analysisand maintenance of those systems.For the practical fault diagnosis systems,the probability that allneighboring processors of a processor are faulty simultaneously is very small.Thus,the conditionaldiagnosability,which is a new metric for evaluating such systems,assumes that every fault set doesnot contain all neighbors of any processor in the system.In this paper,the authors show that then-dimensional shuffle-cube has the conditional diagnosability of 4n-15 for n = 2 (mod 4) and n ≥ 10.     

Microstructure, crystalline phase and electrical properties of Li0.06(Na0.5K0.5)0.94Nb(1−2x/5)Mg x O3 lead-free piezoelectric ceramics

MgO-modified Li_0.06(Na_0.5K_0.5)_0.94NbO₃ (L₆NKN) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were synthesized by normal sintering at a relatively low temperature of 1000°C. The crystalline phase, microstructure, and electrical properties of the ceramics were investigated with a special emphasis on the influence of MgO content. The addition of MgO effectively improves the sinterability of the L₆NKN ceramics. X-ray diffraction analysis indicates that the morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) separating orthorhombic and tetragonal phases for the ceramics lies in the range of Mg doping content (x) from 0.3at% to 0.7at%. High electrical properties of the piezoelectric constant (d ₃₃=238 pC/N), planar electromechanical coupling coefficient (k _p=41.5%), relative dielectric constant (? _r=905), and remanent polarization (P _r=38.3 μC/cm²) are obtained from the specimen with x=0.5at%, which suggests that the Li_0.06(Na_0.5K_0.5)_0.94Nb_(1?2x/5)Mg _x O₃ (x=0.5at%) ceramic is a promising lead-free piezoelectric material.
