培养条件对黄孢原毛平革菌 Phanerochate chrysosporium ME—446 降解稻草木素、纤维素和半纤维素的影响

在固体培养条件下研究了培养条件对黄孢原毛平革菌Phanerochatechrysosporium ME—446降解稻草木素、纤维素和半纤维素的影响.试验采用正交设计.结果表明,ME—446菌株优先降解半纤维素.添加谷氨酸(3×10~(-6)mol/g草)可显著促进木素降解;基本营养盐显著促进半纤维素降解,但它们对纤维素降解均无显著影响;继续改变它们的用量并不能增大降解.高浓度的葡萄糖(5.5×10~(-4)mol/g草)极显著地抑制纤维素降解.醋酸缓冲夜pH4.5的缓冲强度对降解影响复杂.适宜的培养条件可以在获得有效木素降解的同时大幅度地减少纤维素损失。     

话音回波抵消器的研究

给出了话音回波抵消技术的原理和参数选择准则.利用大规模集成电路-单片数字信号处理器TMS32020和话音编译码器MC14403,完成了128抽头的全数字话音回波抵消器的技术研究,详细讨论了TMS32020话音回波抵消器实现过程中所遇到的问题和相应的解决方法.     

ERROR ESTIMATION OF THE APPROXIMATION ALGORITHM FOR THE WINDY POSTMAN PROBLEM

If we restrict the postman to traversing each edge at most twice in the windypostman problem (WPP), we will get a new problem: 2WPP. An approximation algorithmhas been posed by M. Guan for the WPP. In the present paper, we improve the estimatederror given by M. Guan and show that we can estimate the error for the 2WPP by findinga minimum cost circulation. We also pose a new sufficient condition for the equivalencebetween WPP and 2WPP, which can be checked in polynomial time steps.     

ON THE BOUNDEDNESS OF SOLUTIONS,EXISTENCE AND UNIQUENESS OF LIMIT CYCLES FOR A CLASS OF CUBIC DIFFERENTIAL SYSTEM

In this paper, we discuss the boundedness of the solutions, the existence andthe uniqueness of the limit cycle of the following cubic differential system:x'=y, y'=-x+δy+a_2xy+a_4x+a_5x~2y. 两个正规可解子群的乘积可解,但两个(超)可解子群(幂零子群)的乘积不一定是(超)可解(幂零)的。本文引入半正规与S—半正规的概念。讨论了两个(超)可解(幂零)子群的乘积的(超)可解(幂零)性。本文提到的群均为有限群。

一种温度控制器的设计

本文介绍了以AT89S51单片机为核心的温度控制器的设计,在该设计中采用高精度的温度传感器AD590对电热锅炉的温度进行实时精确测量,用超低温度漂移高精度运算放大器OP07将温度-电压信号进行放大,再送入12位的AD574A进行A\D转换,从而实现自动检测、实时显示及越限报警。控制部分采用PID算法,实时更新PWM控制输出参数,控制可控硅的通断时间,最终实现对炉温的高精度控制。
